Spa was fantastic. We walked in as outside guests. Receptionist was super helpful. It was heaven. We went for lunch after at one of the hotel restaurants which was exceptional. Staff are so friendly in the reception too.

I do want to thank one of the staff Jose who’s working in the reception, such a good service! Exceptional really! He helped us with everything, explained everything very good and made us feel very welcomed

This hotel was exceeded my expectations! It is gorgeous inside and out. The views from floor 1 were excellent of the ocean and pool. There are 3 huge outdoor pools 1 beautiful indoor pool

Fabulous hotel with great pool area, lovely public areas and great air con. Pool area great for adults and children. Breakfast at hotel had good variety and staff lovely and helpful

There were plenty of chairs available at all times, sun and shade. LOVED IT! UPDATE: I forgot to mention that the rooms are outdated, but still clean and comfortable

Stayed at Cap Negret for a week at the end of October with 7 other family members. 25 degrees! Hotel was great and very clean. Food was very good and staff were friendly and helpful

A convenient 10 minute walk from Altea and a couple of minutes walk from the bus and tram stops. The tram was brilliant and cheap for travelling to Denia, Benidorm, Alicante etc

The rooms were clean bright and tidy and the staff were very attentive when it came to cleaning it. In fact the staff were all great - friendly, helpful and understanding. One member in particular stood out, Audrey

, beach chairs and an umbrella, we were surprised to find a beach cool bag. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and cava and the starter cleaning kit (dishwasher tab, bin bags, dishcloth, dish soap, etc)

The beach was ideal for our family: although a bit steep and covered with pebbles and stones, making it less suitable for small children, it was peaceful and uncrowded. The turquoise water was breathtaking

The best part of the house was the rooftop terrace, offering stunning 360° views - including a beautiful church that looked magical at night

Bellaguarda is a charming neighbourhood close to the old city, yet free from tourist crowds

A delightful 2 night stay at this charming hotel. We walked passed it many times during previous stays in Albir. Although built in the last 15 years, the interior does have a 'retro' vibe

Vending machines available in reception and rooftop. Live music, DJ and singers were performing during our stay. A bigger pool would be a great addition for a proper swim. The gym has singular, basic equipment

The staff in all quarters were lovely and reception staff very helpful. The food was good but could have been hotter in some instances although was changed instantly when mentioned but not a lot of difference

Beautiful terrace with fabulous beach- view. We came back, after we departed, for drinks several times. Our room was spacious, contained wardrobe, TV and a kitchenette but no crockery or utensils

We've stayed for 7 nights in the hotel and really enjoyed it. The location is simply amazing, very near the beach, great restaurants and shops. The staff has a great attitude to always help you find a solution

​ I also love that they give extra perks for long stays, having parking included was super convenient and the bottle of cava was a very delightful touch! The only areas of improvement would be maintenance of the rooms (which are a bit dated) and more comfortable beds, but I assume the hotel is aware of it and has renovated the upper floor

Breakfast is great, always with some variation in the menu so it doesn't get boring, but with consistency in the basic items. Finally, I thought the spa circuit was excellent! Really a gem

I've been a few times over the years and it's lovely. Friendly staff and immaculately kept. The spa circuit is fantastic and we'll worth coming just for that

Great location! Only a few minutes from the beach but still quiet. Nice to be able to cook meals and the balcony was nice. Would have been 5 stars for the price level but the internet and TV was useless.

The location is good: close to bakery, supermarket, eateries and the market square. The space of the apartment is large. The sun on the balcony in the morning until 1 pm

There is no lighting on the outside of the apartment complex and no manned reception. That gives an inhospitable experience that makes it difficult to feel comfortable

The apartments are up some quite steep hills around 1km from the beach and restaurants so might be tough with young children unless you have a car. I give 5 stars simply because of the 2 lads who manage the place

incredible attention to detail, amazing staff which are so kind and helpful especially Marco and Aaron. We went for a week and couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Lovely place to stay for a family of four in a 2 bed apartment. The rooms a little small but quite adequate

The cuisine and service in the restaurant was exquisite ( with a particular mention for Pablo who made our lunches and dinners even more enjoyable). The staff team is incredibly friendly and helpful

SHA wellness is a beautiful wellness hotel situated in an easy to reach location in Spain. Part of the ethos is to maximise health based on anti inflammatory foods and improving gut health

My wife and I spent a lovely long weekend at SHA in Spain. The mix of wellness and clinical facilities gave us the ideal opportunity both to relax and improve our health and lifestyle

Although I would book the ultra all inclusive as you can skip the ques for the bars which can get busy. Around the pool is always clean and the lifeguards are always on there best keeping everyone safe

We've booked this for the past 2 years, absolutely no issues with the resort. Always clean, themed restaurants are brilliant quality, the buffet restaurant is equally good

Are a good size for up to 4 people and the cleaners do a good job of keeping the cabins clean and stocked up, the only negatives are there is no plug in the kitchen area to plug the kettle in , so you have to move the kettle to the floor to plug it in, I found that very bizarre

First 2 days unfortunately the food wasn't that great, the restaurant was absolutely manic and like a massive school dinner hall, with barley any stuff to clean dirty tables and keep on top of the high demand for the amount of guests, you also have to queue from the live cooking station to get to the dishes that have already been prepared and cooked, even if you don't want anything from the live cooking...

You can get things like pasta, chips, rice etc from other stations, but then have to wait in a queue for the main dishes, so maybe a separate live cooking station could be the answer for the manic queues

Regardless of the ice skating a big thumbs up to the animation team 👍. There are also plenty of places and food trucks you can get food and drink , including water fountains throughout the resort

AMAZING This was our 2nd stay within 8 days. Our 1st stay Sara on reception (bothSara's) were fantastic. Professional, friendly, helpful. Adrian on reception during our check-out dealt withoue query exceptionally

Booked this hotel at short notice just for a short 5 day rest with my wife and son. Very friendly staff and lovely clean hotel and gardens. Pool was very nice also and plenty of spare loungers

A special mention for the Training manager Gardenia who was very accommodating in helping us find a lost item. Very professional, friendly and helpful. This professionalism extended to the entire team at Barceló

The rooms include a terrace and are spacious, with a small kitchen and well furnished. It offers also parking at the basement. The hotel is very calm and noiseless, ideal to have some quality rest

Sara H is exceptional, as is the hotel. Her professionalism and calmness is just what usneeded these days. Upon arrival, always a smile and greeting. All staff are friendly which is why we keep returning

Few more shades maybe? Loads of onsite parking. Didn’t use the spa or gym but smelt great! Two free drinks per day with premier package was great as well

The star of our trip here was Cristina who was the staff member who went above and beyond to provide excellent service at the pool side restaurant. We are really happy with this hotel; the rooms and pools were amazing

The room was very clean and the environment was great. There were two swimming pools and an outdoor bar, making it very convenient to order drinks. There was also a very rich breakfast

It was a very friendly choice for business travelers. It was very close to the beach, only a 6-minute drive away

Receptionist very rude and unfriendly. Rooms beautifully decorated and large. We were half board and enjoyed most meals. We preferred the Hills pool as palms is more suited to kids and very busy and noisy

The hotel is located away from the beach, but everything you need is nearby. The food was delicious, but breakfast was the same every day

Another highlight for me was the location 📍 – just a 20-minute walk to the beach 🏖️, perfect for getting my daily steps in 🚶‍♀️. For those who prefer not to walk, there are plenty of affordable taxis 🚖 and buses 🚌

The staff were incredibly helpful 😊, and the hotel was spotless ✨. I loved that the pool 🏊‍♀️ was open from 10:00 to 20:00, and on my very first morning I saw the team cleaning it thoroughly before opening 🧹

The hotel was busy as expected but didn’t feel crowded , we could always get sunbeds( could possibly do with more parasols around pool but were areas of shade). So nice it wasn’t a high rise like many hotels in Benidorm

We LOVED this hotel! We are a family of 4 with 2 children aged 8 and 12. The hotel was extremely clean, our family room was spacious, we had 2 separate singles for the kids rather than a double sofa bed which was great

Outside pool is really big , inflatable slide is on a Tuesday and foam party a Friday. Pool area is really clean and tidy, not dated. The water park is a 10 min walk but really a great day out

You can get pool towels but need to put down a €40 deposit that you get back at the end of your stay. The indoor pool has to be booked but is never busy , and you have to wear swim hats

10/15 min walk to the beach , if you have kids be aware the shops nearer the beach have rude slogan merch on show! Lots of activities through the day

We had an amazing stay on this campsite. The site itself is very well kept and all facilities are spotless. The reception staff were very helpful, and a special shout out to pavlo in the bar who was brilliant

We arrived to a lovely welcome at reception, very speedy and informative process. The site is well situated within walking distance to the centre of Benidorm, although we used our bikes a lot

All the pitches are well maintained and level, the site is a 5 min walk from the entertainment end of Benidorm and the best but is no pets are allowed, so no yapping handbag dogs everytime you pass a camper, motorhome or caravan

The site itself is very well maintained and the facilities were immaculate (showers and toilets etc) Pool area is beautiful and relaxing We ate at the bar and the food was lovely, friendly staff and good service We have already booked to return (something we don’t normally do as we like to go to different places) Thank you all and looking forward to coming back!!

Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us

Lovely hotel. Has everything you need. The only thing that would have made it would be a kettle. The breakfast was very nice and the drinks were good value. Comfy beds and powerful shower. Highly recommend

Beach is 10 minutes walk and the old town is just along the promenade. Staff are brilliant , and patient with my limited Spanish. We had a standard room and it was clean and tidied every day

Just getting ready to fly home. This is our fifth time at this hotel. It's situated in a great area, with lots of pubs,shops and benidorm palace nearby

Pools were really nice, the bottom pool is shaded by the hotel next door at times but was significantly quieter! Room cleanliness was unparalleled

The pool area was good with plenty of beds despite people queuing then stampeding at stupid o'clock for the best spots. We would watch them every morning from our balcony at how stupid they all looked

Food was plentiful, good choice of meats etc; you would always find something to eat. However on the second week of our stay it looked liked it was repeated in different dishes with different names

It should be noted that we went in winter and the heated pool was a big part of the reason why we decided to go to that hotel, and the fact that it is not in optimal condition lowers our overall score a little

Came here with two of my friends for a girls trip Had an amazing time and staff were lovely especially the man behind the bar that served us sex on the beaches all week!😂 Only complaint is that the walls of the rooms are very thin and we had the maids banging on our doors around 9:30am the day we were checking out when we only needed to check out at 11am

We have stayed at many hotels in Benidorm but came here for our 45th wedding anniversary, the all-inclusive is amazing, the food was plentiful and good options. All the staff were friendly and helpful

Close to indoor and outdoor markets and plenty of shops for the take home gifts. Every visit to Benidorm doesn't disappoint. Love coming here and will definitely use Placidia again
