On overall this is a great value/ cost hotel. For 60€ we got a one night in a room with a view to the mountains, and two buffet breakfasts. The hotel has a great outdoor space with an amazing swimming pool. Additionally, you can get your bus ticket from the hotel to Puerto de la cruz refunded so the distance is not really an issue! Please note this is a 3 star hotel so do not expect certain amenities...

Decent quality hotel. Actually best you could get at this price. Good service, clean. Spectacular ocean view from the rooms. Food is OK and again, best they could do at this price. We are happy. We are here mainly among older group of Germans but that makes no problem to us at all.

Very basic. Clean, little old. Easy parking. Fair installations. Breakfast is good, but coffee is just terrible!!

The room was nice, spacious, with kitchen, balcony and a shower. Breakfast was nice too, enough dishes to pick from. Dinner was pretty good aswell. The price was completely fine for local standarts and I got a bit more than I even paid for maybe during my 3 days stay of resting. Everything just worked. We had a balcony room with a sea view which was quite nice on the 12th floor. Wifi seems to stop after the 6th floor so if your on a floor above this you will have to use data in your apartment. We had a great week in the hotel. The staff, in particular Phillip, was incredibly helpful and friendly. We got really good guidance on the local activities and nightlife. Although in the hotter months I can imagine an AC would be needed this was not an issue for us. The only issue was that we had no WiFi in our room on the block across from the reception.

The kindness of the hotel staff, the beautiful pool area, the healthy and tasty food and the unique style of the hotel made our stay special and memorable.

This is a beautifully restored finca overlooking the Atlantic and with views of the Teide. The staff were all so friendly. Our room was large and cosy and we couldn't have felt more at home when we came back from long days exploring the wonderful surroundings.

We booked an all inclusive stay for 5 nights on a last minute offer and didn't expect much but were positively surprised. For the price that we paid for 2 people (755€), we were very satisfied.

My friend and I stayed in a superior double room, which had a balcony with a stunning view of the sea. The location, pool and staff were lovely. Breakfast buffet was amazing! However, the lunch and dinner could be better. This location is ideal for those who want a very very relaxed holiday.

This is rather a 3 stars hotel. The sea view and the pool are great. However, it's really old and the food is awful. I wonder if this hotel's manager has ever had dinner at the buffet. Just horrendous quality of the food.

Nice hotel by the ocean with stunning views of the surrounding island. Short walk into town and with 10 mins stroll to two very nice restaurants. Only downfall, no wi-fi in the rooms.

First Night was awful was on lower floor and we could here everything didn't sleep and bed was really uncomfortable we complained and they changed us to third floor and was so much better. Breakfast was really basic all cheap ingredients.. the last morning we went to the bar across the road for breakfast instead.

Quite nice although there are cooking facilities there is nothing in the way of washing up liquid or sponges. It basically doesn't seem as if they have given the cooking much thought.

It's a huge hotel in relatively good location, it's older hotel but generally well maintained and clean. There is a swimming pool and a small pool for kids. The food for breakfast, but also lunch or dinner is quite low quality, mostly from frozen things and it doesn't have much flavor, tastes cheap and bland. Lovely holiday at this hotel. Very clean, excellent food for an inclusive. In two weeks we ate out twice just because the food in the hotel was so varied and well presented. I really liked the concept of a non-smoking establishment. The hotel itself is located among the city streets, 15-20 minutes walk to the ocean. The hotel has a great pool. We had a really good time in Puerto Palace, it has everything you might need and the personnel are really nice. The view of the pool and the garden from our room was beautiful and made for a really nice and peaceful stay. I have stayed at this this hotel three times over the years. I just loved the place. Food grand...large bedrooms with big confy beds ...staff were very helpful. Just about ten minutes walk to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. Also a neighbouring hotel five minutes away had adult dancing almost every night where all the locals danced...very enjoyable. The first time eating here. We came as a group of ten. The staff were incredibly friendly and hardworking. The food was delicious. I had the cherne with papas arrugadas and onion soup to start. Great hotel to stay in, especially because of the amazing staff. The restaurant had good, affordable food. The front desk staff did everything they could to help us out. And one of the owners gave a fantastic garden tour, through a garden that's almost worth charging admission for!

This place sits on a VERY steep hill. The staff is great. Breakfast cost 16 eur and was horrible. 20 minute walk to the beach shops and restaurants. Currently about to leave after a 4 day stay. The hotel is dated but very clean and tidy. We were all inclusive the food was good with a good variety only once did I struggle as I don't eat fish . Pool clean only downside uphill walk back from the front 20 min no cafes shops really close by but a bus is free apart from Sundays and a taxi 4 euros. All staff were great ty for a lovely break x

You pay for 3 star you get 3 star. Does the hotel meet requirements. Yes. Is the hotel clean. Yes. Was the food excellent. Good . Or fair. Yes good. All inclusive. Met my requirements. Pool . I cannot fault this hotel. all the staff were very friendly and helpful, we got exactly what we'd paid for. We asked for a room change only due to the fact we had no view and they moved us no questions asked so all in all we were happy.

Spent Christmas here with two friends.....perfect!! Management and staff very friendly and soooo helpful. Nothing to much trouble for them. Lovely clean gardens and swimming pool. It's a very nice, small budget hotel. The rooms are nice to stay in and the balcony is nice for a relaxed evening. Being a small hotel, the atmosphere is relaxed and the pool, although cold, is almost always empty. Its location is in the hills, approximately a 15-20min walk away from the centre. The only downside is the walk back up the very steep hill. I would stay there again.

Absolutely great holiday with family and children. We arrived late night exhausted, and found hotel staff left dinner for us in the fridge - what a caring gesture from hotel, well appreciated. Hotel has a stunning green territory with own botanic garden, we spotted a rooster and 2 hens living there too, quite cute! Delicious food, lovely bar, great customer care and good value for money. Exceeded our expectations, breakfast and dinner buffet are different everyday. €5 daily charge for parking as we hired a car locally. Easy walk into town downhill. Complementary bottle of wine and water in room on arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Really like this hotel. It is older, has two buildings, has spacious grounds and is peaceful. It doesn't have air conditioning and is a little bit out of town up a steep hill for those with mobility issues. Very clean, larger rooms, pleasant staff and good value for money.

Room a bit dated (albeit kept clean) and could do with some renovation. Balcony door very stiff and awkward to open resulting in the maid leaving it open when cleaning. Shower head broken but thankfully there was a waterfall rain shower as well, albeit with high pressure. Nice place to stay. The rooms are big, the place is well maintained. When you stay here you will see that it is meant especially for German and Spanish retirees. Also you need to keep in mind that to get to the hotel from the city center, you need to climb a small hill, which may be tiring for some people, but there are free buses going to and from center regularly.

It's old fashioned no frills hotel, with adequate breakfast. Rooms are decent and cleanliness is fine.
