Seramar Hotel Comodoro Playa

Stayed here last year. Terrible hotel in a dream location. Absolutely beautiful beach but a horrible hotel. Very dirty, infested with bedbugs. Awful food. Restaurant with dirty plates and sticky tables. Unprofessional staff. It has potential with a major overhaul.
Such a pity…

What i didn’t like:
- We actually booked this hotel just because of the view, which we saw in the pictures but we have got a room in the first floor, where you can see nothing. That’s why we upgraded and paid more to have a better view. the nice guy in the reception made us a very nice offer. But still i want to get what i paid for from the beginning and what i see in the pictures.

- The breakfast was everyday the same and not very delicious.
- the coffee/cappuccino is very very bad. Tha coffee machine put in the coffee sugar even if you don’t want.
- The hotel very old and needs some renovations.
- The room stinks sometimes.

What i liked:
- Location is perfect. a lot of restaurants and bars nearby.
- The beach in front was very clean, quite and not crowded.
- The View from the room.
- The staff were very friendly and helpful.
- The jacuzzi was very nice.

I give 2 stars for the hotel as the place was right next to beach! That’s was the only good way from it. The manager of Comodoro doesn’t speak English so what she done instead was screaming at us for parking motorbike outside. We gave our clothes to wash it came back destroyed with bleach. At the nights the roof started to leak and my clothes got wet and they haven’t even offered anything. The breakfast omg :D first place in my life where it’s really dirty and every one is so so unhappy for customers to come and eat. Breakfast is until 10am so 5min before 10 the lady comes and picks everything up in a speedy way that I was shocked. Everything seemed really old just eggs been freshly cooked on a pan that day. We had breakfast included so with this experience we didint even eat in there. They have jacuzzi and I went one day to ask for it as I’ve seen where’s no people in it. And it was about 2pm the staff said that jacuzzi time is closed.! When it’s written on the wall it’s until 18:00.. the experience of the staff was really bad.. they are so unhappy to see you that I’m really shocked. And the Manager wow I have never seen this way a Manager. No no no.. won’t come back there 100%

We were in this hotel 2 weeks 7 yrs ago. The worst experience of our lives. Husband was scalded in the shower over the bath. Got out qui kly the shower flooded the whole bath into the hallway. We're taken to Palma private hospital. Treated with contempt and denial. They have a problem with the water pressure. Poor food also. They should be closed down.
