Congratulations to your staff for providing us a memorable experience we will never forget. The quality was great for an all included concept . The staff was kind, professional, helpful. My daughter lost a tooth and they helped me out with the tooth fairy. Entertainment was amazing. Having a laundry room was great . I felt pampered and at home . Overall I'd definitely recommend and repeat the experience at this hotel .

Overall a nice hotel in an excellent location. Its a modern bright spacious hotel close to the main bus station, a fine supermarket directly across from the bus station, a small 24/7 shop directly behind the hotel less than a ten minute …

Let me start location is excellent, wind was not a problem at all, only clouds were, this is the north after all.

The GOOD:
- We opted for a premium room on the highest floor, which was wonderful. No neighbors upstairs.
- The premium breakfast was also incredible with a dedicated waiter, a menu and a separated area from the crowded main restaurant.
- The pool was on the cold side, but we hadn’t really used it anyways. Always on the move. It was fine for reading later afternoon.
- Room was very spacious, amenities were replaced every day as well as the free minibar coming with Premium.

The NOT so good:
- The floor is very cold, as it has no carpet, hence neighbors moving furniture could be heard all over the hotel…as well as through the door. We didn’t stay at the hotel much intraday, but I would think relaxing is a bit complicated given the noises.
- Restaurant is noisy and a little cramped on the main part.
- Rooms have single glazed windows, so even on the fifth floor with closed doors you could easily hear children shouting at the pool and people talking loudly at night in the open-air bar. Fortunately seemed that after 23:00 it was curfew.

We didn’t regret choosing this hotel as 10 out of 9 points it was wonderful, but it missed that tiny extra comfort level because these things :)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The cleanliness was impeccable, making the stay very comfortable. The food was delicious, offering a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The location was convenient. The view from the hotel was simply amazing, adding to the overall charm of the place. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.

Amazing place! It was the best decision for our vacation to book this place- location on the top of the hill with breathtaking views ( it will be recommended to have a car as it is a bit far and steep to walk by foot). Food was in my top 10 of all the things i have tasted so far - fresh and delicious. Rooms were not super modern but clean. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. We reserved a sea view room and spent our vacation here in comfort and relaxation. The entire hotel staff was really friendly. They maintain the hotel in spotless condition, and we saw how hard they work to make everyone's stay enjoyable.
We had plenty of meal selections and a lovely view of Teide from our table.
Our little toddler enjoyed playing in the warmed up pool.
Also, we were able to find parking at any time of day or evening.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely return to this hotel if we visit Tenerife again.

Beautiful hotel located on the hill top with amazing view of both mountains and sea of Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife in Spain. Staff were amazing especially Zamina, Sushil in Breakfast section, Ivan in Pool bar, Staff incharge in Miniclub, All the Hotel reception staff and very hardworking housekeeping staff and waiters, waitresses in the restaurant. They provided excellent service and hospitality during the stay. Food menu had great choices but make sure to avoid red time zones as difficult to find ideal seating. Premises of hotel is very well maintained and gym has good equipment. Pool is also well maintained and always under supervision of staff. Prices of drinks at bar are reasonable. Easy commute to large commercial supermarkets across the road and Lidl at walking distance. Better to have full board if planning to have great experience at this hotel. Loved our stay and Tenerife is beautiful with well organised infrastructure and lovely climate.

We booked an all inclusive stay for 5 nights on a last minute offer and didn't expect much but were positively surprised. For the price that we paid for 2 people (755€), we were very satisfied.

We just got back from our holiday at Las Aguilas and, although it is not perfect, overall we were happy with our stay.

Let me start with the pros:

- beautiful Mountain View from our room
- spacious rooms
- big balcony in room
- nice whirlpool tub although it’s a little dated
- delicious food ! Loved the choice, but only had breakfast and dinner as we were half board
- staff were generally friendly and helpful. Our requests were dealt with in a timely manner.

Cons:

- it could really do with an interior renovation. They’ve clearly done some work on certain areas, like the restaurant, but the rooms and lobby etc look a little dated.
- the double bed was just two singles pushed together. They kept coming apart. Not the worst thing in the world but slightly annoying.
- would be good to have more choice of pillows would be good as you only get one which is a little firm
- the pools were sadly too cold to swim in. The only warm pool was the kids pool which was very small.
- the kitchenette is not equipped with anything at all ! Only a fridge. Not even a microwave. Some basic utensils would be nice. Would also be good to not be charged $5 a day for a kettle; we needed it to prepare my daughter’s formula.
- it is very hard to access the hotel without a car ! So be prepared to rent a car/use their shuttle service or book a taxi, unless you like walking up and down very steep hills.

As mentioned, we were overall happy with our stay. With some work, this hotel could be absolutely amazing !
