+ cleaners available throughout the day, friendly and helpful + hair dryer and empty mini fridge available, soap and shower gel dispensers filled once empty + pool bar is open between breakfast and dinner for hot dogs, pizzas, sweets and simple salads + good selection of alcoholic and fizzy drinks + food variety; handful of unique dishes every day + beach, bus stops and supermarket 5 mins away on foot - hotel situated on top of a steep hill, at the intersection of a busy main road and highway - water from dispenser tasted mouldy, no mineral water available apart from vending machines for €2 per small bottle (40 cents at the supermarket), fruit juices are all sugary syrups so you need to buy these separately - the smallest coffee cups ever for drinking tea at the restaurant, hot water dispenser only fills it up halfway (!) which takes a fair while; once the water tank is depleted no more tea or coffee for anyone - poor orientation when checking in, no info on meal times etc. all you get is a QR code, when I asked receptionist what time dinner starts and the location of the restaurant he insisted that we must scan the QR code instead of answering a simple question; the QR code takes you to a page with incorrect information on meal times and zero information on bar/restaurant/other locations, bar token usage etc. - room safe costs an eye-watering €10.50 a day - food quality: some of the rice, meat and seafood undercooked, cheese and seafood salads on display for hours with no refrigeration - not enough elevators, the ones available are way too small and slow; lots of queuing and waiting which gets annoying real fast; I wouldn't return for this reason alone; families carrying strollers up and down the stairs out of desperation - small rooms, cheap and nasty MDF furniture, fixings loose, dripping faucet, damaged shower tray - no USB ports only EU sockets, no secure internet so you must use your own data, occasional sightings of cockroaches in restaurant and room
