I'm leaving a 2/5 star rating because of the wifi situation. Yes there is wifi in the hotel, but as soon as you go to your room it's gone. This was the same situation for my dad who also couldn't get wifi in his room either. You can only get it at reception or in the hallways. It's not 2010 anymore it's 2025 and people rely on the internet now for most things so i really feel the wifi needs to be adjusted and fixed. As for everything else it's a decent, affordable hotel and the location for it is great. It's a shame because if it wasn't for the wifi i would have recommended this hotel.

Value for money near old town, breakfast always eggs, bacon, cheese ham toast etc....plenty local choice alternatives. Evening menu OK just, bottle wine 5 euro good value, overall a good base

Please dont lose your money and time to book a stay here. Rude attitude towards guests. The personal is not friendly and quiet aggressive.Not all the facilities included that they say they have. No wifi. No phone signal inside the builiding. You can hear when someone is flushing the toilet from the loby. The smell is something really real. Smells terrible. Save your money. Book somewhere else

The room was clean and the staff was friendly, except the incredibly rude waiter in the dining room, he bullied the elderly people and ran into people all the time. The lady in the dining room was very friendly and helpful on the other hand...
The first night we were able to sleep but the next few nights were impossible because of the drunken guests coming in at all hours. Not that the hotel could help that...
The location is great and the price as well.
I would not stay here again however, mainly because the food was not very good and the rude waiter several times a day just wasn't worth it. We paid for breakfast and dinner and the last nights didn't eat there. Having someone so rude to end the day just didn't seem like a good time for us.

The hotel is a small Spanish hotel, it is directed towards the Spanish. The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff was friendly especially the waitress in the dining room. The big thing that let's it down is the food, there is not a big choice. It was chip's nearly every night, some nights there was 1 meat choice and fish. No gravy or sauce. There was not a very good choice of desserts either. The cleaner came in, made beds and the towels were changed nearly every other day it felt like. The sheets were changed at least twice.

Hotel is basically a old people's home, rooms and hotel are out of date. Beds have a dip in them were every one's arses have been over the years.
Noisy as he'll. No parking but there is a car park 30m up the road for 20e per 24hr. Food was ermm ok. Staff are excellent. But again needs a bit of money spending on it.
Would spend a bit extra next time and get a decent hotel .

You get what you pay for.... No facilities, aircon only on during certain hours, tiny balcony. The only positives are the location and the price... but if you can find somewhere nearby for a little more £, go there!

The cafe is great and had a lovely selection of snacks and beers. Great local atmosphere and a short walk from the old town in Benidorm.

Comfortable accomodation, cleaned daily, but could have done with even just the one english tv channel. Superb location for the old town, food was very good and not the same every night. Staff were great too. Would return, although probably not during the November fiesta week as noisy all night .

Awful don't do it,, I'm here now and desperately need home, food awful, Spanish pensioners a nightmare, very very noisy, rooms basic, no hair dryer, no fridge, no kettle, no plug sockets, lift holds 4 people but only just, miserable staff bar one in dining room. No aircon there are couches on photo's but none here so nowhere to relax on the plus side the beach is a ten minute walk
