STAFF were unfortunately not very attentive and I did not find them overly friendly, apart from maybe a couple of members of staff who made more of an effort. Check in and any reception queries are a complete nightmare, despite there sometimes being 3-4 members of staff at reception the queue just doesn't seem to move, at least a 45 minute wait before the queue even starts moving. A large beautifully appointed hotel. Staff were smart and very pleasant. The food was very Spanish which I enjoyed but there was even roast beef and Yorkshire pud presented some days. I would like to go back when it wasn't the school holidays. I like children but not hundreds of them.

Room was modern, clean and turned over daily with fresh towels, however bring your own towel for the pool area as these aren’t provided. Great shower facilities and air con in rooms. We have stayed here many times and have just come back from a short break having never been in August. The hotel was spotless, reception staff absolutely 1st class. Food was varied and something for everyone. Pool very busy but again spotlessly clean.

I did like this hotel. The only small issue was consistency around pool rules - sometimes you could play with water toys, sometimes not. It did look like a person working at the pool on the day was making rules instead of rules being enforced by hotel policies... I booked a double superior room & was given a very old looking room. The air conditioning was leaking all over the balcony, it was dangerous. They sent a maid to mop up & 5 minutes later it was the same. They then sent a maintenance man who said there was a problem. Great hotel in the perfect location. Fabulous selection of food. Very friendly staff. Especially Paco at the pool bar who looked after s so well. Room is absolutely amazing, we got a room with a jacuzzi and it is so nice! Service is outstanding bar staff are lovely and very accommodating! This Hotel is in the beautiful Old part of Benidorm with great Sea views and the beach 20 yards away from the front door. Rooms are modern and adequate. The staff are friendly and helpful. You also get a great breakfast, I would highly recommend this hotel 👌

The rooms are kept very clean.. A few issues I found was no fridge,no kettle or facilities to make a drink..the beds were comfortable.. But for me the main issue was a noise nearly all night- it sounded like an old air con unit outside our door- (we didn't have ours on so it wasn't ours)..the balcony could've been wider- 2ft wide is more or less pointless..reception staff were very helpful- the pool...

Excellent value, we paid a premium for a sea view room and was treated to one of the best views in Benidorm. We chose the half board option and the food at both breakfast and dinner was good and plentiful. Staff are friendly and the property is kept very clean. It is popular with the older Spanish clientel, This is not an issue in anyway just an observation

We stayed at The Marconi between the 3rd and 8th of March. It's a lovely small hotel directly opposite Poniente beach at the quieter end of town, which suited us fine. Immaculately clean with helpful staff, for a short stay we couldn't fault it. Highly recommended.

Stayed for one week . At check in the staff were very helpful. I booked a single room which was clean and had a 4 ft bed. It was identical to the room shown on the website. The hotel is situated opposite the beach in the best part of Benidorm with bars and restaurants close by.

A fantastic hotel in Benidorm. Close to everything, but not so close that you will be disturbed by the typical city noise. The rooms are perfect and spacious, the food serving is delicious, and the pool area is so nice. But the bar at the top beats everything. On the 17th floor you have a great view over Benidorm. You won't regret staying at this hotel.

Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from. Breakfast is served from 8am till 10pm which is a bit early for me (11am would have been better). The jet2 rep lita was also very good.

Excellent hotel. Head waiter is brilliant with everyone in the restaurant. We have known him for a long time top man. I would tell anyone who was going to book this hotel they should have a excellent holiday here.

This hotel is ideally situated for the surrounding entertainment in the evening and for the beach during the day. The food is of an acceptable standard and the rooms are quite comfortable albeit a little basic. The swimming pool is very nice and there is enough sunbeds for the guests, if a little crowded. All in all, a friendly hotel and would recommend for a short stay perhaps.

We had a wonderful holiday here. The all inclusive stops at 23:00 followed by a paying bar to 00:00. If you need to use the lift, hope you have plenty of patience as you’ll need it. This summer I spent a few days and I liked it. 100% recommend to go with family. Very good atmosphere, very helpful and attentive staff. Covid measures were 1000% followed. I was just looking for New Year's Eve, but how is everything ... Next year we will repeat for sure.

We had a great experience starting with our amazing room that had the most comfortable beds, rituals bath products and a huge balcony. Breakfast was 10/10 and the pool/sky bar was also great. Everyone was friendly and helpful, there were taxis stationing in front of the hotel if we needed to go somewhere but since the hotel is located right at the strip it was easy to walk everwhere. This hotel was amazing from start to finish of our holiday. Staff on arrival were so welcoming & efficient. We had a problem with our air con, which was fixed right away. This place is amazing and safe. The staff are super friendly and know what they're doing. The beds are comfy, the rooms are big, and the views from the balcony are awesome. Breakfast has a ton of options, and everything is fresh and delicious. The rooftop pool is a little small, but there's still enough space and beds for everyone, and they even have free towels.

This hotel is amazing!! I don't think they had our booking so it is lucky my sister printed the details but they rectified this very quickly. Everywhere was so clean, smelt amazing. Just back from a 4 night Trip to Benidorm . The first thing that hits you as you walk into this hotel is the smell, it's divine. Everything else just as good . I have been eating at the buffet a couple of times, it has been very good, but I like to highlight details that others do not highlight, such as how tasty the fresh fruit was (everyone only sees the sweets), or the peas that, unlike from other places, they really tasted like peas. Lovely hotel in a great location. Bars and shops are next door and the beach is just a five minute walk away. I love the decor of this hotel - the mood lighting is very relaxing. Everything is biased towards domestic family tourism: plenty of activities for children (in spanish) and lots of Latin music. Had a full board booking. Only the buffet restaurant is included. If you want to eat at one of the themed restaurants you have to pay 15 EUR extra per person. Beverages are never included: 3,5 EUR for a bottle of water (1 liter) or 3,75/4 EUR for a bottled beer. The lock in my room broke just 2days before departure, I was moved to an upgraded room which I did not appreciate but I did not want to keep packing/unpacking for 2 days.The views in a previous room were better. Stunning hotel and great location! You wouldn't know you were anywhere near Benidorm! We did have to change rooms, but that was only because we didn't have much of a view in our first room- the views are Stunning! Basic but clean hotel with good staff. Food was a bit of a challenge lol. We managed to find something every meal. Go with open mind give it a chance. A few other guests had high expectations and were disappointed. But I think they missed out.

Good all round service by all staff in these straight times. Food was good under restrictions. Always continued to keep a very good cleansing service throughout my stay. Entertainment was good. But too many quizzes. Drop off and pick for hotel guests too far away from hotel, especially the old folk. Tui staff were at their usual 100 Percent. Finally the weather was very good. Had a lovely 2 weeks in Rio Park in November 2021. Food was good with plenty of choices for each meal and the deserts were marvellous. The COVID precautions were excellent and the staff very friendly. The cleaning staff were good in particular the girl who did our room. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Rooms were nice n big n hotel were close to all best bars strip etc. Food was good too staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Just got back from flamingo oasis Benidorm with my partner and son. It was amazing I cannot fault a thing The food was brilliant different special every single day, loads to choose from from salads, meat and fish options. I will always stay all inclusive from now on , nothing was too much trouble for all the staff at flamingo oasis from the bar staff /reception / entertainment , cleaners and the restaurant...

Love this hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful especially bar staff. ALL very courteous ,Carlos Javier could not do enough for us . Have been coming here on/off since 2007.

I adore this hotel, it's very clean, welcoming and friendly. The food is very good also with lots of assorted choices every day. First visited this hotel in December 19 then returned June 24. Will definitely visit again in the future! Highly recommend this hotel 💙💙

Excellent hotel. Good choice of food. Entertainment poor which is a shame as there are lots of acts that could be booked. Seems to be Entertainment staff most nights. Piano bar is best for Entertainment. Closed during summer months. We upgrade so have the use of roof top bar dip pool and sunbathing beds. Plus own area for meals. Rooms need updating but very clean. Staff are lovely.

Arrived back from this hotel 21st may. The hotel is clean and well maintained.Regular cleaning in all areas throughout the day. Is a family orientated hotel but also caters for couples of all ages. Rooms large,cleaned daily to a high standard,towels changed daily. Only issue I had more drawer space.
