Rooms were impeccable. Only reason they got a 5* for service was one receptionist who was amazing with the kids and put in so much effort with us. The one woman at the reception didn’t acknowledge issues with the pool and faeces being smudged all over the pool and walls. Did not care and acted as though it was completely normal.

Location on the other hand, very accessible to places.

Great location , helpful and friendly staff especially James at reception.room was very basic, shower overflowing. Good A/C, our room had a sea /beach view. Overall good value for money.

Rooms could be really nice. Not cleaned at all during our stay. I swept the apartment and found thick, heavy dust. Sheets had short dark curly hairs on them and full of stains. Ants all over the apartment. Maids came in only to make the bed and replace toilet roll, twice in the week. Same sheets and towels all week.
We asked reception for a change of rooms, they offered us a room in a different block which was awful. We decided to stay with the ants. Key card had to be recoded 4times as we kept being locked out.
Cheap lodgings, close to amenities and the beach. Local bars decent enough.
