The hotel itself was incredible, beautifully situated on the beachfront with immaculate attention to detail in all parts of the hotel

I stayed there in December 2025. The rooms were very clean and the service was very friendly. It's an ideal starting point for cycling tours in the mountains. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the old town.

The outside is a haven, lying between the palm trees listening to waves lapping on the shore. Every member of staff were warm welcoming and professional at all times. We will definitely be returning, thank you

Stayed at Cap Negret for a week at the end of October with 7 other family members. 25 degrees! Hotel was great and very clean. Food was very good and staff were friendly and helpful

A convenient 10 minute walk from Altea and a couple of minutes walk from the bus and tram stops. The tram was brilliant and cheap for travelling to Denia, Benidorm, Alicante etc

, beach chairs and an umbrella, we were surprised to find a beach cool bag. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and cava and the starter cleaning kit (dishwasher tab, bin bags, dishcloth, dish soap, etc)

This is an old school hotel on the seafront with a good and busy dining room. We had lunch and it was very good. Traditional Spanish, not a place for tourists, you get good properly cooked local food

Traditional furniture doesn't bother us and it made a nice change from the clinical look you normally get in a hotel. We were bed and breakfast, it was superb, everything you could think of and Cava if you wanted it

Close to all shops, restaurants, dedicated pedestrian beach walk to Altea. We recommend and would return!

You can't get nicer staff than here at the Kaktus Hotel. We were badly let down on an apartment and we called in to see if they had any vacancies

A really friendly man on reception found us a fabulous room, with a fantastic sea view. The room was really large and although older furnishings as others have said, it was spotless

Very clean and well presented apartments. The only things missing in the kitchen were a plug for the sink and a baking tray, but just about everything else is available, from dishwasher to washing machine

Basically fantastic apartment but ruined with details. In 15 days I had once cleaning room. I got one small bath foam, AC couldn't work on fan speed 1, wi fi only in leaving room. Washing machine didn't work as well

Nice, clean fairly decent. Has a restoran which is decent as well so you are covered for essential needs only it's a bit expensive.

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution

Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem

Stayed a few days with a group. Had a great stay, but not mainly because of the hotel. The positives: Good location with nice views if you don't mind the short walk up the hill from the very nice beach area

I called the reception and they said, if I wanted to use it, they had to bring a key to open it and they couldn't do it right away because they were short staffed. Why not just use 1234 and tell visitors to change it

Hotel with beautiful south-facing rooms, very nice terrace with a view of the street and the swimming pool without a view of the sea. Impeccable cleanliness, pleasant and available staff except at the Spa

We stayed in a deluxe room in the 2nd block. The room was large and had everything we needed, the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. No problem with sunbeds.would happily stay again.

I didn't use the spa or some of the facilitues, but was really impressed with the hotel. Check in was easy and the rooms clean. The breakfast was really good and catered to multiple nationalities

Lovely stay Staff were helpful and friendly especially in restaurant and at main reception. We stayed in a delux room in a separate block which was modern and spacious

Housekeeping excellent we were on the ninth floor and the lady who cleaned our room gave us top notch service every day, I had to tip the girl

Food was plentiful and replenished often during meal times. There was no obvious recycling of plastics / glass

The hotel is close to beach and shops. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff amazing very polite and kind. Girls played at the park and games inside

The outdoor pool was crap and tiny for the size of the hotel that could be made bigger and better that would put it a 5* from me

Drinks are sound Amstel on tap with pint glasses. Plenty of top shelf and wine ect. We definitely got our moneys worth. Hotel it's self is nice and kept clean I would definitely book again

Swimming pool: 25m in length - therefore excellent to swim long distances for fitness. Sunshine and exercise what’s not to like! 👏 It’s a shame to watered down drinks were diluted with a sugary solution 😞

Visited late September 2025, Lovely hotel, very clean, helpful staff, particularly mentions for Matthew, and Henry at the outside bar, very friendly and chatty, as was the outdoor snack chef, he was very funny and kept everyone entertained while waiting of your food being cooked to order, rooms are spacious all facing the pool/sea front, (you can just about see the sea through the skyscrapers) large...

It's away from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm but literally 10 minutes walk to the strip. The rooms are spacious and nicely equipped. The staff are always really friendly

And I have got to say the Rialto is one of the best, the staff are lovely and so polite, it is spotlessly clean

There was always a good selection of food in the restaurant. The only gripe was the sunbed issue with people reserving sunbeds then disappearing for hours despite there being a 15 minute limit

I am currently at the airport waiting for our flight home and thought the Hotel Rialto deserved a review

We have had a FAB 7 nights, I have stayed in various hotels in Benidorm, Venus, Orange, Pueblo, Helios, Sol Pelicanos, Ambassador, Flash (never again) Rosamar (worst hotel in Benidorm, definitely NEVER again)

It was sometimes a little noisy with guests arriving back from a night out and a big downside was the fact that the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything!! The staff are all very helpful and put up with my feeble efforts to at least converse in pigeon Spanish

Just back after a lovely 8 nights spent at the Rialto. I stayed half board and it was definitely a good choice as the food was excellent with a wide range of options to suit most tastes

Not forgetting the excellent service from the reception team. We are back there early January for a week and we definitely will be booking again

No problem with lifts and food OK. Enjoyed omelette fir breakfast. Entertainment very good and hotel spotless

It could have been hotter and the empty platters replenished more quickly! The sunbeds were very uncomfortable and have needed replacing for a long time! The rooms overlooking the pool were very good

Good service at Reception and we hired double mobility scooter some days which allowed us to visit the old Town. Hotel right opportunity Indoor Market which I popped in most days

The sunbed area is built up around it so had to keep moving when the sun went behind the other buildings. The food was good and had lots of options

We got one facing local apartments not the best and never had sun on it. The pool is quite small And not really in the sun so was freezing cold

Stayed here from 30th Dec for 3 nights, fab apartments, 5 min walk to the beach, the 2 gentlemen on Reception, Ruben and not sure of the man's name, but both very friendly and helpful, never heard any building work going on

Great hotel, ideal location, Kirstie the receptionist is lovely, very friendly. Only thing missing was full length mirrors in bedrooms

Just returned from a week here, Great hotel, wonderful staff on the reception, lovely cleaning staff, Nice little bar next to reception and very cheap prices for drinks, lovely outdoor pool and an indoor pool area in their sister hotel across the road, my teens loved the pool table in the bar

We got into the activities straight away as a family and with people around the pool with Silvia and bella the girls who ran the activities the days we were there where brilliant got everyone involved and made us all feel so welcome outstanding for entrainment throughout the day

Well done ladies you are our superstars and made our holiday. The bar man who worked at the outside pool bar on Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th October was excellent top service and very polite and helpful

We have just got back from our stay at the lavante beach aparthotel I would definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and was spacious and clean

Excellent hotel, best hotel food I’ve had in Spain, location is perfect for beach (8 min walk) perfect for night life (10-13 min walk) also surrounded by Spanish bars, highly recommend, the room is mint! Decent size bathroom, 2 large beds, living room with English tv and a large balcony

Some were good, some were bad and some were brilliant. We did see Pablo Bloom, who we've wanted to see for a while, and he was good. We have booked again for 11 nights in October 2026 as we really enjoyed the hotel

The room was spacious, the bed was large and super comfy, and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we did not enjoy about the room was in the bathroom, you could smell sewer gas coming up through the sink plughole

Due to this, I now carry with us 4 different sized plugs in case it happens again somewhere else. The kitchen was sufficient and had a large fridge and smaller freezer, that was perfect for us

The rooms were serviced everyday and were well cleaned. Food in the restaurant was good, I’m not a fussy eater and there was plenty of choice at every meal and it was well cooked

Great bar . Good pool area . Rooms good if on a budget. Close to the main strip. Best for stag parties

My review is mostly for the animation staff who did great for my 3 years son, especially Paula who went above and beyond to keep him entertained, allowing mum and dad some precious relaxing time by the pool

Stayed here with a group of male friends. The property did everything we needed it to do for us and the pool area and public areas were good

Small single room, more than adequate for short stay in Benidorm. Lifts slow & some of the time inoperative. Great access to the night life, beach. Hotel pools lovely, breakfast good standard

The front of house lady at lunch was very kind by punctually pointing out the desserts suitable for my late pregnancy. Pool area is very nice, lot of space where you can relax

The pool was excellent and plenty of beds, entertainment staff very friendly. I know some points may feel trivial, but collectively can have an overhaul impact on your stay

Ten mins & 10 euros to old town in a cab, worth a visit

The hotel location is good for entertainment, 10 minute walk from Levante beach

The lifts are slightly better now than before the rebuild with the addition of another lift, but they're still pretty terrible. Good variety and reasonable quality. Recommend the solarium if you want a bit of peace

We had requested a low room for a disabled guest, we ended up on the 12th floor as far away from the lift/stairs as possible with no evacuated plan. Food wasn't the best, and was pretty bland

I wasn't impressed by the cockroach walking around one of the coffee machines (I told one of the staff who shrugged their shoulders) not the worst, but definitely not worth 4 stars

The rules about wearing a shirt in the internal public areas were not enforced leading to some unfortunate sights. The lifts were inadequate for the numbers trying to use them

The less good things were mainly about the other guests who were noisy in all public areas. The feral kids running riot in the restaurant were a liability

My brother and I stayed at the Riviera Beachotel from 29th December to celebrate the New Year for the first time. We’ve stayed at this hotel since 2012 and have celebrated Christmas a few times

We have booked our next holiday and look forward to returning to the Riviera Beachotel in September for our next stay. You’re all doing a fantastic job

As usual we were not disappointed. The staff in all departments worked really hard to make sure that everyone had a great time. The hotel is spotless and the food is delicious

CHRISTMAS 2025 we've just spent a week at Christmas at the Riviera, 20/12 - 27/12 and it was fabulous. From reception , front terrace ,all the way through the cleanliness is second to none

Drinks n nibbles to start , music playing , santa 😃 and the staff put an excellent little show on , dancing and singing. The Christmas lunch was perfect. So much top quality food we couldn't fault a thing

The head waiter in the restaurant is fantastic and runs a very organised operation and still all staff are so friendly. Thank you all at the Riviera for making our Christmas magical

There was daily entertainment by the pool and evening shows at the front bar, which we really enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends—and we’d happily book here again!

We stayed here for new year 2026 Lovely hotel Good staff Extremely clean hotel And I like the lift system good security measure. Nice room (bit tired ) but very clean. And the food was of a good standard

The hotel is very central—within walking distance to the beach, the Old Town, and plenty of nightlife and entertainment

New year's eves gala dinner was amazing. Most definitely a hotel I would recommend. Tiny little pointer if you like quiet don't have a room on the front. We love it but it is a tad noisy

The staff were well-mannered and friendly, my friend has a fear of elevators which staff kindly changed the floor of our room so we were able to take the stairs. Housekeeping came daily with fresh towels, which was great

The biggest problem I had was with the food temperature, everything was just lukewarm. The soup was the warmest food I had during the week we were there. Would definitely return on a room only basis though

That same night was a bit windy ,we heard a sound like a jet engine starting coming from gapping around veranda door framework. On second night which was a lot windier the jet engine noise was bad ,so much at 4

30 am I went to reception to register a complaint to be noted and request a change of room when possible later that morning. the young curly haired man on reception was offhanded taking my complaint

When reception opened fully Oscar (very helpful) arranged for the room change to 312. Unfortunately the room didn't get any visit from cleaners nor towels for 2 days

Again Oscar on reception delt with the cleaning and towel change. Overall In my experience The Flash doesn't merit the 4* rating. Would I stay there again NO

Staying 11Oct---18Oct Allocated room 116 was a decent room but veranda door wouldn't lock so technician repaired it

Great location near the strip and short walk to the beach. Pool area was excellent as was the restaurant and food. Rooms were very small and walls were very thin, no sound proofing at all

The meals were excellent good choices and suited me and the wife. Facities were great swimming pool sun loungers as well as a bar with entertainment. We were looked after very well staff were polite helpful and attentive

Came on the 21 December for a week over Christmas first time ive been back to the venus in 10 years fantastic stay great room even included a gala Christmas dinner which was first class and a great day and the bar staff where brilliant

Great little hotel with a good location for the beach, shops etc. The Riudor is in the middle of bars, restaurants and the area can be lively but this did not affect our holiday one bit

First time staying at the Riudor and we have booked it again the week after we got home the room was modern with walk in shower in the bathroom the whole of the hotel was great the staff are fantastic the hair dryer stopped working while the wife was drying her hair getting ready to go out so I went to reception to tell them & ask for it to be fixed and the result was for her to pass me a brand new...

well just came back after spending another great two weeks xmas and new year the staff as always friendly they work so hard to accommodate everyone always smiles on there faces the food is great there is something for everyone the gala dinners were fab the receptionist did my request for a low balcony we had 106 shower was really powerful to be honest i cant fault this hotel i paid for premium...

Had rain all day xmas day but who cares our lunch was amazing there was entertainment on nearly all day shari trys to get everyone involved in games etc we got a corner room which was great very friendly hotel staff and patrons central for all bars roll on our next visit

This hotel hires out single and double mobility scooter which are reasonably priced. We hired a double and this allowed us to venture further which was great as I have a disability that affects me walking distances
