I genuinely didn’t think I would be writing this..we only arrived yesterday and all I am saying is WOW!!… When we arrived yesterday there was not a single sun bed available which only give us the option to pay £200 for the adult only VIP which yeah is good and we got a sun bed and avoided having to stand in a que for a drink so not all bad until…we went for the evening meal IT WAS BEYOND HORRENDOUS!! There was many others complaining to the duty manager who didn’t actually seem to be bothered. It resulted us leaving the hotel and going out to eat which defeated the object of paying over £2500 for an all inclusive holiday!… I have taken this up with Jet2 as well as many other people but even Jet2 have let us down! Their resolution was to downgrade us to bed and breakfast which isn’t even an option when booking with them meaning this would leave us having to dine out and expecting us to pay for this on top the cost of the holiday and VIP! When I asked the hotel manager what the difference was between bed and breakfast and all inclusive they result was €39!! This just shows that a 4* hotel all inclusive isn’t all it’s cracked up to be when the service and food is absolutely disgusting!! Needless to say nothing has been done and there is nowhere to transfer us so it looks like we are stuck here feeling miserable for the rest of our holiday! If I could give anyone any advice I would have a look around before committing to this hotel!

I was staying there with friends. We were really loving it here. One evening, whilst we were getting ready to go out—playing music quietly, taking photos, and chatting—there was suddenly loud banging on the door and someone shouting, “Let me in! Let me in!” We didn’t open the door, understandably, as we’ve all heard of incidents where strangers pretend to be hotel staff to try to get into rooms. When we went to reception, they told us it had been staff knocking because they believed we was fighting in the room. We explained that it wasn’t and that the noise was actually coming from another apartment further along. The reception said they didn't believe us & was shouting at us!! I thought we weren't going to be allowed back in. The whole experience was very unsettling . The food was also mediocre, the drinks were weak, and we ended up eating out most of the time Room was nice & the pool

It is our last day staying at this hotel today and we have loved it! We travelled with our friends: 4 adults and 3 children in total. Yes the rooms are slightly cramped but our view was we were just showering and sleeping in them so didnt need anything bigger. The food is good and the free drinks are good. Everything is really clean and the pool area is lovely. The kids loved the entertainment team we did most of the activities water polo was great fun Slight issues but not that much of an problem: - having to pay to use the safe - kids not allowed inflatables in the pool - not a lot of space to hang clothes

Rooms- clean, comfy rooms. A bit of a squeeze for a family though with not enough storage for 4 people. Cleaned everyday with plenty of towels. Balcony nice, even when facing the road. The road noise wasn't heard at all. Pool view rooms were nice too. No bath, but we just showered our baby and children anyway as it was very big. We had three rooms within our family group and one was the other side of the hotel (same floor). Unfortunately, they had a lot of noise at 3/4am every morning from drunk guests. A lot of guests were staying here and going into Magaluf every night, which is not great when they were making so much noise around family rooms waking everyone up. The walls are quite thin so when you're next to guests like this, you hear everything (including them being sick!). The lifts were difficult. Only two small lifts for the whole hotel and this caused issues when it was peak times to eat, with the dining hall on the bottom floor. We were only floor two so we only used it with the pram, but if you're on floor 7, that's not so simple. Food- basic food but lots of options, even if you're a fussy eater. Food labelled with pictures to show certain ingredients such as milk etc to help with allergies, however, it wasn't always correct. I asked about the scrambled egg having milk in and the sign said it doesn't, but one of the waitresses said it does. Reception staff even said sometimes they are printed wrong. I have a slight dairy intolerance so I wanted to double check this. Definitely recommend letting the hotel know if you have any allergies. But overall, there's a good choice and I liked the meat was cut fresh and plenty of deserts to try. Snack bar was great during the day with pizza, chips, burgers, salad etc. which we all used for lunch rather than have to go inside. Drinks bar was good but often quite busy. Tokens used for cups for drinks which can be a bit of a pain, but you soon get used to it and I understand why. I think there could be more options for ice creams/ice lollies for the children which we've had a previous hotels. Where as here it's just mini ice cream tubs. Pool- nice size pool. The separate kids splash pool was good, but separated away from the main pool. There are sunbeds around it so is great if you've only got younger toddlers and can stay there. Be aware that you're not allowed inflatables in the pool. We didn't know this and spent lots of money on some on our first day. Some life guards are stricter than others though. One said only for babies. Another said only if the children can't swim and another didn't seem to mind. I do understand why, but it needs to be made much clearer, we we spoke to many other families who did the same thing. Maybe some signs or told at check in? Lots of sunbeds, but people also put towels out on sunbeds early in the morning, so they can go quite quickly. The issue is when people do that but then don't use them until the afternoon. This needs more monitoring. We always felt we

Lovely hotel...staff are always pleasant and helpful. Lovely clean rooms. MASSIVE issue is towels on sunbeds....probably one of the worst I have been too...people putting towels down at 7am then not using beds til mid afternoon. I totally understand people going for breakfast or lunch...but leaving them empty for hours when there is no beds is really bad here!!!! Shame loved hotel and staff but won't be coming back until they sort the sunbed situation. Even if staff took removed towels after an hour maybe???....Really letting great hotel down

Stayed for 7 days in may only 2 lifts for all of the hotel ! Room was very small with 2 beds put together as 1 and 2 camp beds there was 4 of us so could not move in there upgraded 2 a larger room as they say a VIP room 120 euros for 4 nights they not on website !! Food was ok nothing spectacular have to pay for towels for sunbeds if u don't want to bring your own which was 30 euro definitely like adult only hotel the only good thing was kids disco at night park was very dated

I booked to come to this hotel in February to come for 5 nights in April, still reading the reviews coming up to the holiday I was worried I’d made the wrong choice, however I was wrong to be worried. The hotel is very clean, we had cleaners in our room every day, pool area is cleaned every morning throughly. Throughout the stay the staff were welcoming, friendly, we had a problem with our tv one morning and was fixed by our return later on that day. Yes the lift was abit small but caused us no issue. Location is great, close to bus links, the beach, plenty of shops and restaurants. The rooms were a really good size, we were 711 we had a beach and pool view which was amazing. I would say the walls are maybe too thin but that’s probably most hotels and the food options weren’t great as I’m abit of a fussy eater, breakfast however was great with plenty of choice, my partner had no trouble finding food it was just me. Overall I do think people find unnecessary faults we had no issues at all it was a lovely friendly hotel for a good price. I’m pleased we came and I would return.

On the surface this was a great hotel for location and price and at first we thought was very clean. The food was very poor no selection and some odd choices I as a non picky eater struggled with so we ended up eating out most of the week. Overall the hotel was clean however the pool area isn’t properly cleaned daily as we found bloody tissues under our loungers first thing in the morning and stained bedsheets were put on our beds, previous guests had drawn on the frosted glass bathroom door which hadn’t been cleaned and there were greasy marks on the balcony doors and glass. The rooms were always ‘cleaned’ daily but floors were always a bit dusty and the clean mugs etc put back in never seemed very clean. We did see a lot of bugs in mostly our bathroom and large insects in the downstairs entertainment area bathroom which put us off from using them. The walls of the hotel are paper thin you can hear neighbours TV’s and conversations and god forbid you are in a room next to younger guests like we were playing loud music into the late hours of the night, if you are sensitive to this I wouldn’t recommend booking. The staff in the hotel were mostly lovely we had some issues with our room keys thought our stay and the reception staff were great in dealing with it. I think if the location of the hotel wasn’t so good we would have been really disappointed with our holiday but it’s close to the beach, bus links, great places to walk to and fab food choices which we used a lot of. We did have a great holiday but spent a lot more money eating out than expected and we wouldn’t return to this hotel sadly.

Good points are - The staff on reception The location is close to seafront Some of the drinks Some of the food Housekeeping do an excellent job Bad points are- Very very thin walls The sewer smell that drifts down to the restaurant The lifts Our view of the motorway The constant noise
