We had the pleasure of staying in this awesome hotel for four nights just some days ago. The room is perfectly equipped, the kitchen offers everything you need to cook your own meals. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so yummy and offers a variety of dishes. Really cool. And the location is simply perfect. Public transportation and nice restaurants just around the corner. We will be back as 5 days of Barcelona are not enough.

The one bedroom deluxe is spacious and plenty of room for a family of 4. Close to a metro station, roughly 5-8 minute walk. As mentioned in previous reviews some rooms/areas have a sewage smell. Room 104 in particular had this smell our whole stay so stay away from that particular room. Free laundry room which includes detergent. The driers are not great and likely need maintenance.

The location is around nice breakfast, lunch , & dinner spots. Walking distance for a quick bite. Transportation is very reliable and the clubs are a vibe depending on who you know where you go.
The gym is well kept and the laundry room is convenient.
Cons
There’s a rotten egg sewerage smell on the hotel floors in the morning in the hallways. The breakfast is trash. Elevators are not stable or safe.
Kitchen staff are rude and more concerned with your room number before you can grab a plate or beverage. The beds are hard and pushed together. Barcelona waitresses are rude, but the men waiters are easy to deal with.
I recommend learn Spanish if you don’t already know it. It’ll help with the language barrier.

Rooms were unclean upon checkin (lots of hair, debris, etc. found around room/on upholstery) and the hotel seemed to not be in great shape. It was clearly great when it was built, but since then its begun to show wear and tear. The hotel is likely great for extended stays but there are better options for a short stay in Barcelona. On the upside, the gym was very nice.

Deluxe studio in modern hotel. Lovely room, excellent facilities (bathroom/kitchenette etc). 24 hour desk, very helpful staff. Elevators odd, one broken for the 6 days I was there, and the other appears to be following the same way. Location not necessarily the best but metro a few minutes away, and Nord bus station about 10 minutes walk.

There was a horrible smell in the bathroom and even in room in the morning which probably came from the vent. We asked for a few extra towel, but the reception said we don’t have any!!! They said we only provide towel and room service on day 3, and you have to wait until then to receive more towel!! This hotel is a 2-star hotel at best! We stayed at 4 hotels during our stay and all of the provided room service including towels every day! Their laundry room was closed too! At least, provide this information during booking or put it on your website. Our room was next to the elevator, and there was a loud noise at 2 AM on Friday and Saturday night.

This hotel was excellent. Very close proximity to multiple metro lines and busses, and easily walkable to main areas. The hotel and room was clean, user friendly, and all the staff was amazing.

Doesn’t look like a 4 start hotel to me but a 2 star that makes a living taking advantage of the tech workers who find this place convenient due to the proximity to their offices.
When I came here I found:
- Dirty couch and furniture (see pics)
- No shaving or teeth brushing kit
I got relocated to another room and I got:
- 30 degrees in the room
- Insects around the place
- A disgusting smell coming out from the bathroom (reminds me to Bangkok)
- Broken ceilings
- An uncomfortable bed
- No kits
I would avoid this hotel at all costs.
When I came here I found:

Great little hotel. Gym facilities were perfect. Kitchen was handy. Location ideal as quiet neighbourhood with convenience stores a plenty (fresh crusty bread daily) and train station not too far a walk.
