H10 Metropolitan 4* Sup

Absolutely loved my stay here. One of the best features of the hotel is its location - it's very central therefore close to everything (shopping malls, the fashion district, taxi parks, the hop-on-hop-off bus tour stop etc), but at the same time isn't rowdy or noisy. Once you step into the hotel itself, it's calm, quiet and peaceful. The room was modern with a nice design, spacious enough for two, the staff were super friendly and helpful (special shoutout to Mark). There are treats at the reception area for guests (sweets, candy and juice) and the food was awesome. Great breakfast options as well.

An absolutely wonderful experience the moment you step through the door. Staff are personable and professional (multi lingual [English]). Any possible need for a stay seems exceedingly met here. Premium price for premium quality.

Staying in the H10 Metropolitan was an absolute delight. We arrived from a different hotel after a long night out and the experience couldn’t have been better. Fantastic service and they got a room right when we arrived.

The room was so spacious, the beds were really comfortable and the bathroom super spacious! The terrace was also the perfect place to just take a break from exploring the city.

The only sad part is that we didn’t have time to test the pool! We’ll save it for next time.

We stayed for 2 nights in a room with terrace and jacuzzi. The room itself was decent, quiet and well equipped although the dark wood and mirrors make it look a little dated. The terrace and jacuzzi were lovely for relaxing and so we didn't feel the need to use the pool.

Service at the bar was friendly and prompt. Breakfast was good and included with our room rate, it's a mix of ala carte and buffet. We had an early departure and reception kindly offered to do a breakfast bag to take with us.

The hotel has a great location, the service is efficient and we would certainly return if we find ourselves in Barcelona in future.

My 12 year old daughter and I stayed here 4 nights in a room with terrace and outside jacuzzi. We were very happy with this hotel and would return. It is worth the 4 stars. The location is perfect, just off Placa de Catalunya. Staff was very friendly and polite. Lunch and snacks were good, breakfast as well; a buffet with sufficient variety, fresh food, hot dishes to order separately. No five stars, because of 3 points: guests were smoking everywhere, on the terrace and in the pool area while this hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. Second: towels were replaced every day even if we hung them; this hotel aims to be environmentally friendly - this is not. 3d, the pool was a disappointment. We chose this hotel as the pool seemed quite sizeable on the hotel website. However it appeared not more that a small basin with a water depth of 0,9-1m max - it came towards my middle. In our view the pictures are misleading. The rooftop pool has even less depth. A pity as it would not have prevented us from booking had we known, now we felt misled.

Great Hotel in the heart of Barcelona! The room is spacious with a stunning veranda with sun loungers and jacuzzi. Friendly, helpful staff.

Honest 4 stars, all polite, pleasant, excellent rooms and balconies.

Staff was extremely helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and the location couldn’t have been more central to all the great shopping, bars and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable!
