H10 Metropolitan 4* Sup Hotel

Excellent location only 3 mins walk from airport bus station. Hotel excellent service, good amenities and allow us late check out till 2 pm. Lots of food to eat around. Rambler room very sizable with balcony. Will recommend to friend who travel there.

This hotel has an excellent location, very central and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The front desk is also very good, the people there were very friendly and helpful. The room is a little too small for us, but its manageable. Our big complaint is really just the awful housekeeping. They keep replacing our toilet paper with half/used rolls (it would really be very unhygienic if this was from another guest room)?! On our last day, one of the coffee cups was missing, and they gave us only one water. The worst part was after unrolling our bath towel, a clump of hair was inside (see pic). Lastly, while we were waiting for the elevator, we saw housekeeping open a door of a different room even though there was a "Do not disturb" sign. We actually saw a shocked guest that did not have a shirt on. H10 should really look into improving their housekeeping.

Hotel is very nice, quiet. Excellent location with a Starbucks right across the street along with small grocery stores nearby. Rooms have large showers and comfortable beds. You can also use your phone with their television to watch your favorite streaming services.

Nice rooms and good breakfast. Very central with plenary pf restaurants, bars and shopping very close. It was weird that breakfast opens only 7.30 am. Good amenities like espresso machine, robes, slippers, and nice balcony.

Unbeatable location, within 5 minutes walking distance from Plaça Catalana (Metro station, bus station, and Aerobus station). Next to Pass de Gràcia, the beautiful street where many historical artictures such as Casa Mila are located.
Close to most tourist attractions either by public transport or on foot.
Yet the hotel is located in a bustling area, I felt safe during my stay and coming back at night time.
View from the rooftop is stunning.
Impeccable service from check-in to check-out.
Breakfast included a wide range of choices: scrambled eggs, omelets, crepes, cava ... the churros are the highlight of the breakfast. Special thanks to the waitress Katherine, she is so amicable and professional.

The room is smaller than expected.
Room 515 was assigned for my 5-night stay. It was quite disappointing. The exposure of the room is facing the elevator directly. People riding the elevator can peek into the room. There is no privacy at all. We have no choice but to shut the curtains all day. Avoid room #15.
Room #13 #14 seems better.
Housekeeping needs to be improved, and there are quite a lot of dust balls on the floor. I suspect the room was not thoroughly vaccummed.
Except for the dust ball and the exposure of the room, there were no other issues.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Recommend it!!

Absolutely loved my stay here. One of the best features of the hotel is its location - it's very central therefore close to everything (shopping malls, the fashion district, taxi parks, the hop-on-hop-off bus tour stop etc), but at the same time isn't rowdy or noisy. Once you step into the hotel itself, it's calm, quiet and peaceful. The room was modern with a nice design, spacious enough for two, the staff were super friendly and helpful (special shoutout to Mark). There are treats at the reception area for guests (sweets, candy and juice) and the food was awesome. Great breakfast options as well.

An absolutely wonderful experience the moment you step through the door. Staff are personable and professional (multi lingual [English]). Any possible need for a stay seems exceedingly met here. Premium price for premium quality.

Staying in the H10 Metropolitan was an absolute delight. We arrived from a different hotel after a long night out and the experience couldn’t have been better. Fantastic service and they got a room right when we arrived.

The room was so spacious, the beds were really comfortable and the bathroom super spacious! The terrace was also the perfect place to just take a break from exploring the city.

The only sad part is that we didn’t have time to test the pool! We’ll save it for next time.

We stayed for 2 nights in a room with terrace and jacuzzi. The room itself was decent, quiet and well equipped although the dark wood and mirrors make it look a little dated. The terrace and jacuzzi were lovely for relaxing and so we didn't feel the need to use the pool.

Service at the bar was friendly and prompt. Breakfast was good and included with our room rate, it's a mix of ala carte and buffet. We had an early departure and reception kindly offered to do a breakfast bag to take with us.

The hotel has a great location, the service is efficient and we would certainly return if we find ourselves in Barcelona in future.
