The rooms are spacious. The cot bed mattress needs a replacement. Most staff is nice. Others, need some customer service training. Bathroom needs a deep clean. Overall, rooms and bathroom could use an update.
Breakfast was great, lots of variety.
Water for the first day is included which is useful. No conditioner, no shower cap, no sowing set which is surprising.
Location is good for wandering downtown and getting to all of the major attractions. Close to a grocery store, metro, several restaurants. Seemed like a safe area.

The room was very nice but you could tell that the hotel has some years on it. The customer service was excellent and the lobby is very beautiful. The location is awesome as it's only six minutes walking distance from the Diagonal subway station L5 blue line and Paseo de Gracia. The room really was very nice. Comfortable bed. Everything you could need was already in the room. Coffee, tea, drinks, snacks. I would definitely come back.

Excellent choice for our stay in Barcelona. Very close to almost everything, and if you want, you can use public transport. Alfredo was very helpful on our first day at the restaurant, assisting with some health problems our son had. On the cons side, the fridge in the room could use some improvement (it barely kept the water cold).

Great hotel in a great location. Close to most of the great attractions in the city and relatively easy access to metro and S-trains. Helpful and friendly staff and good breakfast. My only complaint would be that the coffee machine in the breakfast room had a chocolate taste when one simply wants/needs coffee/cappucino. But that is a small problem during an otherwise wonderful stay.

I had a wonderful experience. I was welcomed so warmly. The staff helped with everything I needed even. The room was wonderful. It’s a very central location at the same time the streets were quiet and near so many great restaurants and shops. I walked everywhere didn’t even need transportation most of the time

Hotel looks fine and clean.
Nice room, good beds but the bathroom has had better days, everything works fine but you can see there have been a number of repairs.
A lot of noise comming from the other rooms, this costs a star, the bathroom costs another one.
Breakfast is ok but not four stars, the people in the breakfast room are friendly but clean the tables by wiping it all on the floor ?!? That while you are eating. At 10 o'clock they start moving tables and chairs whilst the breakfast is till 10.30.
From the hotel you can easily walk to the rambla's, even to the beach. Lots of small and big restaurants en 24h super markets.

After paying online for a package trip, we arrived at the hotel to check in. They confirmed our stay had been payed, But they wouldn't give us our keys to the room until we had payed them a Tax! £39 (euros)
It was late, we were tired so after a short stand off, I agreed to pay this so called TAX that we have never had to pay anywhere before. BEWARE.
Once we got to our room we noticed straight away how small it was and it had a window instead of the balcony we had booked. Spoke to reception they said we've not booked a balcony room, despite us showing our booking confirmation showing Balcony. They told is it was our operators problem. They said balcony's are for Disabled people 🤯. They said we could have one but we would need to pay an extra £15. Per night for a balcony.
The windows don't seal like UK windows so you could hear all the traffic all night, all the drunk people singing and shouting all night. The toilet blocked up and there were no means if sorting it out, so we had to get the lift down to the basement to use the toilets down there. Due to the design and layout you couldn't sit on the toilet properly anyway lol. Also, the so called AC in the room was useless. So needed to keep opening the window anyway. My wife is Gluten free and this is a Celiac accredited hotel. Unfortunately this meant my wifes dinner ended up just being a heat n eat served in its packageing for you to scold yourself trying to peel the lid off. The GF bread also came steamed in a bag. Needless to say, we will never return to this hotel. Do yourself a favour and book another hotel.

Good afternoon. 1. The hotel is old. The rooms are not tidy. The air conditioner does not work well and makes a lot of noise, which makes it difficult to sleep. We tried to sleep with the window open; we were disturbed by the noise of cars. We booked a room in advance on the hotel website. In four days, I contacted the site, sent an SMS, wrote on Instagram to cancel the reservation for one day. no one answered. After checking into the hotel, they refused to cancel our reservation for one night. They did not issue a cash receipt after payment. I asked, but they still didn’t give me the paper, they wrote out the paper by hand.

A really great hotel. The reception staff were easily the most helpful of the 4 hotels we stayed at in Barcelona.

Great area. Lovely, lovely restaurants and safe to walk. Room big.
Overall very disappointed. Room cold as heating didn't work. Hotel alarm went off at 6am. Noisy, as thin walls.
