Hotel Vincci Consulado de Bilbao exceeded our expectations with their outstanding staff attention. They surprised me on my birthday with a bottle of cava and a chocolate cake in the room. From the perspective of staff attentiveness, this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The sunny side up eggs at breakfast were exceptional—kudos to the chef! The hotel is also conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city. The only thing we missed was a spa, but that might be why it’s a 4-star hotel rather than 5. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Great hotel comfortable beds choice of 5 pillows - super food in restaurant - breakfast Great choice well presented and fresh- would recommend highly- looking forward to going back again . Car parking in lift below the hotel- windscreen cleaned when I picked up my car on day of leaving a nice surprise.

Loved our 3 night stay here! Fabulous room which was bright and spacious, excellent staff and wonderful breakfast. Location was superb, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a fantastic three night stay in July. The hotel is at a great location next to Guggenheim and a short walk along the river to the old town or city center.
What we really liked were the quiet room, excellent breakfast and friendly attitude from the staff. Would definitely return!

The hotel is in a wonderful location. The staff serves quickly, courteously and competently. Cleanliness is at a high level. The breakfast is very good. The price per night corresponds to the offered quality and service. We are very satisfied with our stay and when we have the opportunity we will repeat our visit with pleasure.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the breakfast is 5* alone. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location feels new , clean , comfy beds, parking is a bit weird you have to use a car elevator that takes you to -5 it costs 18 euros per day, overall it’s a good place nothing special but definitely recommend if your in the area

Modern hotel with a beautiful terrace opening to Guggenheim museum. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. Recommend it!
