The good:
Staff really friendly especially the housekeeping staff, really made our holiday
We were given a small bottle of bubbly, but just one between 2 people, was a nice gesture but a tiny bottle barely gave you a sip each.
Food choice is really good, evening meals offered a huge selection most nights, breakfast was a good choice but same variety offered everyday.
Beds really comfy
Sea view rooms were really great, had a view of the sea, the pool and some amazing sunsets. Nighttime entertainment was good and stops at 11PM to give the guest some sleep with was good.
The bad:
Rooms are paper thin, you hear everything in the next rooms. Not helped by really inconsiderate people in the hotel screaming at all hours and slamming doors, my suggestion is take ear plugs!!! Room next to us constantly were banging and screaming making it unpleasant for hours on end, when I knocked back on the wall to try and shut them up I was then confronted by them making the last 2 days unpleasant. Seems to be a regular problem as when it was raised with reception they were proactive but it continued for days on end. I eventually gave up.
Rooms are dated and need neatening up, water pressure on top floor was so bad it was hard to have a decent shower
Room came with a coffee pod machine, but had to ask for pods constantly and no milk or sugar provided so a useless gimmick
Due to noise we won’t be returning, not the hotels fault but if you want a peaceful holiday it’s probably not the place for you….. but if you are not bothered by it and want a great location hotel for access to clubs and beaches and easy commute to Palma then it’s a great hotel
Cons: I was in a single room and could clearly hear people in the rooms next to me on either side - there was no outside noise despite being next to the superclub which was great, but the noise from other rooms and the hallway was bad. I booked direct via the hotels website, and the single room pictured has one queen or king bed - but I had two singles made separately and put together - so it was very strange to be honest and made for an awkward sleep (sleeping in one single with a whole other bed next to me). Needing to pay for a key to be able to use your in-room safe. Needing to pay to rent a kettle to have in your room. Needing to pay a bond of €20 to be able to use a pool towel. Needing to pay a bond of €1 per plastic glass to be used by the pool.
To be honest, would not return, sorry, a few minor changes and it could be a really good property.
There were several breakfast menus and the restaurant was very large.
