On overall this is a great value/ cost hotel. For 60€ we got a one night in a room with a view to the mountains, and two buffet breakfasts. The hotel has a great outdoor space with an amazing swimming pool. Additionally, you can get your bus ticket from the hotel to Puerto de la cruz refunded so the distance is not really an issue! Please note this is a 3 star hotel so do not expect certain amenities...

Decent quality hotel. Actually best you could get at this price. Good service, clean. Spectacular ocean view from the rooms. Food is OK and again, best they could do at this price. We are happy. We are here mainly among older group of Germans but that makes no problem to us at all.

We had a great week in the hotel. The staff, in particular Phillip, was incredibly helpful and friendly. We got really good guidance on the local activities and nightlife. Although in the hotter months I can imagine an AC would be needed this was not an issue for us. The only issue was that we had no WiFi in our room on the block across from the reception.

Amazing place! It was the best decision for our vacation to book this place- location on the top of the hill with breathtaking views ( it will be recommended to have a car as it is a bit far and steep to walk by foot). This is a really nice resort, with a nice lobby and amenities. It's also right by the ocean, and the dining room has a great view overlooking it as well. The breakfast was really top notch and delicious, with a lot of fresh fruits and food varieties. Sadly, the location is a bit inaccessible and not that close to either of the airports on the island.

The environment is great, very close to the beach and Loro Park, the facilities in the hotel are very complete, the garden is very beautiful, and the staff are very friendly.

Excellent hotel. You can park with car or motorbike in the garage for free. Rooms are clean and nice. Good food, nice staff. It is a good bit of walk to the beaches and the way is upward. The hotel itself has plenty to offer: gym, pools, bars, events. You can use safe locker in the rooms with number combination so you don't have to carry extra key.

We stayed here for 5 days. It is a fantastic hotel. The pools were a big selling point for us, and did not disappoint. It is staffed by friendly, attentive staff and the food and drink selection is excellent. They went above and beyond to help us when we lost a pair of sunglasses in a taxi. It's a very nice, small budget hotel. The rooms are nice to stay in and the balcony is nice for a relaxed evening. Being a small hotel, the atmosphere is relaxed and the pool, although cold, is almost always empty. Its location is in the hills, approximately a 15-20min walk away from the centre. Nice place to stay. The rooms are big, the place is well maintained. When you stay here you will see that it is meant especially for German and Spanish retirees. Also you need to keep in mind that to get to the hotel from the city center, you need to climb a small hill, which may be tiring for some people, but there are free buses going to and from center regularly.

Tonight is my final night in Trianflor hotel. It' been two weeks of absolutely fabulous experiance. I've been to many other a lot more expensive hotels before including in Puerto de la Cruise in Tenerife and this one has been one of the better ones. An hotel that provides excellent value for money. Whilst the hotel is somewhat in need of redecoration, and is oriented towards low cost tourism, it is nevertheless well run with a professional and helpful staff. Every effort is made to make guests welcome, and the rooms are comfortable if somewhat worn. Provided your expectations are in line with the low cost of the hotel, you will not be disappointed...

Good and clean hotel but animation is missing

The hotel is great. I spent a few days in Tenerife with my partner, and it was fantastic. The breakfast has a huge variety and something for everyone—it's great! This hotel is very close to the largest bus terminal, less than five minutes' walk, and very convenient to the airport. The front desk staff are also very friendly and attentive.

Close to the beach, rich breakfast

Good 4 star hotel. The rooms are newly renovated, have a large balcony, and if you're lucky, you'll have a view of the city and not the neighboring hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. Location: a bit far from the beaches, but close to the bus station.

Stayed for 5 nights in a double room on ground floor. Summary: + hotel and pool area and bar were very quiet (read: extremely quiet) and no noise or music. For us, this was a positive aspect + pool bar atmosphere was very chill and the bar was surrounded by a nice garden + the bartender was always in a good mood and was carefully preparing the best sangria he could think of (self-mixed). Very good, quiet hotel. Floor tiles shining every day with cleanliness like mirror and the dinners are so good that you eat more than you wanted :-)

The rooms are ok, clean and have everything, that is needed. The service is not speaking English, but they are trying at least. The worst thing is food, which is sometimes hard to eat and repeatedly. Localisation is very good and it's the best about this hotel.

Best quality of this hotel is the location. Close to the beach, close to downtown and even close to bus terminal or supermarket. The personal is nice and friendly, but trying to speak English is not their strong suite. You can usually get by better with German or French sometimes. The room was OK and clean, but the bed was very old and I had troubles to sleep on it. The walls are thin, but it was OK...

Very nice and quaint hotel, priced very reasonably. The rooms were clean and well kept. There is a rooftop swimming pool, a sauna and a gym, plus a private parking lot for a separate price (5€ per day). Also, I feel I have to mention the super friendly and helpful ladies at the reception - thank you for all your support!

For the price you will not find anything better nearby. Food was tasty and everyday something different to choose from. Cleaners do their job really good and stuff at reception was really helpful. There is also a bar in lobby with live music, but its not that loud so you will not hear it in your rooms.

The hotel is well located in Puerto de la Cruz, near pretty much everything. If you're coming by car, you might find a spot in the old bus station, right next to the hotel, or ask for one of the 10 spaces in the hotel parking lot (for a fee). The reception staff and the breakfast were my favorite parts of this hotel. The reception area, bar, and restaurant look newly renovated but the rooms were a bit dated. I presume they will renovate the rooms next. Nonetheless, my room was very clean.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. They have a great costumer service. Super friendly staff and they look really satisfied on their job. All really helpful as well. The room was very clean also the common areas on the terrace by the swimming pool. Nice and diversified buffet. The location also is great. I do recommend and for sure I would be back.

It might be 5 stars, but we dont like windows from the room. When you look through them, you gonna clearly see your neighborhood in room.
