Hotels All-inclusive in Lloret de Mar

Drinks were served in plastic cups if being taken to the pool which is fair enough and no food was allowed round the pool which again we thought was good as there was minimal rubbish. Even though people ignored this rule

Evening entertainment consisted of half hour mini disco which the kids loved then budget entertainment after. The animation team tried there best with the amenities they had. The restaurant was the downfall

The bar was ok, good selection of drinks from 10-11 but all made from a machine and the taste was questionable. There was a snack bar but this was the same food everyday

Lovely ice cream! All inclusive people did have to go inside to get there drinks but we didn’t find this a problem

Staff took photos of unoccupied beds with towels and removed them after a certain amount of time. There are cabanas to hire but these were rarely used and it seems a waste when there could be extra beds available

Also a microwave, cups, glasses and cutlery. Cleaned everyday with beds made and fresh towels. We found it very quiet and got really good sleep. The pools were fine if a little cold but that can’t be helped

Bar in the lobby works till late night, so it’s easy to step out and have a few drinks after kids are already in bed. Walk to the beach is around 15 minutes

I stay here for 5 days with my family and we loved everything about the hotel from the security to workers, the hotel is always clean and there is plenty of things to do with the kids, every thing around the hotel is walkable

They always had a smile on their face and said yes to probably everything we requested which speaks volume about their attitude to go beyond to make customers feel at home and happy

They even opened the restaurant at 6am on our leaving day to allow us to get some breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

The food was amazing from breakfast to dinner, what I also really like was the star was available for us no matter what time it is, would definitely visit again with my family

The rooms were adequate & comfortable. The only downside was evening meals. Although everything was well cooked & presented it seemed to be a repeat every night. We ate out a few nights because of this

Stayed in october for a little break, the hotel was good value for money and very clean. The rooms could do with updating and the food needs more variety but other than that we enjoyed our stay and would go again

The cover is torn and has holes. Still have a yellow spot on my chest. The bathroom is also worn out. The tub, chrome taps and railings are already been blur. The shower curtain should be put in the trash

His fluency in 3 languages amazed every time but made for a really inclusive atmosphere at all activities. His smile and enthusiasm should be applauded

My only real gripe is the ridiculous system at the bar whereby you can only get 2 drinks (even if there are 4 in your group) and there are never enough staff so there is always a queue

Towels were changed every day. The inside of the water bottle was dirty in the restaurant. :( But the food is sufficient, tasty and varied. The beach is a few minutes' walk away

Although the hotel is quite dated it is perfectly clean and the staff were amazing. The all inclusive food offered plenty of variety at every meal time and the drinks package was brilliant

I had an absolute blast playing bingo and ended up winning three times – all thanks to the incredible energy and vibe Miguel brought to the table! This guy knows exactly how to get the crowd hyped and make every round feel like a party

The location was okay, but still convenient enough for getting around. Overall, I really appreciated how pet-friendly the place was, and I’d definitely consider staying again because of that

Very good. It is worth hiring it because due to the location of the hotel, there is very little parking in the area. The hotel parking is outside and has direct access to the hotel.

You will enjoy the hotel a lot

Fortunately there is parking at the hotel because it is impossible to park in Lloret de Mar. It's expensive but reasonable compared to private parking lots. A small downside, the places are narrow

Great hotel in the centre of Lloret de Mar. Guests were mainly in the 55+ age group which suited us and also mainly French.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, location is deceptive, the hotel is on a quiet side street but there are plenty of shops in both directions, one way is to the beach and the other is into the town and busy night life section

We came here on honeymoon and we can't fault the place, we stayed in the suite and it is very big, lovely views and clean. Only thing we couldn't figure out is the safe, but we didn't really need it

The pool and bar are spotless and well kept. We also used the spa, a small piece of heaven. The restaurant was great, we went full board, there was something different every day, plenty of variety, something for everyone

If we had got the transfer from airport you were dropped off a walk away. we do hire car and had to pay daily parking, also have to pay for the safe daily charge too

My wife and I spent a very good 10 days here. September in the hotel is Definitely the time of boomers, that is for people 50+. Clean, quiet, professional friendly and patient staff. Food very good abundant and varied

However service wasn’t helpful, they barely speak English, most time they were mean and gave us weird stares, the cleaning service just changed our towel. Location is delightful- 3 minutes away from beach

The animation staff is very nice, In the first part of the evening they entertained the children and then they allowed me to sing karaoke. I have been very happy... Iba and Lorena are fantastic

Best location and very tasty food! Breakfasts are of the same type, but always fresh. Every day there is grilled food. Rooms are small, but service is very good. We are really satisfied )

The rooms are quite big and comfortable, however they have Minior issues that don’t affect your stay in here (our room had broken balconies glass, AC is working well

It was the best holiday I ever had and I highly recommend this hotel. All balcony's have a nice sea view.

With rooms available, we were given a room with a view of a wall and service staircase. This spoiled the impression of the hotel. The reception staff refused to change the room and were not friendly

Too bad not better isolated. Nice room in terms of space but would need to be updated a bit in terms of technology. TVs, USBs. Very nice staff.

Other than that hotel is dated but rooms are a decent enough size always clean the towels soft. Every single staff member had been lovely and the reception staff always helpful

Food is always warm never hot there is enough choice and mix it up each day First day was pork and it was raw in the centre very pink and bloody so be careful

Pool is nice always cleaned in morning enough chairs throughout the day for people. If people are worried about coming don't be, I honestly would stay again

This is a beautiful place to be with the family. We had a lovely time at this hotel for our 7days stay. Great staff in Coral restaurant, very welcoming ( Delicious food and lots of variety to choose from)

Nice rooms, a large choice of food! But noisy in restaurant as all people come at once.

Gabriel at the reception (Olympic palace hotel )was very helpful through out our stay. Joy at the mini club ensured our kids enjoyed their play any time they are at the club. Cleaning staff are excellent with their job

Clean sheet, clean room and fresh towel supplied daily. Great time at the pool side with plenty to eat at the snack bar. The beach is also about 10mins walk from this hotel

I stayed at this resort on an all inclusive package with my wife and daughter during the October school half term

The hotel was an excellent choice! Food was lovely with lots of choices throughout the day all freshly cooked and prepared. The chefs and staff were amazing. Every request was acted upon instantly which was appreciated

The apartments were cleaned dally without any exceptions and extra towels were always available when needed. Thank you for a wonderful experience at the hotel. We will be back again someday soon !!

Food was basic, but again fine, however more hot vegetarian meals would have been even better, but I did not go hungry at all! Location 5 min walk from the beach which was great, however was loud at night but this was not an issue for us really

Firstly the reception staff could not have been more helpful, we had an incident in the middle of the night with our room a couple of days into the holiday, they immediately relocated us (4am) and the next day found us another sea view room which we had booked and paid for

We booked this hotel as a last minute holiday with a travel company. Once we had booked it we then looked at the reviews, which I know was silly. Once we had read them we were a tad worried

There were probably around 6 under age children and they were fairly noisy, but they then all got in the pool, and although there were people sitting around in the pool they proceeded to play noisy ball games, throwing the ball from one end of the pool and splashing everyone and being very vocal

There is a perfectly adequate childrens pool, which is much larger than the adult one, was very disappointed that although hotel staff walked by the pool and through the adult area on a regular basis, this was never challenged and in fact one member of staff administered first aid to one of the children whilst in the adult area

As it was our last day we just left and spent the day on our balcony. It was a shame, but definetly didnt change our view of the hotel and glad we didnt listen to the negative reviews. Will definetly go and stay again

I totally understand that hotel wants to reach the sales target, but not giving your guests water is too much. The restaurant staff pushes you aggressively to buy drinks

Bring a travel kettle if you like your own tea/coffee, there is a fridge and safe in room. We had no problem with meals (Breakfast and Dinner) with a good variety of self service food

The staff was super friendly and checkout was amazing to be able to stay in the room until 11h. Thank you for a great stay we come back next year

The day we were leaving on a evening flight, reception staff kindly arranged shower facility and towels which was much appreciated, The only problem we encountered were 'noisy neighbours'! The hotel is situated in the Fenals area of Lloret de Mar 10/15 minute walk to the bus station and town centre/beach front

Alternatively the nearer Fenals beach (5/10 mins) is beauiful and well worth a visit. There are plenty of coastal walks to keep fit. Local bus L11 does a loop of the area from the cental bus station ever 30 minutes

All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the indoor pool with jacuzzi after a busy day exploring, the Santa Clotilde gardens are well worth a visit with lunch afterwards at Solivins Bar

Housekeeping was done daily and very well. The restaurant was excellent – a large variety of food, everything fresh and tasty. The bar was also good with a wide selection of drinks

Restaurant foods are amazing and cater for all tastes. There is water park it will open only from 1st of June to 15th of September. One small request, please don't display pork and halal food next to each other

Great hotel just 300 m from Llorret de Mar beach. Room serviced everyday on our stay. We went for half board, very happy with the staff, restaurant manager and staffs also good shout out to the Animation team

The kindest staff, always smiling and helpful. Hotel security at a very high level. Food very diverse, delicious, plentiful, for all tastes. For the first time, I already know where I will go on vacation next year.

Me and my family stayed here from 15th - 22nd of August. The staff were all really nice and are willing to help you with anything, they really keep on top of the general cleaning of the resort

the air con didn't work the first night for us but we reported it to reception and it was fixed the very next day. Beds where made for us every morning and also fresh new towels

Headed to the beach for the day and on my return given room key to a room on floor 7 with a lovely terrace. Room was small, but perfectly fine for up to 2 people

The chicken ran out in 15 minutes and not replaced even though it’s a two and half hour service. The evening buffet was standard food, we chose not to eat there the following nights

Me and my wife stayed here in October for 3 nights for our anniversary and we loved it , clean , friendly staff , great view from our balcony , situated in a really quiet area and are already planning to go there in May next year , don't understand the negative reviews we loved it !!!!!!!

Room seems a bit old, but comfy any ways, the only thing missing was the fridge (i believe it's important to have especially whey you have guests who do not take the pension option or there is no free bar included) and the TV is too old, there is no international channels and you can not connect it to your phone

Beautifull hotel the rooms are celan the service is excellent, everything was functional the only thing that was lacking is the sound isolation you could hear every single footstep from the hallway but it's not a big problem

From people going from beach back to hotel and straight into the water. As the beach close by is a horrible blended stone, it's not a normal sand beach. Rooms were tiny for 2 kids, 2 adults, but clean and tidy

And if you rotate the sign on the outside of the handle to let the cleaners know you need clean sheets and towels, etc. By the time you come back, they would have changed them, and they were brilliant

Maybe they should really choose to just cater this hotel to students only and the other hotels they own to families. But we personally didn't have any problem with the hotel, the staff was nice to us

Went with my Mrs and almost 2 year old child, we were unaware of the links with a German University so was mostly young people but they were no trouble at all and very welcoming, the hotel is in a great location, plenty of bars, restaurants and beach is around a 10min walk

Service was amazing, kind, communicative, all praise! Amazing good, very good rooms, great location (near the club Tropics - #48 the best club in the world, near Magic Park, near beach)… I will definitely come back some day!
