The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are great. The shower however had very low water pressure to the point I had a hard time getting shampoo out of my hair.
The staff working at the front desk reception were more interested in being on their phones than helping guests. The hotel should possibly consider hiring those who are actually there to work. The staff were not very helpful with any inquiries as they seemed to be very much engulfed in whatever was on their cell phones.

Beware these reviews must be fake. The hotel rooms look NOTHING like the photos. I felt like we were duped! The rooms look like old offices, they were musty, dusty, pillows with mysterious stains, the lights made a buzzing sound, the shower was weird (there’s no shower door or curtain so water was splashing everywhere. The ac would reset itself( we changed it to 28 celcius and within 30 mins the ac would turn itself back down to 22 celcius).
On top of the terrible rooms, the hotel is not very responsive. I contacted them before my arrival and there was no response! I emailed and called, there was no answer.

I would say rooms were rather big and the breakfast was really good. I cannot say that the staff spoke English or any other language other than Spanish. The cleanliness of the rooms were also not bad. The location is somewhat walking distance to some attractions and sites. Guests can also order to the hotel from any food delivery apps such as Glovo to dine in.

Had an unpleasant stay here. The air conditioning wasn't working in our room so I went to the reception in the evening to let them know. She said to not modify the dial in our room as it will not work and instead she can change the temperature for us behind her desk. Went back to my room to go to bed and it was worse than before. Woke up at 3am because I couldn't breathe, tried to call reception but they wouldn't pick up. Went down to the reception and the guy said our air conditioning was turned off by someone. Seemed the lady at the reception I spoke to turned it off instead of lowering the temp as she had said. Still, it was unbearably hot. I have never experienced this before where the temperature dial in a room doesn't work and we need to speak to reception to change the temperature in the room. For a 4 star hotel, it is unacceptable to have no air conditioning when it is so hot out.
Also, the room was much dirtier and cramped than photos.
2 stars only because they stored luggage for us, which we appreciated. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

First time in Barcelona. We stayed at the Wilson Boutique Hotel, we must say this hotel is in perfect location and you have all the stores and attractions all in walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Barcelona, it is very clean and they are very helpful with answering any questions you may have and great with suggestions about dining/ events near by. Can’t wait to go back!! 🫶🏼

Need to change some employees! Be careful before you book rooms at this hotel. You may not be able to get some drinks or food, sometimes it can be closed randomly. Overall, it is a nice place.

The rooms are nice and not tiny. The area is central so also nice.
The hotel has a nice little terrace with a view and a small gym also with a view.
Unfortunately in august 2024 - no service is provided due to renovations in the bar. So no breakfast, of what we found out only at the check in. No bar, only water in the room…
