The rooms are clean and well-organized, and the service provided by the staff was always courteous and attentive. A particularly positive note is the breakfast served on the second floor: excellent quality, a wide selection, and a truly pleasant atmosphere. However, in my opinion, the hotel is in need of a general renovation. The spaces, while functional, are showing signs of age and could benefit from a restyling that would make them more contemporary and comfortable. I believe that with a targeted intervention, this property could fully express its potential and offer an even higher level of hospitality.
Hygiene: Cleaned every day
Environment: Very good, the top floor restaurant has a great view, it is a good place to watch the sunset (as shown in the picture)
Service: Very good
A 100 euro deposit is required by credit card when checking in, which will be refunded after check-out.
I want to extend a big thank you to the Front Desk for upgrading my room to accommodate my needs, and to the entire team for their excellent service throughout my stay. Even if you can't stay at the hotel, a visit to their rooftop bar and restaurant is a must, the view of the city is outstanding, and the staff there are incredibly relaxed, friendly, and professional.
Thank you for making my stay absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.
