Hotel Best Aranea

If you love surprise visits from the cleaning staff while you’re laying on bed with your significant other at 6pm then this hotel is the perfect place for you!
The only thing that can top that terrifying experience that we had is when we came back to our hotel room and the housekeeper had forgotten to close the door properly after having it cleaned!!! We are not exactly sure for how many hours our room door was open for, but at least 4-5 hours!!! Thankfully nothing was taken and we had left our valuables in the safe.
There are a ton of other things about the room that were either not clean or in perfect condition but I’m not going to get to that… I’d give it 1 star but since the staff at the reception was friendly I’ll give it 2 stars. Also the location is good

This is the worst hotel. The room is very small, the windows look at the neighbouring wall, there is no sun at all, and you can't tell what the weather is like. The bed linen and towels are worn and old; you have to ask for normal ones. The worst thing is the breakfast. There is nothing at all, not even bread or boiled eggs. I do not recommend it !!

Met with one very dishonest male front desk waiter, charge me additional 15euro for 2 person in a double room. That’s a trick. I think he get the 15euro for his own. And I see in the reply of The hotel staff, they actually blame the customer without reflect on themselves. What a shame, strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone. Dishonest hotel.

I accidentally made a reservation for one when we are two. I was charged an additional 10 euros per day to “upgrade the room” because I was told that the room I booked only had a “single bed” but my booking clearly stated a double bed. The price on the booking sit was about 5 Eros per day for the extra person for a room with the same size bed. I am okay with paying extra but 10 Eros per day is excessive. (My reservation says the bed is a double bed but the receptionist said the 10 euros was to “upgrade” the bed since the booking was for a single bed but my reservation clearly states the bed is a double bed which would fit my boyfriend and I just fine) this hotel is economical but they nickel and dime you everywhere they can.
Also, there is NO parking available and the shower gets water all over the floor since there is only a partial glass door and you have to pay extra to keep your baggage in lockers. I do not recommend staying here.
