But the restaurant and reception are very easy to locate thanks to pointers and signs with arrows on the floor. I haven't tried the pool, it was crowded most of the time

Nice place, in a great location. Be sure to take a meal package because the food is varied and very tasty. The staff is friendly and helpful and they are also available at all times

Was there initially for a short stay with my wife and kids which we then prolonged due to the magic of the place. Food was fresh, local and excellent, and the kid's facilities were excellent they really enjoyed it

I went with some friends one weekend and everything was perfect, very friendly staff and great food. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The only downside is that there is no fridge in the room

The standout feature, however, is the exceptional staff, particularly receptionist Wojtek, who was incredibly helpful with my inquiries and efficiently resolved any issues I encountered

The nightlife and atmosphere is great with dancing, karaoke and games! The hotel is on top of a hill but is close to local shops and amenities and around a 10 minute walk to the beachfront

Nice hotel in a great location in Lloret de Mar. Hallways and room was clean and well maintained, and the food was as to be expected

The breakfast is fantastic with a great selection, lunch and dinner have the same selection but again, lots of variety and plenty of flavour. The fish dishes were a particular delight

The entertainment is standard for a Spanish resort, it's good cheesy fun with good tunes and a charismatic entertainer, we had a good laugh at all the people dancing away like they were 19 again

Very nice hotel at 1km from the Lloret de mar beach with lot of attractions and activities. The bar is open until 23 and the staff are very kind. We had a good reception and enjoyed our stay

First of all take bad reviews with a huge pinch of salt. Half way through our stay and the staff are friendly, breakfast is great and no silly queues. The walls are not thin in the rooms

The restaurant was great albeit very busy- often people pushing a little to get through busy areas. The food wasn’t overly varied but there was just enough choice for us to vary it over our stay

We had a couple of pool days/afternoons and there were plenty of loungers as we visited a little out of season. The large pool was lovely although a little chilly but we found the covered smaller pool much better

Dinner was okay, although we did often find ourselves still quite full from eating out during the day and only had the odd bit of food at the hotel dinner

The room attendant/maid was very attentive and started to recognise us and ask us if we needed our room made up or just replace towels etc

Many people know Russian, will always help if that. Drinks are not watered down, all at altitude. The food is always fresh, diverse, fruit, pastries all very tasty. To sea to go about 10 minutes -15

Rooms so so, no air conditioning TV not working, even if paid. Cleaned every day, but cleaning it to call difficult. Yes, change towels, assure toilet paper, soap. But at the expense of washing floors as it is difficult

2 weeks never and not washed under the bed. But if you don't pay attention to it, you can live. Was in June, no idea what's going on in July or August. The staff is very friendly, smiling

Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3. 5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days)

However: the water is hot always and immediately, bathroom rules, there is even a bidet, bed sheets changed every day, fed for slaughter

Cold nights, the hotel comprises a battery. Pleasant surprise - good food

Last stayed in 2022, have always gone out for the Catalan v Castleford fixture but I am returning on 6th may for my daughters first birthday, this hotel is perfect for anyone not wanting break the bank, I would ignore all the negative comments these are the kind of people who shop at Iceland and expect Mark's & Spencers

Staff are friendly and helpful some rooms are not the greatest but you know it's a place to sleep and shower you are not in it all day everyday, the hotel at the bottom of the hill is by far the better of the two rooms offer a better view

Location is fab, 5 minute walk to the beach strip, we went out for dinner two nights we were there and i would recommend going to the Lounge 17 restaurant, delicious food and cocktails! I would definitely recommend coming to this hotel if you just need a break and aren’t up yourself about every little detail xx

Lots of selection of free drinks and plenty of food selection you won't go hungry if you eat all foods, pic of dinner for reference. The hotel is about a 10 min walk to the beach and is on some hilly slopes

However, the only bad review is the people but that’s not the hotels fault, they are noisy and don’t have respect for neighbours so just hope your not put next to a group that’s away for hen do or birthday party

Although the hotel is quite dated it is perfectly clean and the staff were amazing. The all inclusive food offered plenty of variety at every meal time and the drinks package was brilliant

My only real gripe is the ridiculous system at the bar whereby you can only get 2 drinks (even if there are 4 in your group) and there are never enough staff so there is always a queue

room was large enough for three. A bit dated and sometimes overcrowded at meal time with queues over 1/2 hour

You can also use your all inclusive pass at the other H Top hotel bars in town which is pretty cool

Stayed here years ago and decided to come back. It's not as cheap as it was but then what is ? The food has improved, can't really fault it, lots of choice and plenty of meat options

The room was adequate and offered a small side sea view. The majority of the hotel staff was helpful, especially the restaurant employees who were incredibly warm and gracious. It was not functioning at all

Staff is great, especially a big up to JORDI and the rest of the Animation team who do their best to entertain the kids/guests in these "special" times, with a lot of attention for the safety measures (Covid19)

The rooms get cleaned when youre not in . Food service is great . The location is splendid as we are next to the beach and overall the area is amazing to visit!

In the bar or restaurants most of the service was fantastic as well, but the absolutely huge star of this hotel was animator Sergio - he makes an outstanding atmosphere there, absolutely joyful to meet people like him and I think he is the best part of this place

Me and my family stayed here from 15th - 22nd of August. The staff were all really nice and are willing to help you with anything, they really keep on top of the general cleaning of the resort

Make sure you bring along a beach blanket of some sort as the sun loungers are like gold dust but there is lots of room to lay down a blanket at the aqua splash. The food is very basic for the kids

The rooms are small for a family of 4 and a bit outdated but the way I saw it was we are not here to sit in the room all day it's just for sleeping in

My boys love that kind of stuff so it was a win for us!, food for the adults was very nice lots of new things to try and alot of things that I would make at home for dinners, we was all inclusive and I have no complaints about the food whatever

You can easily get a bus into Barcelona centre, taking about 55 minutes, just make sure you book it a couple of days in advance - reception were very helpful with this. It is also only a 15-20 minute walk to water world

We planned for a night then extended it to three nights. We were family of 6 including our 4 children. They gave us an additional coat. The pools both indoor and outdoor were amazing with kids activities

Full board recommended as they served amazing food with wide variety of seafood and serves halal chicken as well. From the day one the staffs were amazing both reception and restaurant

In the bar you can order a very limited list of cocktails even for money. Cocktails for all inclusive come from the cocktail machine and taste disgusting Animation is good

The location is really good with walking distances to the beach and around 15min walk to the towns center! I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and I will definitely go back again!

Drink options, for all inclusive were pretty good, an alternative beer other than San Miguel would have been appreciated. Some time's cocktails were hit and miss some were well made but some were pretty awful

Not overwhelming but there's a lot of folk packed in a small area. It's location was terrific, 2 minutes walk to the beach and the same for shops, restaurants and cafes

The hotel was an excellent choice! Food was lovely with lots of choices throughout the day all freshly cooked and prepared. The chefs and staff were amazing. Every request was acted upon instantly which was appreciated

There were so many activities for the kids that they were entertained from morning to night, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time as well. The resort is perfect for families looking for a fun, worry-free vacation

The room was nice and clean and the housekeepers did a fantastic job! The food is great with a huge range of salads, meats, breads and pretty much anything you can think of! The outside space including the pools and slides were fantastic, the kids absolutely loved being able to go up and down the slides all day, again the pool staff were very helpful

The one thing I would point out is if you want a lounger by the pool get up very early as the these are gone by 8, if not there is always somewhere you can find to spend the day

The entertainment team are great, very smiley and interact with the kids really well. All in all, if you have kids and want a great holiday, you can't go wrong here!!

Just returned from family holiday and had a lovely time. Complex is large so lots of walking between pools and/or bars. It was busy and there's the usual race for sunbeds in the morning but the facilities are great

Service - the staff clearly work very, very hard in this hotel, from front of house and catering to cleaning staff and groundsmen - we had great service but it's a busy place and you may need to queue for a bit sometimes at the bars

We have just returned from a great stay at the Evenia palace in Lloret de mar. If you are looking for a great hotel to stay with kids, I highly recommend this hotel

Nice Hotel! All was good and staff was friendly. Food was also not bad. But it was first time for us, to see Hotel without hairdryers in rooms. So, two girls in one room without hairdryer, it was interesting😃😃

Drinks were in the all inclusive but a bit of a strange card system in place for having a plastic cup which had to be returned before you could have another drink. Staff were all friendly and helpful

The good found ok sometimes get a little busy in the restaurant so timing is everything. The road at front and back are quite busy and this is quite noisy

Last day and night here we were pleasantly surprised to get room 626 which i beleuve to be a modernised room which was very nice and to be able to have a buffett style breakfast and not just continental was a bonus wasnt expecting that overall good stay at this hotel

I always judge hotels by what I pay. This worked out at 20-something Euros a night wirh an all-you-can-eat breakfast included. With that in mind, this hotel is fantastic value for money

The decor is quite dated, but again for what we paid, I'm certainly not complaining. There was an issue with our neighbours playing music very loud in the early hours

one of the dining hosts was really cute too 🙈 the wifi worked perfectly fine. the rooms are very very basic, but its just a place to sleep & shower at the end of the day

We called reception and they dealt with the issue immediately. If you're expecting the Ritz at 20 euros a night, you're not being realistic

If you come with realistic expectations it's a fantastic hotel a stone-throw away from the beach. We're already planning on coming back next year

Looks like this is the best hotel in Lloret. Very close to the beach(take seaview room, you pay a bit more but it is worth it). Food in restaurant is amazing (can say that this is the best food I have eaten in 4*hotel)

Food was very good quality and lots of choice, especially fish and sea food, wich we really enjoyed. Staff in the restaurant very pleasant and efficient , especially Marta, who was welcoming us on a regular basis

My wife, son and I spent a week here at the end of July on half board basis with a sea view room. After more than a year of covid nonsense we badly needed a break away from the UK. The Rosamar & Spa was absolutely ideal

There are bars and restaurants all around and a large kids playground right on the promenade

We want also to highlight young lady at reception whom we asked how to get to Girona and she explained everything and also advised to visit Tossa De Mar, she is the best! So polite, so energetic, so lovely lady, we were in love with Tossa! Thanks to her! Also very nice that guest relation or management asked our opinion regarding our stay in hotel( Valentina spoke russian which was also very comfortable...

By the way there are also some evening activities in the dancing hall (which is a bit hard to find) like flamenco night, live music etc. All in all it was a fantastic week in Lloret and Rosamar hotel

I think the children pool was very basic and needs improvement not just 1 slide, The pool area had a bar which was nice just wished the pool was bigger especially at the busy times was cramped at times

The breakfast was not very good but for both the lunch and the dinner good options were available. I can recommend the half potatoes. But if you are vegan you won't really find anything to eat

The rooms are decent, some even have working ACs. Only the pillows are very uncomfortable and the walls are very thin. You pay quite high deposits for everything

The Hotel has a nice Location, very close to the clubs and the beach. The Service is good, the staff were very nice. Some of them even speak very good german

I would definitely recommend getting a safe (it's relatively expensive at the front desk) or taking something with you to put your valuables in

The lift needs improvement, and I was disappointed that I had to pay for hot water at the bar for my child's bottle

Nice hotel, but it surprised me that a five-star hotel has no complimentary water, coffee or tea??? We even have to “borrow” the water cooker! The comforting points are personnel: great staff at reception and restaurant! The buffet breakfast and dinner are at average level

Hotel is up on the hill so it was a bit of an issue going there and back to town/beach but we got used to it, car would be a good option there. It was about 10 minute walk to the beach and promenade

If u have trouble walking this is not the hotel for u. But I wud definitely stay there again!

I gave this place a 5 star review because the price of the night stay of 68 euros wouldn't even cover the price of the breakfast in most places. Would highly recommend it as a 5 day escape from everything and anything

Hotel is not bad (building is old and they have tried to modernize it, rooms and building a 3 star but the breakfast makes up for everything. Especially when you are on a long drive ahead

We stayed in this hotel 3 nights, beautiful hotel and surroundings. Rooms were very clean and up to a high standard, staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke very good English as well

If you want drinks from the hotel, my recommendation is to use the vendor machine there as it's cheaper for coke and water, etc, or go to the shops

If you want a spot, get up nice and early! The big pool was clean, and the small pool was okay. Most of the time, it was empty or very little people in. Sharp parts on the bottom of the pool, though, so be careful

You get two keys, so we left the aircon on whilst we were out exploring. Lots and lots of local shops close by as well as restaurants etc

From people going from beach back to hotel and straight into the water. As the beach close by is a horrible blended stone, it's not a normal sand beach. Rooms were tiny for 2 kids, 2 adults, but clean and tidy

And if you rotate the sign on the outside of the handle to let the cleaners know you need clean sheets and towels, etc. By the time you come back, they would have changed them, and they were brilliant

Maybe they should really choose to just cater this hotel to students only and the other hotels they own to families. But we personally didn't have any problem with the hotel, the staff was nice to us

I booked a single room for 3 nights here. It was on the top floor and had a furnished rooftop terrace almost the same size as the room, which was the highlight of my stay

The hotel rooms, food, price is all good. Rooms are small but clean! We like the staff at the restaurant and so far the food has always been fresh and offers different varieties

the hotel is child friendly and there are many activities where a child can be entertained. the location is great, you only have to walk for 5 minutes and you are walking thru the street where all the shops are

Rooms are basic but more than enough for what you need. Standout features of this hotel are the staff and the food. The staff are excellent, both cleaning staff and the restaurant staff

Bring a travel kettle if you like your own tea/coffee, there is a fridge and safe in room. We had no problem with meals (Breakfast and Dinner) with a good variety of self service food
