Additionally, the check-in policy of allowing access only after 3:00 p.m. was not clearly stated at the time of booking. I also booked with breakfast included, but upon arrival was informed that it was not part of my reservation, which caused further confusion.
On a positive note, the room was very clean and well maintained. However, the reception process and lack of clarity around booking details significantly impacted my overall experience. I would recommend improving the payment verification system and ensuring that booking information regarding check-in times and meal inclusions is made clearer to guests in advance.

- 2 roaches found on our door as we returned from a day out - compensation with 2 free drinks from
the bar
- a power outage on day 2
- mold in the shower
- no power outlets next to the beds
- light shone trough the screen every morning (bring eye mask)
- small blood stain on the sheets
conclusion: fine hotel to stay in the city centre, not the most clean unfortunately.
