A good 5 ⭐️ star hotel. The rooms are clean, and the hotel grounds are also clean. There are three outdoor pools and one indoor pool. As for me, there is nothing to do here. But if you want peace and quiet, I recommend this hotel))

This year, we stayed at this hotel for a few days with our two children for the third time. It’s a classic with good service and a very peaceful atmosphere. I love the location, and it’s always a reliable choice. However, I believe a renovation and proper maintenance of the rooms, especially the bathrooms, is necessary.

The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help. The room was fancy, clean, and the overall environment was fantastic. There were multiple pools, both indoors and outdoors, all spotless and inviting. There were several restaurants and bars to choose from. It’s a perfect place for chilling and relaxing. The only downsides were that getting there by public transportation was difficult...

This is an excellent luxury hotel! The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. A big plus is the free charger in the paid parking garage, which is very convenient for electric vehicle owners. The location is perfect, close to many attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Highly recommend staying here

I read some aweful reviews but couldn't cancel as I had paid my deposit...thankfully so! To start with, the environment and surroundings are perfections, beautiful plants rocks and water everywhere. Yes they offer things over and above your plan, but they are not pushy at all. I added a few services, and was glad to have those options...I had a ful cardiovascular check up wich I knew I'd never get...

I was excited to stay at the renown SHA resort. The highlights were the staff and food. The lowlights were the upselling the the untimely follow ups post stay. Its been 2 months and I still don't have lab results back...The hotel also needs a face lift

It was an very educational experience. Completely recommend it! The staff is very welcoming and nice. The rooms are relax as was the whole experience. If you decide to go, sign up for the cooking classes, we learned so much there. we also went to the seminar about emotional intelligence and learned so much!

This time of year, there are lots of large bicycle and retirement groups. Good entertainment every night. The bar staff were very nice and Mojito was very good. We wanted some ice by the pool at one stage and were charged 10c, which felt a bit weird. Our room was by the lifts, so I'm not sure if every room would have this, but starting at 6am every morning, get ready to hear the bells and doors slam...

Visited in April first class beautiful hotel. Staff excellent loved it so much coming back in October. Highly recommend this hotel.

We’re currently staying at this hotel. It’s so beautiful. Clean. The staff are lovely. It was my boyfriend’s birthday yesterday. We travelled to Benidorm which is only a 20 min drive in a taxi from the hotel. When we got back there was a cake and note in the room wishing my boyfriend a happy birthday. We were so surprised. The location is amazing. The views from our room and the pool are stunning....

Absolutely breathtaking. A little piece of heaven right there in Altea. The hotel fresh and clean. The staff - all of them rock stars. The entertainment great. And very close to the prominade and Old Town Altea. And if you don't want to walk then there is a free shuttle!

The hotel is a little far from Altea (15 minutes from the old town), so it allows you to completely disconnect. The room was very spacious. The staff was attentive and willing to answer any questions you might have. The buffet breakfast is highly recommended.

Charming hotel on the outskirts of Altea. Very quiet and thoughtfully designed. It is an old oil mill and the decor is designed in that sense. The view from the pool is breathtaking towards the mountain. The food is very good, with local spices. The perfect place to switch off and relax. It is not expensive.

Nice location. Garden and restaurant are very good. Breakfast was delicious. The service can be better.
