Catalonia Park Güell Mini-hotel

The esthetic of the lobby is beautiful. The room we had was located in a hallway that was being painted and our bathroom looked like it had paint speckles on the floor. Looked a little dusty but otherwise served its purpose. The beds were comfortable. Regarding service, I rated it 5 stars because of Jose who worked at the bar. He made us the best coffee and recommended which pastries to try. So delicious! Jose was friendly, personable and made us feel welcomed!

Lovely hotel, a bit out of the city but a bus right outside takes you straight down into the square and its approx every 8 minutes.
Staff were lovely especially at the bar and at breakfast. José was very welcoming, efficient and always smiling.
4 stars for rooms as we had to upgrade to get tea, coffee and a fridge which I think should be standard in a warm country.

Hotel was rather nice. Premium room is a tad small for two people. It works. Chamber maids did an excellent job. Room was always clean when I returned. Staff worked with me to accommodate my spouse's hospital stay during our visit. Hotel is about a 8 to 12 minute walk (depends on your walking speed; everyone here walks very quickly) to metro. Also, I felt safe walking to metro and local restaurants and back to hotel. There are multiple inclines (hills) in this area so come prepared to go up and down inclines. Of course, one can always use share rides/taxis if walking is not your thing. It appears Park Güell is close by based on views from hotel walk. Did not seek out for medical reasons mentioned before. lt is a great location/hotel in my opinion. Would stay again.

I stayed here for two weeks with a group of 19 (17 college students, plus myself and trip co-leader). This hotel exceeded our expectations! The area is a little oasis after the hustle of downtown, but still super close to all the main attractions along the green line. After a day of sightseeing, the rooftop pool and room air conditioning felt downright luxurious! The breakfast was fantastic and the hotel restaurant and bar was a lifesaver for those times we were too tired to venture out for a late dinner or needed just one more drink after a wonderful evening out. The most appreciated part of our stay was the hotel staff-everyone was so wildly kind and helpful. They were responsive to any questions or issues we had and we especially enjoyed Jose and Rosalia’s care for us at breakfast and in the restaurant. They were lovely!

EXCELLENT HOTEL!! clean rooms, you can stream your phone to the tv, friendly staff, phenomenal breakfast with fresh orange juice and local foods.
Also, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Jose, who was the host at breakfast, was lovely and even helped us practice our Spanish!!

We stayed here for two weeks, and everything was fantastic! The location is great, not in the city center, but so easily accessible via the metro. It felt like a nice oasis to come back to the hotel and enjoy the rooftop pool at the end of the day. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Rosalia and Jose. They made us feel so welcome!

Very good hotel in a nice area of the city, easily accessible through public transport. The restaurant at the hotel has nice food and offers multiple vegan options. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Jose deserves a special mention: he is very hospitable and made us feel very welcome from the moment we set foot in the hotel lounge
