Location: 12 km from the centre of Palma, 3 km from the airport.
Consists of one 6-storey building.

Beach: public, sandy, 50 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Via the promenade. Umbrellas and sunbeds for a fee.

Best hotel ever!! Great service, fantastic food, comfortable bed and room! We took the star prestige option and it was nothing less than awesome. The location is great as well. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Felicity who was very kind and helpful. A must stay hotel and we are hopefully coming back in the next year!

It’s not a 5 star hotel by all means. Good 4 for sure , a bit dated, so don’t expect any wow effect of luxury. Typical slow and somewhat ignorant service. The food is very average and clearly doesn’t reach 5 stars . Defrosted berries and fruits for breakfast and absence of chefs to prepare hot breakfast if you fancy one.
The hotel manger has very poor management skills so no surprise on the service at various levels/areas.
Overrated and overpriced.
The only good thing is the location and good sound proof.

Excellent hotel really 5 stars. Very clean very neat, everything is very elegant. I want to say a special thank you to Agatha who conducts daily classes, to the administrator Alex who solves all the issues very quickly and effectively, a huge thank you to the restaurant staff who do their job perfectly, I was very pleased with the work of the woman who cleaned the room and often left a small pleasant surprise. All the food and drinks are very tasty! Do not hesitate to come to this hotel you will get great pleasure.

Breakfast had a lot of cheaper quality of food. Half of fruit was canned. You can have only one towel per person. Beach is public so you have to rent, additional expense. Had a very poor experience at the spa.

We stayed for four days and had a great time with zero issues at any moment. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. They were cleaned and replenished daily. The breakfast buffet was delicious with even healthy and fresh options. Each staff member we encountered was friendly and always willing to help with questions or any knowledge and advice they had on the island. The view is spectacular. The pool was nice as well as their sunset bar where the bartenders were extremely amiable and personable. The location in relation to the ocean is great with it being just a minute walk away. The beaches were clean and the water warm in August. The location for partying was okay but it may be worth it to look into night outs nearby at only about 20-30 minutes away. The hotel lies very close as well to the airport, center mall, and Palma city center with tourist attractions.

Overpriced, but the room views were beautiful.
Forget it with food allergies!!! We paiy 3500 EUR for 4 days and I had to carry with my own gluten free bread with me to the restaurant. (We had half board.)
Almost half of the food didn’t have any tag next to it, so you had to guess the food name and had a very light chance to find someone who has reliable information about the contents.
It’s a huge hotel, usually the restaurant as full of guests, and the waiters were kind, but very young trainees. So, first I asked the trainee then he/she asked the waiter then he/she asked the chef then the chef finally came out then he/she went back to the kitchen to ask… Idontknowho… then I got the answer. Same story to ask for gluten free bread. It was not in the smorgasbord by default. I asked it every morning, asked different waiters, managers etc… still not. So, I gave up, bought my own for 4 EUR in the shop and carry it with me to a five star restaurant.
They don’t have parking places, we had to walk 500-700 meters between the hotel and the parking spot, it’s a busy area.
I asked for partial refund for my food hassles, they didn’t bother to answer at all. (At the time of the reservation they confirmed back the gluten free food.)

Our family recently stayed in the Junior Suite Sea View and we had an absolutely wonderful time! The room was large, modern, and very clean, with a stunning view of the sea. It was equipped with both a kettle and a coffee machine, which was a lovely touch. The hotel also has stations with clean drinking water available, which was very convenient.
The hotel's location is perfect—central yet quiet, beachfront.
here were also plenty of activities to keep us entertained, including yoga, Pilates, aqua fitness, and more.
The breakfasts were amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
Hotel also has SPA. I had a massage with Any, and it was a truly relaxing experience.
Overall, our stay was exceptional. We highly recommend it! And can’t wait to return!

Every single moment, from our very late arrival, that was still being catered for with midnight snacks.

The pool was chilly! But we were at the very beginning of the season and had the first week of sun. Wonderful complimentary little drinks and snacks bought to our sunbeds once a day. (we were staying half board) Lovely fresh soft, clean towels. So quiet, very tranquil.
The rooms were very spacious and spotless. And again, so quiet. As a group we had 3 rooms in a row, but I didn't hear anything through walls or the corridor door.
THE FOOD! Amazing! Fabulous selections, fresh, interesting, delicious. Lovely friendly waiting staff, lovely ambient restaurant.
Very quick transfer from the airport, but
the hotel is not under the flight path, so there wasn't any air/sound pollution.
Bus stop outside the door, so 2 euros gets you literally door to door for a trip into Palma.
The beach was quiet, but that would be seasonal (I'm sure) lovely soft sand, picturesque beach parasols. Lovely for
evening walks. Sea pretty choppy!.

Choosing this hotel for our honeymoon was the best choice. They made us happy with clean hotel facilities and excellent customer service. Especially Jose, who was very friendly and solved our problems and took care of us until the end. Thanks again jose. And the breakfast here was great, I definitely recommend this hotel if you visit Mallorca!
