On overall this is a great value/ cost hotel. For 60€ we got a one night in a room with a view to the mountains, and two buffet breakfasts. The hotel has a great outdoor space with an amazing swimming pool. Additionally, you can get your bus ticket from the hotel to Puerto de la cruz refunded so the distance is not really an issue! Please note this is a 3 star hotel so do not expect certain amenities...

Decent quality hotel. Actually best you could get at this price. Good service, clean. Spectacular ocean view from the rooms. Food is OK and again, best they could do at this price. We are happy. We are here mainly among older group of Germans but that makes no problem to us at all.

Very basic. Clean, little old. Easy parking. Fair installations. Breakfast is good, but coffee is just terrible!!

The room was nice, spacious, with kitchen, balcony and a shower. Breakfast was nice too, enough dishes to pick from. Dinner was pretty good aswell. The price was completely fine for local standarts and I got a bit more than I even paid for maybe during my 3 days stay of resting. Everything just worked. We had a great week in the hotel. The staff, in particular Phillip, was incredibly helpful and friendly. We got really good guidance on the local activities and nightlife. Although in the hotter months I can imagine an AC would be needed this was not an issue for us. The only issue was that we had no WiFi in our room on the block across from the reception.

This is a beautifully restored finca overlooking the Atlantic and with views of the Teide. The staff were all so friendly. Our room was large and cosy and we couldn't have felt more at home when we came back from long days exploring the wonderful surroundings.

It was the best decision for our vacation to book this place- location on the top of the hill with breathtaking views ( it will be recommended to have a car as it is a bit far and steep to walk by foot). This is a really nice resort, with a nice lobby and amenities. It's also right by the ocean, and the dining room has a great view overlooking it as well. The breakfast was really top notch and delicious, with a lot of fresh fruits and food varieties. Sadly, the location is a bit inaccessible and not that close to either of the airports on the island.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, rooms cleaned everyday, cant fault it. Food is very nice, staff very helpfull, nice pool, i would recomend this hotel, beds are comfortable, we had a fantastic view from our room. Bus outside half past the hour takes you to centre, lovely holiday.

I was nicely surprised that the two-star hotel offers better comfort, food and service than many four-star ones. Rooms we very clean and variety of meals was very good. The only problem could be that the hotel is 1,5 kms from the coast and you have to go up the hill when you return from the beach or the city centre. We booked a suite with balcony and it was extremely spacious. The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner but the bedsheets were crisp. We went all inclusive and there was a large range of food available, something for everyone.

The first time eating here. We came as a group of ten. The staff were incredibly friendly and hardworking. The food was delicious. I had the cherne with papas arrugadas and onion soup to start. It's a very nice, small budget hotel. The rooms are nice to stay in and the balcony is nice for a relaxed evening. Being a small hotel, the atmosphere is relaxed and the pool, although cold, is almost always empty. Its location is in the hills, approximately a 15-20min walk away from the centre. The only downside is the walk back up the very steep hill. I would stay there again.

Nice place to stay. The rooms are big, the place is well maintained. When you stay here you will see that it is meant especially for German and Spanish retirees. Also you need to keep in mind that to get to the hotel from the city center, you need to climb a small hill, which may be tiring for some people, but there are free buses going to and from center regularly.

It's old fashioned no frills hotel, with adequate breakfast. Rooms are decent and cleanliness is fine.

Small hotel with vintage interior vibes. The rooms are old but clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Shower worked and the water was hot. Parking was difficult but therefore you're super close to the city centre. If you're looking for a budget option and only come for sleeping, this is a great hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Room are very clean and have a balcony. Staff is extremely friendly. Rooms are also not expensive and the hotel is located in the centre. We would definitely come back again!

Its a good basic hotel with reasonable price. Very nice staff or owners and clean. I like the location as well. The negative side is that the wifi didnt work in my room so it made things little bit complicated.

A good hotel, as other people have said it is an older hotel so a bit tired in places, however the beds were comfy, loads of hot water and a powerful shower, it is very clean and all if the staff were lovely and very helpful. We stayed bed and breakfast, which there was a good choice, the chefs omelets were very good, we did not stay for evening meals as there are so many lovely restaurants nearby...

Bit out of centre; but only c10 mins walk and flat; shops, bars & restaurants nearby too, inc great Tapas place right under hotel. Overlooks sea which is dramatic with breakers; but recommend upper floors for views as between it and sea is municipal outdoor pool and sports ground. Needs to be rated a 3 star. Firstly. We got to the airport our transfer was sat there waiting for us and we were happy, the bus driver then came up to us and said 'full bus' and then drove off and never told us when the next transfer was arriving. So that put us back 2 hours. Fuming!! Secondly, hotel - the rooms were very outdated and shower was useless! We went to have food and we had to pay...

This hotel was lovely and clean. We found it to be a great location. View of the sea was amazing. The only minor downsides were the lack of plug holes and no tea making facilities in the room. Also building work was noisy but managed to ignore that.

Nice hotel. Good selection for breakfast, rooms were clean, swimming pool was nice and bar service was good. Our room did not have any facilities like an iron or tea/coffee making facilities and the car park if you rent a car is very small. Apart from this the hotel and staff were really nice. The hotel is also located only a 10 minute walk from the main square and a few minutes walk to Playa Jardin...

Similar experience to most, rooms need a refit. The water pressure in the shower was none existent. The cold food was always excellent but the hot was absolutely awful. Cleaners came every day and are fantastic. The location and the resort were both excellent. We will return to Puerto De La Cruz but not to this hotel.

Lovely hotel and staff. I didn't like the mattress, it makes a hole in the middle when you sleep and in my opinion the bathroom cleaning is not made properly when they come to refresh the room. Apart of that, very nice!

Clean, good value hotel 5 to 10 min walk to promenade and the the old quarter. Staff friendly and decent spacious rooms. However, breakfast was of average quality and not worth €12 - if you don't normally eat much, then it is better to walk to local café .

Big clean room but no air conditioning which could be problem in the summer. The pool is large and kept very well. Drink prices are very reasonable considering it's a hotel. Good value for money in an excellent location.

This was our first holiday together and a birthday present for my other half. We stayed in a studio room which had a fridge and some basic cooking equipment.
