Large room with rain forest shower 🚿. Food to a decent standard and fair range of choice.
If you can get a lounger, the rooftop is a lovely place to enjoy the view.
Out of season was rather quiet. Missed a decent bar to go to.

We've stayed here for 10 days and I honestly couldn't fault it.
The rooms were spotless, the whole atmosphere of the hotel was just so relaxed and laid back.
I was a bit worried about coming away when it came to meal times because I have a milk allergy but Irina who is a waitress has been so helpful and I'm so grateful because she's made mealtimes so much more relaxed.
There is a vegan restaurant about a ten minute walk away called La Rambla and their food is unreal.
The sea view balconies are just beautiful and you can't get enough of that view. For our first holiday as a couple it's been absolutely amazing and I honestly can't wait to come back here.

Loved this hotel, its adult only (bonus), it's in a quiter spot, but only a short walk to the busier area. Rooms were spotless. Breakfast chose was amazing, freshly made omelette or eggs etc and an array of fruit, cheeses, breads etc. Staff are hopeful and friendly. The best part is the rooftop pool, which overlooks the beach...amazing place to catch the sun and watch the world go by.

Perfect location. Out of the busiest part of town but easy flat walk to the shops and entertainment. Directly across the road to beach.
Rooftop pool small but clean. Small number of beds and sun chairs but adequate with beach opposite.
Food was a good selection and tasty. Delightful staff and chefs.
Rooms are basic but functional and clean. Our balcony was a road view but still ok to sit with a drink! Front of hotel has great views.

We stayed for a week and it was great. It is a small hotel, decorated in a minimalistic style, very relaxing and quiet. The rooms are clean and the food was nice. On the roof is a pool and a bar but we did not spend much time there as we like the beach and sea. The location is great.

Adult only hotel right on the front of the beach. Superb views from the front of the hotel and front rooms. The rooms at the rear look over a narrow street, so yes we highly recommend the front rooms!
All the staff were really nice and helpful from reception to the restaurant to the pool/maintenance guy. The cleaning staff keep the hotel and rooms spotless.
Rooms were nice, beds comfortable and I am fussy about beds. I would love to know what they clean their glass with as there were no finger marks or smudges!
Breakfast, plenty of choice with a chef to cook eggs, omelettes etc and plenty of cold options, fruits and meat's.
Evening meals again plenty of choice with the Chef again grilling meats and fish on request.
A small plunge pool on the roof top, along with deck chairs and some sun loungers sees the sun all day long. Could probably do with s couple more of the loungers as a preference to the deck chairs?
We previously stayed at the Delamar at the other end of the beach, but are than happy staying here! A very good alternative!

A perfect facility for everyone who appreciates calm.
The building looks rather new, with freshly renovated rooms and spaces. Great, minimalistic (but in a modern way) design of the reception and the restaurant - a lot of white and beige, beautiful wood accents and white tiles, plus some gray-green wooden wall covering in the rooms. Air conditioning working super efficiently - a blessing during some early September heats. Rooms cleaned every day. If you chose a room without the sea view, do not worry, it is even better during very sunny days, and the atmosphere of the street out there is amazing when you spend your time on the balcony - with a nice tapas club across the street with some chilly music. The blackout shutters let you introduce total darkness if you decide for a nap in the middle of the afternoon ;) And you can dry your beach towels on the balcony, on a special hanger at the railing. A fancy ashtray mounted on the wall on the balcony will surely please smokers ;)
When it comes to food, breakfasts are mostly based on some sweet groceries (cakes, croissants, donuts, pancakes, fruit, yogurths, etc.), but you can find sausages or cheese too to make a nice sandwich. A big plus is the selection of fresh juice and milk types and flavours (if you are lactose intolerant, you still have a huge choice of alternatives to the animal milk). Dinners on the other hand offer an amazing variety of flavours, with 5-6 main hot courses already made and 5-8 types of meat/fish/vegetables, etc. that can be cooked at your request by the chief standing behind a nice heating plate, not mentioning a lot of salads, desserts (e.g. extraordinary fruit mousses), and cheese. If you love meat, you will not be disappointed by the flavours they offer there. I recommend choosing their super delicious Sangria to make every dinner perfect ;) (drinks payed separately in the HB option, but the prices are OK).
The service, especially waiters, is super friendly and polite, really helpful and hard-working, every request is granted immediately, tables and the buffet are kept clean constantly.
The roof pool (opened only intil 8 PM, keep that in mind) is clean and heated, big enough to let anyone interested get in, with a lovely view of the coast, with its rocky paths and the local castle. The pool bar offers a nice selection of drinks and snacks, it is decorated in a very tasteful way and makes a great place to hide from the ruthless sun on the hottest days under the straw-like roof there, and sip some lemonades.
In the nearby - literally hundreds of restaurants and fast foods. A bus stop like 20 meters right from the hotel entrance, you can get to the city centre fast and easily. A narrow street, a narrow parking and a promenade lay between the hotel and the beach - it means like one minute walk to reach the sea ;)
To sum it up, everything in GHT Mirathe worked perfectly for us.
