Aparthotel BCL Levante Club

Great location , helpful and friendly staff especially James at reception.room was very basic, shower overflowing. Good A/C, our room had a sea /beach view. Overall good value for money.

Rooms could be really nice. Not cleaned at all during our stay. I swept the apartment and found thick, heavy dust. Sheets had short dark curly hairs on them and full of stains. Ants all over the apartment. Maids came in only to make the bed and replace toilet roll, twice in the week. Same sheets and towels all week.
We asked reception for a change of rooms, they offered us a room in a different block which was awful. We decided to stay with the ants. Key card had to be recoded 4times as we kept being locked out.
Cheap lodgings, close to amenities and the beach. Local bars decent enough.

Hotel itself average but the top floor has a 4 bedrooms James bond themed room it was brilliant. Just what we needed. Lifts very small 4 people only and take ages to come, being in 15th floor we used stairs instead if waiting.
