Hotels with sea view in Altea

First the good points and they are mainly good. As u walk in to hotel u are met with an amazing view of the sea. Staff were very good and had quick check in. Room was good with excellent shower and good balcony

I stayed there in December 2025. The rooms were very clean and the service was very friendly. It's an ideal starting point for cycling tours in the mountains. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the old town.

Stayed at Cap Negret for a week at the end of October with 7 other family members. 25 degrees! Hotel was great and very clean. Food was very good and staff were friendly and helpful

Would definitely recommend this hotel if visiting the area. Altea is lovely, lots of classy bars and restaurants. We played golf and were picked up from the hotel. Would recommend unionjackgolf

A convenient 10 minute walk from Altea and a couple of minutes walk from the bus and tram stops. The tram was brilliant and cheap for travelling to Denia, Benidorm, Alicante etc

Location steps from hotel go straight down onto a pebbly beach. Take water shoes to go into the sea. Swimming pool Good size with bar in grounds. Good beach bar along the beach towards the town

The tortilla is very similar to the one I buy at Mercadona. Mercadona makes the best tortilla in Spain. I did not try the restaurant for lunch or dinner. I will stay at La Serena next time I am in Altea

We much enjoyed our stay in this charming boutique hotel which is very well placed for visiting the sights of this lovely old town. Our room - an Urban Independent - was spacious and well maintained

We then had a couple of hours to wait before dinner, but the receptionist let us use the pool side beds while we waited which was very kind The dinner was delicious and the waiter and waitress were super friendly and helpful

Happily no competition for these! The hills in Altea are very steep with lots of steps and we were relieved to find that cars can drive right up to the door of La Serena

A beautiful spot in Altea 👍 We visited the place during Easter with massage and spa and have stayed over a couple of times and it never disappoints you ! Spa, massage and nice rooms

Nice hotel above a busy restaurant, basic but very comfortable room (1st floor with balcony and sea view) on the beach front. Good location for tourists, a short walk to the town centre etc

This is an old school hotel on the seafront with a good and busy dining room. We had lunch and it was very good. Traditional Spanish, not a place for tourists, you get good properly cooked local food

The hotel rooms are minimalist with tasteful traditional touches, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere

A really friendly man on reception found us a fabulous room, with a fantastic sea view. The room was really large and although older furnishings as others have said, it was spotless

Traditional furniture doesn't bother us and it made a nice change from the clinical look you normally get in a hotel. We were bed and breakfast, it was superb, everything you could think of and Cava if you wanted it

You can't get nicer staff than here at the Kaktus Hotel. We were badly let down on an apartment and we called in to see if they had any vacancies

Our group of 15 cyclists enjoyed the service and the excellent staff. The food ranged from good to very good. The mattresses, in particular, are in dire need of replacing

The location is good, in a quiet side street yet very close to Avenida Albir with its restaurants, and just about walking distance from the seafront. Check-in was quick (we arrived after the main group)

On previous visits to Albir we had stayed at a seafront hotel and in a beautiful apartment. This time we stayed at Rober Palas on a cricket tour, as the hotel had been recommended by the local club

all the spaces in the hotel are very clean. hotel is close to restaurants and shops. the breakfast buffet is very nice with a lot of choice. the hotel has a cafetaria where you can get hot and cold drinks

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant, even though to begin with it was really confusing to navigate. I would suggest two minor improvements for new guests on arrival; 1

In fact all public and private rooms are noisy, with naked walls and floors, but I was lucky and had very quiet neighbors most of the time. So all in all: If you expect 2-3 Star hotel standard this is probably OK

Asian night was good though, some dishes, whilst not hot, were tasty. Lots of areas for improvement, lots of repairs needed. It's a big resort and maybe during high season they deliver, but I would not book again

The team made this holiday so full of energy and made it all about the children as it should be amazing cast of team too for me personally wanna shout out analén and Harrison who my wife loved his dancing was on another level and analen for me was full of charisma and character made everyone feel welcome and included Need to add one special shout out to alex though my youngest daughter was absolutely...

The only negative I have, was that our flight getting to Alicante was delayed leaving Luton, so by the time we got to Alicante it was 1:30am and by the time we got to our hotel it was 3:45am, but that’s the only complaint I’ve got

We stayed the week before halloween so there was some halloween theme entertainment which everyone loved especially the halloween show and the black party after it - Manel even got up and danced with us which we all found funny

The entertainment team is definitely the best part of the holiday, I came with my younger cousins and other family and even though me and one of my cousins are teenagers they still involved us in a lot

The food wasn’t the best but it is worth what you pay - it can just get a bit old but I managed to find something i like still and I don’t mind having the same things at times

Another highlight for me was the location 📍 – just a 20-minute walk to the beach 🏖️, perfect for getting my daily steps in 🚶‍♀️. For those who prefer not to walk, there are plenty of affordable taxis 🚖 and buses 🚌

The staff were incredibly helpful 😊, and the hotel was spotless ✨. I loved that the pool 🏊‍♀️ was open from 10:00 to 20:00, and on my very first morning I saw the team cleaning it thoroughly before opening 🧹

Lovely hotel. Has everything you need. The only thing that would have made it would be a kettle. The breakfast was very nice and the drinks were good value. Comfy beds and powerful shower. Highly recommend

We stayed in a deluxe room in the 2nd block. The room was large and had everything we needed, the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. No problem with sunbeds.would happily stay again.

Lunch and evening meals go your way unless it is purely dietary. Value for money ok out of season. The hotel highlights services that only exist in high season

Lovely stay Staff were helpful and friendly especially in restaurant and at main reception. We stayed in a delux room in a separate block which was modern and spacious

The hotel was lovely, spacious rooms and great views from the balcony. The spa was also very relaxing. We upgraded to all-inclusive whilst whilst checking in, and the quality of food and drinks were worth it.

Food was plentiful and replenished often during meal times. There was no obvious recycling of plastics / glass

Partner went down & with in seconds of him being back in the door a guy came to fix it. Nice little vending machines near the stairs/lifts. In door pool you need a swimming cap but nowhere on site to buy one

A Peaceful Stay at Benidorm East by Pierre & Vacances 🌴 We arrived in the early hours (2am) and were pleasantly surprised by how smooth and hassle-free the check-in process was—quick, friendly, and efficient

The only minor downside was the air conditioning, which didn’t feel quite as cool as we’ve experienced in other hotels. That said, it wasn’t a dealbreaker and certainly wouldn’t stop us from staying here again

Very clean and the rooms are most comfortable. Breakfast has an extensive choice. Dinner had a wide range of items. The food was the same as that of a four star hotel. I highly recommend this hotel

It was a bit noisy at night with people coming back after a night out but what do you expect, if you go away on holiday to sleep then wrong place! There was a good choice of food to suit all tastes even tripe

Visited late September 2025, Lovely hotel, very clean, helpful staff, particularly mentions for Matthew, and Henry at the outside bar, very friendly and chatty, as was the outdoor snack chef, he was very funny and kept everyone entertained while waiting of your food being cooked to order, rooms are spacious all facing the pool/sea front, (you can just about see the sea through the skyscrapers) large...

This hotel was amazing! We requested a low floor because of my asthma and I was scared of lifts and we were put on the third floor which was perfect! Really appreciated this as most hotels wouldn’t bother listening to your request

Great clean hotel no issues staff lovely. They will try there hardest to help you no issue is to small. They even gave a washing machine 10 euros to wash and dry you're clothes.

If I came back to stay in Benidorm again for my holiday, i would'nt hesitate booking to stay in these apartments again

Great apartments 2nd time staying here can't fault it you do pay for extras eg air con, sun loungers

No house keeper do everything yourself but front desk very approachable just ask for clean towels,bedding, toilet roll no problem

Treated very well rooms always cleaned the staff exremely helpful espiecally Hayley couldnt praise these aparments enough well recommended we were on tbe 19th floor but no problems with 2 lifts it was good swimmimg pools really good brilliant value also a night bar for a bedtime tipple

We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor, lovely large sunny balcony, excellent kitchen area, well equipped with a combination microwave/ grill/ oven , large hob with extractor fan above , fridge with small freezer, toaster, kettle, we cooked a couple of evening meals and a few breakfasts and it had everything you need, and lovely large saucepans too

Stayed here from 30th Dec for 3 nights, fab apartments, 5 min walk to the beach, the 2 gentlemen on Reception, Ruben and not sure of the man's name, but both very friendly and helpful, never heard any building work going on

Just returned from a week here, Great hotel, wonderful staff on the reception, lovely cleaning staff, Nice little bar next to reception and very cheap prices for drinks, lovely outdoor pool and an indoor pool area in their sister hotel across the road, my teens loved the pool table in the bar

We got into the activities straight away as a family and with people around the pool with Silvia and bella the girls who ran the activities the days we were there where brilliant got everyone involved and made us all feel so welcome outstanding for entrainment throughout the day

There's a Burger King a 3 minute walk down the hill along on the seafront. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Benidorm

So clean lovely staff my 5 time to say bang in the middle off every where you need to be next door to market great shopping

The lifts are slightly better now than before the rebuild with the addition of another lift, but they're still pretty terrible. Good variety and reasonable quality. Recommend the solarium if you want a bit of peace

We had requested a low room for a disabled guest, we ended up on the 12th floor as far away from the lift/stairs as possible with no evacuated plan. Food wasn't the best, and was pretty bland

I wasn't impressed by the cockroach walking around one of the coffee machines (I told one of the staff who shrugged their shoulders) not the worst, but definitely not worth 4 stars

The rules about wearing a shirt in the internal public areas were not enforced leading to some unfortunate sights. The lifts were inadequate for the numbers trying to use them

The less good things were mainly about the other guests who were noisy in all public areas. The feral kids running riot in the restaurant were a liability

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Food in the restaurant buffet was plentiful
