Hotel Petit Cala Fornells

not a 5 star hotel but more like a small 3!
the check-in was unplaisant,no welcome drink,no bellboy..only when you ask,no explanations about hotel facilities.
the breakfast: always the some food,could not sit where we wanted, had to take a 2 persons-table and we were 3, which I refused! we paid 145 euro per person per night!!!
The suite room number 402:spotlight hanging out,iron bed makes a lot of noise,old furniture, not renovated since 30 years,mold and rust spots in bathroom,no box with paper tissus,soap smells badly,fridge wasn't working the first day,dust behind tv table.
the restaurant: we ate 2 times.
first time,lady told us it was busy and maybe not possible to eat...only 2 tables were occupied?? for the waiter it was no problem...
second time: kitchen was closed at 9.30pm, only pizza left for its clients??? we are in the south and people eat late....and it is a 5 star hotel???
the check- out: we paid 1800 euro for 4 nights and the same lady at the reception said...gracias...not how was your stay? can we help with the luggage? have a nice flight...
To end with a positive note:some employees were customer friendly and nothing more,the views are nice,the garden is beautiful ,quiet small hotel.
But never again, I didn't feel welcome! So sad....
