The room was quite big and the near the metro station. There was a coffee machine free to use at the ground floor.

Hotel is a bit far from downtown Barcelona, but it's convenient to travel by metro.
Staff is nice and helpful.
Will definitely go back again.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Their service is quite good. The smart cards for the room were not very smart. I had to go back to the reception to restore and reactivate them twice but the receptionist was very helpful. Their breakfast is very good, a lot of choices. I was very satisfied.

The hotel located in a residential area abit far away from the tourist spots. There is a metro station about 5 min walk from the hotel. We mainly bolt cost about 10-20 euro to central, train is also quite convenient when there is congestion. Room is good size. Gym is very small. In winter there is only heating in the room, even advertised with air conditioning. We have to open window if room got too hot but we are reluctant to do so due to safety reason of our 4 yr old. I discussed with the receptionist, they changed our room to a lower level and provide us a fan.

The pictures make it seem nicer than it really is. The lobby area is fine, and the rooms are mostly clean and "OK." However, the plumbing in the bathrooms seems to have been done by a drunk child, with pipes hanging loose, etc.
The breakfast was extremely low quality and cost 15 euros! Do yourself a favor and skip the breakfast; buy something from a café instead.
The hotel is close to the metro line but quite far from the "city center," for those who want to be closer to "where the action is."
I would not recommend this hotel unless you are just looking for a clean place to sleep.

Nice hotel. Fair value for money. Friendly and helpful staff.
It's not in the best location but there is a metro station 2 minutes away. Room had a fantastic view of the city and the bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean but the shower tiles had mould. I had a nice stay.

*For tourist information* The tourism tax is slightly higher than other places since it is 4-Star Hotel. (To be expected for tourist)
Rooms Service: Excellent, the room service is great. The bathroom is pretty good and nice too look at.
Room: The one we had was decent but had some scratches and damages, and the A/C worked but took longer than average to cool down the room. We just endured it instead. Could been the bad apple we were given at the time so don't let it dis-courage you.
Mini Bar & Bar: Mini Bar in the room which has beverages but cost money but something nice if it's within your budget.
Also has laundry options as well.
Location: There is a Metro and Bus stop right behind the building which is a 3-5 minutes walk and takes you to the centre of Barcelona and other parts as well.
Overall: It's satisfied my holiday living there for the week with my partner and would again in the near future.

A nice hotel, very roomy and clean, I arrived early morning tired after traveling for a long distance , front desk Carlos very helpful, Claudia was kind to help me w a early check, that is why I wrote this review. I came here for my daughter soccer camp from USA. Will love recommend this hotel to everyone, breakfast is good, only interesting is shower design , water can leak out. Overall I love it.
