Located in the new district of Barcelona innovative technologies 22@, 19 km from the airport, 2 km from the historic and commercial city center (4 metro stops), 1 km from the beach.
Consists of one 9-storey building.
The hotel has 195 rooms. There are 6 rooms for disabled and rooms for smokers.
Beach: public, sandy beach 1 km from the hotel (3 coastline). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. The beach is 4 km away.

During lunch we were meet by Jaime Domingo at the restaurant who gave us an amazing custumer service.
Later we found out he was also the arquitect of the Halloween snacks at reception.

The hotel looks nice and is clean. Staff were lovely and friendly.
The rooftop is impressive, and it has lovely views over the city.
The room has a safe.
The pillows on the bed were nice and comfy.
Plenty of storage for clothes etc.
Negatives:
The location and vibe of the area are unpleasant. The area is run down and has graffiti everywhere. Having a 4-star hotel in this type of area is really weird. It's too far away from anything, so either bring some good walking shoes or be prepared to call an Uber.
The air conditioning worked, but it did not cool the room enough.
Tea and coffee were not replenished during our stay.
Water in reception was warm, and it would be nice to have some ice in it, especially when there is a heatwave.
The windows in our room opened to face windows of opposite rooms but I'm glad we didn't look out onto the street because there were bars and clubs nearby and you would have gotten loads of noise from them.
The rooms are not sound proofed so you hear your neighbours and the maids in the morning.
The beds were too hard and uncomfortable.
The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work, so it got too hot and humid after a shower.
Overall
The hotel looks nice and clean and the staff were lovely during our stay but there are too many issues with the room and the location of the hotel is not good. Therefore, I wouldn't return or recommend it.
Overall hotel completed a great Barcelona experience for us.
Also, the shower gel was not replaced and we ran out at the end of the trip as well as the bins were not replaced every day. Just a few things to keep in mind.
