Staff are helpful. There is a shuttle to the main tourist area. This is the cloudy side of the Island. Good selection of breakfast foods.
Overall - would recommend.
Huge hotel, very friendly staff. All issues are resolved quickly.
Animators constantly entertain the children.
There are a couple of pools, but the ocean you have to walk a little, although the prices for Taxi are very pleased.
