I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful throughout my stay, which made me feel unwelcome. Additionally, I was overcharged at the hotel’s restaurant, with prices higher than those listed on the menu.

The worst part of my stay was discovering bed bugs in my room, which left both me and my travel companions with numerous bites. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging such high rates. Overall, I found the hotel to be very expensive and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here.

This is a 2* hotel at best. Booked a double room through booking.com and then was given a twin room. I was moved into a double room which was a lot smaller than the twin.

There were drinks in the fridge and brown stains on the sheets in the new room. The bed was comfy that was the only positive so far. The cleaners were very nice and did a good job daily besides the issues on the first day.

The shower has no in between. The tap is rusty so it’s hard to move between hot and cold and when you do you can get a sudden blast of boiling water or freezing cold water. The shower gel was watered down and it was useless had to go but my own. The shower gel and shampoo holder have sharp corners so if you have young kids be careful I hit myself twice during my 4 day stay here.

The amenities are alright. An ironing room and a gym which I did not use. The lights were very dim. No ceiling light only lamps to light up the room. Ac worked fine as well. The area was a bit noisy so opening the window at night isn’t an option if you’re a light sleeper.

The water turns burning hot every few seconds while taking a bath. I prepaid breakfast but I wasn't eating there, since there was almost nothing, it wasn't clear and the quality really poor. The fridge wasn't working. The cleaning staff was sloppy. Light in the room was inadequate. The only nice is the park outside the window.
