Reason why i gave 5 star is because of the asian chef. I was having difficulty time eating food as there not much for vegitarians. I did complain but nothing much happened as there lack of communication. Till i spoke to this asian chef and he understood how me and my family felt. Specially for us he got a chef to make vegetarian burgers and omg it was amazing. We were literally living on chips. Honestly...

Firstly, we were there during the devastation of the Spanish floods and although the site escaped it we realised it must have been very difficult for the staff. A great please to stay for families, especially if your kids are primary school age and love being in the pool. We just returned from our third stay at Magic Robin Hood Resort, and once again, it did not disappoint! We stayed in garden lodges and it was nice location as we only had neighbours from two sides. But we could hear them pooping as walls were paper thin. I had to complain to one neighbour as their kids were running and screaming until 01.00 in the morning. Was impossible to sleep. I would definitely recommend security to drive around and see if people are meeting 22.00 curfew. Food very poor quality...

The actual resort is fine but the apartment we stayed in was lacking in a few areas. We actually had to purchase several things just to manage the week. Definitely needs to be addressed.

Love this Hotel. Clean, Friendly, Welcoming. Beautiful views from level 5 over looking the pools. Just come back from 8 days there, weather was beautiful. Always use this hotel. Worth a visit. 😎🏖️🏊❤️

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that. Massage and spa treatments also really good at reasonable prices.

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution. Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem....

Lovley hotel friendly staff its about 10 minutes walk to the sea. Lots of nice places to eat around the sea front area.

Very enjoyable experience. The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The room was very clean. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference. Maybe a heat probe would be a good idea. Perfect position.

A large pleasant hotel situated just across from the beautiful beach in Albir . There is a large bar and outside Terrace facing the bays .Staff are pleasant and efficient. A delightful 2 night stay at this charming hotel. We walked passed it many times during previous stays in Albir. Barstaf all have attitude problems. Room was no good, so upgraded to sea view £10 per night. Food was exelent. Management did not want to know. Won't Won't be back.

Stayed here for a summers break/family visit.Hotels in a great location,beach opposite,not far to shops and restaurants.Hotel clean,rooms big,but bit old fashioned.Bar area nice but only catered for spanish bullroom dancers every night.Sitting on the terrace looking over the sea was great.Food was buffet style breakfast and evening meal,always something to eat,choice of fish meat salad etc.

I read some aweful reviews but couldn't cancel as I had paid my deposit...thankfully so! To start with, the environment and surroundings are perfections, beautiful plants rocks and water everywhere. Yes they offer things over and above your plan, but they are not pushy at all. I was excited to stay at the renown SHA resort. The highlights were the staff and food. The lowlights were the upselling the the untimely follow ups post stay. Its been 2 months and I still don't have lab results back...The hotel also needs a face lift

It was an very educational experience. Completely recommend it! The staff is very welcoming and nice. The rooms are relax as was the whole experience. If you decide to go, sign up for the cooking classes, we learned so much there. we also went to the seminar about emotional intelligence and learned so much!

Health haven in a vogue environment. Prepare to get touched by Angels, a true treat for all the senses. A place you'll come back to because that's what your body will demand.

Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine. A hairdryer was available in our bathroom. Would certainly recommend..

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room..I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well. Fantastic terace with nice view, small but nice pool.

Apartments are fully equipped. Very impressed with the kitchen equipment. Beach and mountain views from each spacious terraces that have outside tables and chairs. Professional friendly service from Hannah the receptionist.

Lovely place to stay for a family of four in a 2 bed apartment. The rooms a little small but quite adequate. The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. We’ve been going to Albir hills apartments since they opened, we can’t get enough of the relaxing pool area and amazing service. We bring our dog with us and they even provide us with a cute pet package with Multiple useful things for our pup 😊 10/10

Highest season room rate of €150 a night is far above similar hotel offers in the area. Breakfast not included. The room, while clean and comfortable, had maintenance defects - entrance door and shower. Suggest you look elsewhere first, and only stay here as a last resort.

Very noisy, no sound proofing between rooms, said it had a restaurant but it was closed on Sundays and every other day too, wouldn't have booked had they told us this

Fantastic hotel, I went for 5 days on my own with 3 kids under 5 years old and it was amazing experience, food, staff, bedrooms, the lot. Highly recommended. I will be back!!!

Been 4 times over 6 years. THIS time the room was overlooking N332. If you are a light sleeper - good luck! Passing traffic, even during the night - is quite frequent. Fortunately for remaing 2 nights we were given a quieter positioned room.

Amazing staff, helpful and familiar. The food is really good (well worth a visit even if you dont stay in the hotel). The breakfast buffet is in itself reason enough to stay in the hotel. The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm. There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable. The shower was a hand shower and there was no tea towel and dishcloth...

This hotel is on the outskirts of the town, a 20min walk in. The hotel is a nice place to be. The surroundings are very well planted and green. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities to use, the main one being the pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. I'm sure we'll be coming here again.

We have literally just checked out (myself, my wife and my 5 year old daughter) and are already gutted! We have had the most amazing 8 days. We have just stayed here for a week and it was such an amazing stay! Food was great, I'm not quite sure what the other reviews about food were on about, there was always something we could eat. Room was nice and spacious with a balcony, pull out sofa bed for the kids wasn't the comfiest. We really enjoyed! We will definitely be back! Our goal was for our 3 and 1 year old to have fun and we certainly achieved that and so did we. Very good facilities and unbeatable staff. We spent 9 nights at this hotel. It’s our first time doing an all inclusive and overall we would come again. ROOMS spacious. Plenty of plugs. Cleaned every day if you wanted (we did every 3 days). Quiet at night. Good shower. POOL plenty of sun beds. Usually being so close to others is a turn off for me but we were able to move the beds to a quieter spot. Pool is busy but relaxing. Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us. We had a lovely 1 week break here. Lovely hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly. Wee felt well looked after. Facilities were good, great swimming pools. The meals were superb. Just spent short of a week at this wonderful hotel. Superb location and very restful tranquil grounds in the midst of the Benidorm action. All of the property is delightful albeit a little tired in places. I wanted to share my positive experience from my recent second visit. I found it to be a great hotel with a friendly staff and an excellent selection of food. Additionally, the daytime entertainer significantly enhanced our stay with his humor. He consistently went above and beyond to make us laugh, especially with our running joke about his jingling keys. It definitely felt more like a 3 star plus hotel I think. About 7 or 8 minutes walk to new town strip. Pool is nice,rooms are nice,spotless, though our double bed was just 2 singles pushed together. Staff are nice and courteous,the food is always buffet and a little repetitive,also some snacks and ice creams cost money even if your all inclusive.

Came here with 20 friends to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. Had an amazing time, the food, the staff, the entertainment was top class. The housekeeping team ensured that the rooms and all areas of the hotel were immaculate. I cannot recommend this hotel high enough.

Great service and friendly staff. We arrived early and rooms were ready. Slightly out of town and hill is quite steep but there is a courtesy bus provided every 20 minutes until arohnd7.30 pm.

Hotel was very nice, room was nice, outdoor pool doesn’t see sun light much, food below par and the reason for the 3 star is because it’s sooooo far up the hill that it takes away the relaxation of a holiday to a trek every time you wanna go back to the hotel

Was slightly concerned about limited Parking limited so decided to arrive 3 hours early and arrange parking. A really good hotel if you are staying off peak in Benidorm. They have bits of entertainment in the evenings and the food / drinks are reasonably priced. The rooms are kept very clean and a pretty decent breakfast selection. Though it is at the top of a hill outside they do operate a regular free shuttle bus down to the edge of the town centre.

It's a great value hotel and off the main road. There is a free mini bus to take you down into the town. The breakfast is really good and lots of choice at lunch and dinner. Rooms are clean and have everything you need.

This time of year, there are lots of large bicycle and retirement groups. Good entertainment every night. The bar staff were very nice and Mojito was very good. We wanted some ice by the pool at one stage and were charged 10c, which felt a bit weird. Our room was by the lifts, so I'm not sure if every room would have this, but starting at 6am every morning, get ready to hear the bells and doors slam...

Visited in April first class beautiful hotel. Staff excellent loved it so much coming back in October. Highly recommend this hotel.

We’re currently staying at this hotel. It’s so beautiful. Clean. The staff are lovely. It was my boyfriend’s birthday yesterday. We travelled to Benidorm which is only a 20 min drive in a taxi from the hotel. When we got back there was a cake and note in the room wishing my boyfriend a happy birthday. We were so surprised. The location is amazing. The views from our room and the pool are stunning....

Absolutely breathtaking. A little piece of heaven right there in Altea. The hotel fresh and clean. The staff - all of them rock stars. The entertainment great. And very close to the prominade and Old Town Altea. And if you don't want to walk then there is a free shuttle!

Just returned from a week here and Would have given a better rating if we had had more than 2 of our 7 nights of full sleep. The hotel itself is great and the food was lovely..all staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately as it's an all inclusive hotel and they allow hen and stag groups you need to go prepared for noisy nights by disrespectful youngsters who think it's ok to bang on each others...

Just arrived, 24th April 2018. No problems with this hotel whatsoever, we are there now.Further reviews will follow.There have been Hen and Stag groups here but so far they have behaved themselves....we have now been here 5 days....watch this space.....we have now been here for ten days the stags doo's are getting louder...the hen parties were well behaved well done ladies...watch this space..

For what we paid it could have been a tent.food was very good with plenty of choice. Beer on tap till midnight. The staff were very polite and welcoming if there was a downside then it would be that the walls were very thin and we could here the next room clearly

Decent hotel, but in need of a refurb. Good food, plenty of choice at every meal. Efficient staff and no queues anywhere. All inclusive drinks are good, and the wine in the restaurant is very drinkable. Whilst I wouldn't recommend it to a more discerning holiday maker due to a lack of any luxury, I would definitely return based on great value for money.

Went first week December. I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent. Nothing could be further from the truth Chef and catering staff were excellent in supplying fantastic meals. Animation Team were very good. Nice hotel in a good location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Food was nice, standard buffet type deal but everything fresh and hot. Entertainment is very good, especially for children. Charlie is in charge of entertainment and was top notch!

I don’t know what makes this place a 4 star. We’ve stopped in many 4 star hotels in the past, and this doesn’t match anything like them. I would and as above given it a 3. The rooms are no way near a 4 * grade The toilets in the bar area was really bad, and I’m told the ladies wasn’t any better. I approached the staff at the time, but nothing was done. This hotel is no better than ok. Our superior room was large and clean but the sofa bed was unusable as a sofa as the cushions didn't fit and you ended up sitting on the bed beneath. The spa is good but its €10 a day if you not all inclusive. The food looked like its description but in most cases had little flavour. We we're half board and had to pay extra for a glass of water with the evening meal...

We had a fantastic time Christmas and new year, our room 1006 was clean, large and what we expected. The beds gave a very good night's sleep. Lifts worked well and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The dining room was great, good choice of food at all times and was always clean, the staff were friendly and worked very hard. We stayed on a all incucive basis, the bar staff were friendly and efficient...

Hotel was lovely and the staff are a credit to Servigroup. Nothing was too much trouble. Lisa in guest services very helpful and knowledgeable. Carmen in the restaurant always pleasant and welcoming. There was always a good selection of food in the restaurant. The only gripe was the sunbed issue with people reserving sunbeds then disappearing for hours despite there being a 15 minute limit. Fabulous hotel with lovely staff. Food excellent and rooms were clean and comfortable. We have stayed previously and will return to this hotel again, booking direct with hotel again. The hotel is on a slight hill, but still in a great location for the beach, shops and nightlife.

Small hotel but punching above its weight. Run well by an organised team starting with the friendly receptionists, to the bar staff, the restaurant staff and the cleaners who made the beds, changed the towels and straightened the rooms every day. Rooms were clean and functional with free use of safes in the rooms. Powerful shower. Plenty of storage/wardrobe/drawers etc. Plenty of sun loungers around...

We spent 4 nights and the location was spot on. Room and hotel were nice and clean with the staff being so helpful and polite. Food was good, better than I expected. We spent most the holiday out at the beach but the hotel was perfect for what we needed. Loved it. Only thing I would suggest is to add alternative milks to the buffet for breakfast so those with dairy issues can enjoy a coffee or cereal...

The Nereo hotel is in the middle of the new town, This is a lovely bright, clean and modern hotel. We stopped half board, the food was variable and plentiful. We stayed here for a long weekend (3 nights) with HB. The hotel is in a great location if you're looking to be close to the party street. The room were clean, very basic, tiny and a little bit outdated with big balcony (unfortunately we had parking view) but great value for money. Good shower and beds were comfortable. Brilliant location so close to the beach and great place to stay in Benidorm rooms are clean only small down side is the tower blocks you stay in are can be load at night but if you have had a busy day and drunk 🥴 a few this is not a problem. Kids enjoyed the pool. Price was good to I would stay here again.

Be careful if you book All Inclusive? I had to pay extra for a kettle an iron and the safe deposit box The hotel is great and the food was amazing tbh just felt like I was ripped off for a few euros! They also stop serving drinks at midnight which is a bit much for Benidorm..

Rooms were impeccable. Only reason they got a 5* for service was one receptionist who was amazing with the kids and put in so much effort with us. The one woman at the reception didn’t acknowledge issues with the pool and faeces being smudged all over the pool and walls. Did not care and acted as though it was completely normal. Location on the other hand, very accessible to places.

Ideal for a short break in Benidorm, 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 to the town . The room was basic but clean with views over all the other hotels. The pool was ok but not heated so it was a bit cold to swim (in October) . Cheap and sufficient hotel

Stay in the apartments. Large apartments with self catering facilities. Balcony with view over area. 2 bedrooms and separate toilet/shower. Ideal for couples or groups. Also has a pull out bed/sofa. TV too. Hotel has reception with bar and out door pool and sun loungers. Nice spot. Bit of a walk to main strip but plenty amenities around the area including bars and restaurants.

Decent place to stay. A little bit dated. Could do with being modernized. But decent size. Has everything you need. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great pool. And plenty of sun beds. No iron or hair dryer in the rooms. Need to rent from reception. No a major problem.
