This was a great hotel. The location is fantastic, with lots of good transit connections (tram, buses, metro). Right next to the football stadium too and walking distance to the Guggenheim, or a short tram ride away. The view from the restaurant, of the river, was fantastic. Really generous and nice breakfast. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was quite big. Overall, I recommend it.

Spot on, Large bed, clean bedroom, lovely staff. Wish we were spending more than the 1 night, good value breakfast too

Very quiet restaurant. Good value for money. Very friendly attitude towards the staff. On-site parking and easy street parking. Recommended.

A bit expensive for what we got. Room is clean, but no ambiance at all. Everything a bit outdated. No balcony. Bed was good. Location is 15 minute walk to Guggenheim and 2,7 km to old city, which is quit a walk. Restaurant has tl- light, also not very lovely, tried it once for diner, didn't go again. English is a problem.

The hotel itself is fine, a bit dated but clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the reception is understaffed - I had cause to visit the reception desk 3 times throughout my stay: the first time, there was a queue of people waiting to check in, and only 1 person on check-in (I could see another member of staff in the back room on his mobile phone); the second time, the reception desk was completely unstaffed with no bell to attract attention, so I stood there for several minutes just waiting/hoping that someone would come back; the third time, I was trying to check out, but with 10+ others swarming the reception desk and only 1 person working, I left my key on the counter and walked out.

Very good breakfast, with many options for everyone (fruits, yogurt, cheeses, ham, breads, many different types of milk even without lactose, churros, natural orange juice, good coffee, scrambled eggs, sausages and more).
The location is good.

Rooms could be a bit improved (our room had a bit of bad smell, the bottle of water they gave us was open and half full, there wasn't hair conditioner).

A nice modern hotel positioned opposite the football stadium Athletco Bilbao
A nice reception area with English speaking staff
Miguel has got to have a 5 star review as he helped me change my room as the air conditioning was faulty and also booked a boat trip for me and several taxis
The room was comfortable and light and well maintained with a nice view of the river
The breakfast is a cold buffet style with cereals fruit cold meats and cheese
yea and coffee etc and costs €15
There is plenty of places nearby to grab a breakfast

Friendly and professional staff. The staff speaks English fluently and are willing to help you. Very clean and tidy room, we were able to go in early. Parking is on the hotel's parking place for 18€ per night.
