Spa was fantastic. We walked in as outside guests. Receptionist was super helpful. It was heaven. We went for lunch after at one of the hotel restaurants which was exceptional. Staff are so friendly in the reception too.

Fabulous hotel with great pool area, lovely public areas and great air con. Pool area great for adults and children. Breakfast at hotel had good variety and staff lovely and helpful . Dinner offered a wide variety of fish and meat . Entertainment in hotel very good especially a great violinist .

Hygiene: The floor was not clean. We spilled water and used paper towels to wipe the water, but the paper towels were covered with dust and hair. Service: There was a piece of cake in the room, but it was rotten. I called the front desk, but they just took it away and nothing happened. Very nice hotel: nice rooms, nice swimming pools and bars! I have been there twice: the first time was just after the opening and there was lack of organization and the dinners were not good. It is a nice hotel with a good SPA and work out room, pretty good 5 star worthy breakfast. However, keycards were not always working well (which means a trip back to the reception). I have just asked for room service. I requested 1 coffee with milk and reception called to say it would be 15 Euro’s. I appreciated the call and cancelled my coffee. How do you justify 15 Euros for a coffee. The hotel is so quiet you would think they would be giving you a free coffee to keep the clientele happy

My daughter took me to this hotel for a few days for my birthday last week. It deserves its 5 stars. The hotel, the rooms. the spa, the gardens and pools, breakfasts and the staff were brilliant. The weather was atrocious but we didn’t care. We enjoyed our room. The very large bed was very comfortable. We travelled to the dam near Guadalest which is definitely worth a visit. An excellent 2 nights away. Exceptional service from all the staff. As a chef myself, the breakfast offerings were as good as anywhere in Spain that I have been. One suggestion if I may. It would be useful if a hook or rail was near to the shower so a towel could be put for easy access when finishing in the shower. However a small issue which did not spoil our visit. We WILL be back!!

The hotel is absolutely stunning, I am so glad we upgraded to The level. The staff are so welcoming, always willing to help you find ways for you to enjoy your vacation. It is like staying in an Italian village, lots of choice for restaurants in you want more than half board to choose from.

Fabulous resort, just doesn’t have the 5 star experience at the Level, understaffed (basically fend for yourself) at level pool areas. No food @ pool, no pool bar table service and it’s quite a track. Breakfast buffet with birds crawling over it, just not what you’d expect for the money. Coffee options poor. Take my advice just stay in the Vilitana 4 star side of the hotel and save yourself money...

What can I say!it was everything and more than I expected, the brochures really don't do the resort justice. It was so idyllic the most beautiful scenery amazing food.i stayed with my friend we had the grande suite on the level, and it was perfect I really couldn't fault anything.
