Globales Playa Hotel

Went for a week all inc. in august 2025.
Family of 4 in group of 9 (children 2, 9 and 15).

Can't really fault it for the price and location. Pools were always clean and tidy.

Some frustration at pool opening times (locked areas until 10am and late most days).
Food was great but I can imagine it may get repetitive for some.

Drinks selection is OK but queues in the evening for drinks were a bit silly at times.

Issues with towels for 2 days was really disappointing, but it was remedied eventually (had to dry with hand towels for 2 evenings

Very big, nice hotel with absolutely amazing staff. It's more than a hotel - it's actually a tiny hotel-village with multiple buildings, pools and amenities. It's clean, green and sunny. The staff are amazing! Very friendly and polite, calm and focused, professional approach to any guests. Good food, very comfortable rooms, nice flowers and many nice places such as grassfield under palm trees or a sun terrace.

This very good place has been built in a poor and half-deserted location. Next to the hotel there are empty forgotten real estates. The worst part is the beach. It's the worst i have ever seen. Gray sand littered with wood, rocks, stones, building materials, seaweed and dog poop. Hotel staff is cleaning the part of the beach direct between hotel and sea, but walk 10-20 meters left or right and your bare foot will stumble on something sharp or smelly. Horrible. Forget walks on the beach.

Inside the hotel: 5 stars, especially the staff is best.
Outside the hotel: 2 stars, especially the beach is worst.
Overall a 4 stars experience.

Service excellent, rooms excellent, location good but not much touristy stuff to do around. Definitely all inclusive.

Food was great, fantastic amount of choice, beach club was great for an alternative with pizzas, burgers etc for lunch, themed restaurant looked great but never booked - must be booked 24hrs in advance.

6 pools, 8 water slides, kids splash pool, large area always something to do.
Entertainment on until 11.00-11.30pm.

All round brilliant hotel and brilliant stay.

This was probably one of the best all inclusive resorts we have been to as a family. There’s always something to eat for everybody at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The pools are great and so is the room service and cleaners.

The whole resort is cleaned in the early morning and the staff are lovely.

The Junior suite has a room with a table, fridge, desk, chair and single bed with a wardrobe and safe. This then goes into the bedroom which is a giant Xl king bed with a double balcony, the bathroom is good the only issue we saw was that their isn’t really any privacy when having a shower as there is no door(the toilet has one).

The walk between buildings is no more than 2-3 minutes, and it has loads of parking spaces inside the resort at €5 per night and there are limited free bays at reception(first come first serve if you leave and it’s full you’ll need to pay for parking inside)

We were ground floor and had some ants, however this was due to us spilling some crumbs while eating. We spoke to reception and the next time the cleaners came they sprayed the room down.

Grounds around the pool can be a bit slippery so be careful.

We will definitely be coming again(2 adults and a 4 year old)

This hotel is an absolute gem!!! I have just come back and have stayed here 2 years in a row with my 5 children (7-17years). For starters, if you do have children, this place has everything you'll ever need... from water park (suitable for babies up to adults, there's slides and splash areas for all) to kids club, additional 5 swimming pools (including 1 wave pool and 1 paddling pool), there's microwaves and highchairs in the dining room, arcade area and bungee trampolines, daytime and evening entertainment for kids (and adults!) Slush puppie machines and ice cream parlour, beach side snack bar, and also an on-site laundrette (which i found as an absolute blessing) There are 3 bars (2 poolside) for those who would like a tipple or just need to quench their thirst, and they also have absolutely fantastic 5⭐️ entertainers for both adults and kids alike!! The rooms are modern and spacious with comfortable beds!! (Cribs also available) The restaurant serves a wide range of freshly cooked dishes, sides and desserts every day (none of mine were ever unhappy😁). The hotel is fully disabled accessible and is suitable for wheelchairs and prams. There is a 24-hour reception, cashpoint, cigarette machine, on-site shop for essentials, and souvenirs. All of the staff here are extremely friendly and will go above and beyond to ensure you're happy and enjoy your stay, this hotel also resides in large beautiful grounds that are cared for every morning by their clearly very dedicated staff! And as a bonus, there is an Aldi only 7 minutes walk away! I would stay here again and again⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Gaby crystal and the rest of the animation team were fantastic with the children and adults and made the holiday very enjoyable. They cannot do enough to make sure the children have the best holiday. Both lovely ladies we would definitely return.

Really good hotel, built in water park for the kids, room was more than suitable for the 4 of us comfortably. Choice of foods throughout the day with choices for even fussy eaters. The only issue was the food was cold if attending later for breakfast, lunch or dinner as they bulk cooked rather than making things slightly fresher.
