Hotel Best Aranea

Starting off with the positives, the location is ideal. However, the service did not meet expectations. After we had initially checked into the hotel and dropped off our bags, we were given a run down of features and amenities. However when we came back to pick up keys, the staff in charge, gave us information that was very elementary. Such as telling us to take the hotel card out of the slot when we are not there. I don’t know how to best explain this part to be honest because, I felt like this information could have been communicated via a note inside the room to serve as a reminder. On its surface, this could be a climate initiative, however, telling guests this upon check in with no other information seems kind of cheap. Additionally, the room was not visually appealing as it had outdated throw pillows that looked dirty. Additionally, I did find a hair in the sheets. I would not stay here again, but for what it’s worth, good location.

Edit: I am not sure why there is confusion about the key card. They told us to take it out prior to check out which was quite odd. Reply to reviews seem highly passive aggressive and I would not recommend this place.
