My family recently had a 3-day stay at this hotel after a tour of southern Spain. This hotel is wonderful. The rooms are very spacious with great airconditioning and water pressure and the bathroom was very large and clean. The hotel common areas are large and comfortable and the staff helped not only with dinner recommendations but were able to book tickets for excursions and answer all questions we had regarding the area. We had the breakfast that was always fresh. The location is incredible and cannot be beat! I would highly recommend this hotel for any stay.

Had a wonderful last stop for my bachelorette party on the rooftop! Loved the view and the cocktails and snacks 😻 We asked Julia to take a picture of us and she was super friendly!!! Great service! Will definitely come again!

The hotel was very nice and clean, with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was perfect. My first room was dark, but after changing to a room on the 21st floor, everything was perfect with beautiful sea views.

The price performance is by no means right here!
The shower didn't work in our hotel room. We asked the hotel staff about it 4 times and they didn't even take care of it. Until our departure, the shower still didn't work.
In addition, there is mold in all corners of the room. Corresponding photos are attached to me. At the request to change to another room, money was requested and last but not least, there was allegedly no room left.
I can only advise everyone against this hotel!

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and everything was perfect. The room was really comfortable and impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The cherry on top was when I discovered a surprise in my room on my birthday—a cake with candles, champagne, and a heartfelt letter wishing me a happy birthday. The staff had no idea it was my birthday, yet they went above and beyond to make it special. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am giving this hotel an absolute 5 stars. Highly recommended!

❎Only visited the rooftop bar but if you're wondering where to stay and this is a good location for you, based on our short experience stay at the Icon BCN just up the road
✅Nice setting, nice view- we came here as we wanted to visit a rooftop bar close to our hotel
❎Unfriendly in the hotel, felt like a burden for asking where the lift to the bar was
❎Slow service
❎Rather rude staff in the bar- non engaging, didn't seem happy
❎Saw a waiter pinch an olive from a customer's bowl before serving
❎Served us a very strange strawberry daiquiri! Granted they may have used fresh strawberries, but it was as if they just been mixed in a leisurely manner in a bowl with some rum without any blending or other ingredients! Struggled to finish and noticed the next table had also left theirs.

Great location, very good standard, great roof top view, nice stuff. Electric kettle in the room would be great especially in a cold season.

Loved this hotel. Will stay again next time we are in Barcelona.
Greeted with Cava on arrival and stayed for dinner to a live piano player that evening. Really lovely experience.
Rooms were clean and spacious.

A really nice hotel to stay at! The location is amazing, the breakfast was great and the view from the rooftop is incredible. A very good price/quality balance.
