We have just got back and had a fantastic holiday . The whole site is very clean and maintained daily . The accommodation was excellent. We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. Very enjoyable experience. The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The room was very clean. We’ve been going to Albir hills apartments since they opened, we can’t get enough of the relaxing pool area and amazing service. We bring our dog with us and they even provide us with a cute pet package with Multiple useful things for our pup 😊 10/10

Disappointing stay for a 4 star sup. Air conditioning didn't work. When it rained the lobby ceiling leaked, the entertainment area has no atmosphere, the gym is tiny, outdoor pool was freezing and the indoor pool was too deep.

The hotel is located away from the beach, but everything you need is nearby. The food was delicious, but breakfast was the same every day. Went first week December. I was a bit concerned as my wife has coeliac disease and previous guests suggested gluten free food was non existent. Excellent hotel staff could not do enough for us. They moved our room to be closer to our son. Easy access to the beach about five minute walk. The pool area was great. Booked this hotel at short notice just for a short 5 day rest with my wife and son. Very friendly staff and lovely clean hotel and gardens. Pool was very nice also and plenty of spare loungers. We really enjoyed our break and will definitely be staying again.

Go here three times each year. Staff are excellent in all departments. Good central location away from all the noise which is only a ten minute walk away as is the beach and access to shopping.No stag or hen’s. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Stayed for a week. Nice hotel, clean and great breakfast. Fridge in room and free safe. No kettle, strange for a "4 star" hotel. Only other criticism is the very odd bathroom door that doesn't close or lock, no privacy and seems pointless. Why not just an ordinary locking bathroom door??? Overall had a very good stay.

Brilliant location so close to the beach and great place to stay in Benidorm rooms are clean only small down side is the tower blocks you stay in are can be load at night but if you have had a busy day and drunk 🥴 a few this is not a problem. Rooms were impeccable. Only reason they got a 5* for service was one receptionist who was amazing with the kids and put in so much effort with us. The one woman at the reception didn’t acknowledge issues with the pool and faeces being smudged all over the pool and walls. Did not care and acted as though it was completely normal. Location on the other hand, very accessible to places.

Ideal for a short break in Benidorm, 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 to the town . The room was basic but clean with views over all the other hotels. The pool was ok but not heated so it was a bit cold to swim (in October) . Cheap and sufficient hotel

Stay in the apartments. Large apartments with self catering facilities. Balcony with view over area. 2 bedrooms and separate toilet/shower. Ideal for couples or groups. Also has a pull out bed/sofa. TV too. Hotel has reception with bar and out door pool and sun loungers. Nice spot. Bit of a walk to main strip but plenty amenities around the area including bars and restaurants.

We had a wonderful holiday here. The all inclusive stops at 23:00 followed by a paying bar to 00:00. If you need to use the lift, hope you have plenty of patience as you’ll need it. We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay. Be warned that the glass partition wall provided no privacy when performing natural functions. For all the hotel's good points this design would prevent us from a return visit.

We were on half board during our stay and restaurant is clean and spotless and the food is well presented and very tasty. Parking is available at a reasonable price.
