I enjoyed my week staying there. The entertainment team is fantastic, Lukas should get a raise, he works very hard. The food was fresh and very good. The room is basic but all you need and especially the aircon works well. The service on the other hand (only at the main entrance) was poor. Let's start with the best. What. A. View. Abosloutly stunning. Location wise it's well placed with a lot of smaller bars, restaurants and "shopping" around. Hotel is in nice shape and rooms are OK. Pay for a comfort upgrade (better view). Pay for this pay for that. Food is bad at best with the typical all inclusive flavor or lack here off. Staff is nice and service is good.

The facilities of the hotel are in a perfect condition! Being right next to the shore makes it a great place to relax and hang out. Friendly staff and a nice program is making my stay hier very pleasant!

Room is ok, but there are some stuff that I don't like.For exemple the airconditioner is too loud.There are too old items in room wich they must replace it - see the picture. We have just returned from a fortnight at this hotel, there were 7 of us including 3 children of ages 6, 4 and 14 months. The hotel catered for families very well. Our trip was in all ways perfect. Very nice stuff, beautiful hotel and the food was outstanding. Also the entertainment for kids and the shows in the evenings was created so lovely. Staff work hard, quality and choice of food was poor, but hotel is close to restaurants and a nice beach is 10 minute walk. The amount of plastic this hotel goes through per day is shocking. Thousands of plastic straws and cups everyday. I imagine the whole tourist industry in Spain is similar.

Cheap and cheerful. Strange setup with rooms, presumably set up for families. (Room's are eg 128a and 128b) and as such, sound travels! Not ideal when your neighbour has a screaming child at 2am, or a party at 3am...... food is buffet. So, don't expect anything amazing. It's clean, cheap and family based. Staff are helpful

We stayed in a room suitable for people with disabilities. Had to fold my wheelchair up to get through the door into our room. There was a sliding door into the bathroom, which wax really large with a walk in shower a handle near to the toilet and a large sink, which you could easily fit your wheelchair underneath. It's not a 4 star hotel. From flies coming up the drains to rats being caught and/or poisoned. The food was reasonable however a lot of it was clearly bought in. The staff were all friendly. Nice hotel on the bay in a quiet, cozy Cala Doré. The entrance to the sea is gentle, so it is popular with families with children. There is a kids club. Excellent food for a 3 star. Evening shows are held every day, though not in Russian. For those who know a little English, this will not be a hindrance. The rooms are basic and a bit worn. Parking is paid.

Just back after 10 days staying in the Cala Azul Gardens. We had a fabulous time here. Location is fantastic, close to lots of restaurants, lovely beaches and coves. Great location by some great beaches and restaurants, 10 to 15 min walk to the centre of Cala dor, rooms are fine but some are midway through renovation so you may get a room that has yet to be done. Excellent large pool, plenty of sun beds.

Brilliant hotel with lovely rooms and comfy beds. Well situated with loads of lovely restaurants just outside. The early wake up call from the resident wild roosters come as a shock but you love them in the end. So funny to watch.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were all really friendly. Rooms are a little dated and the garden apartments are nice but next time we would of paid for a Seaview. Tui bend the truth slightly with the photos when you book as you are not staying at the one you see in the photos.

Had an amazing 5 days stay. Yes the rooms are dated but they are clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was strong and hot. The Hotel gave us a signed V.I.P card so we could have are Own drinks (Guinness) in the bar room as we don't like largers. It may be a 3 star Hotel. Good location with a small but beautiful beach at the hotel next door. Room was spacious enough, we had one of the "old" rooms, but the price was good, so we didn't mind. Unfortunately we had a room right beside the restaurant and the pool, which was quite noisy, and the wifi was very unstable. If you have a rental car you should be aware of the limited parking space. We stayed here the end of August for a week. On Jet2 we paid extra for the 4* room, 3* would have us staying at the Azul Gardens across the road. It’s 3 complexes in 1. My wife and I stayed in an apartment (June 8-22, 2021) overlooking a cove. The apartment was spacious and well furnished, excellent balcony, wonderful kitchenette and a great bathroom. The room was always very clean. We did not take any meals there as we preferred sitting outdoors. We breakfasted on the balcony. 3 small beaches are very short walks away (1 is a hotel beach). We had a great stay.

A beautiful finca with a large pool and great garden. The hosts couldn't be better and everything has been thought of, especially for children / babies, from high chairs to swim nappies, children's dishes, etc. Many things (restaurants, beach, supermarket) can also be reached on foot.

Even a year later, the stay in the finca remains unforgotten. The wedding of my best friend is something special anyway, but the entire team and the beautiful finca made this weekend a memory for all guests without exception that you will not forget in life. This is a review by someone that is used to small family hotels on Greek Islands. This place is big, as in many rooms and 4 pools. Direct access to the beach. The beach is very popular but not crowded. A place to jump of a cliff. Our room was big and had good bathroom. It was clean. We had breakfast and dinner booked from home, drinks not included. Breakfast was normal, and something for everyone....

Perfect for families! Amazing location, amazing staff. The bedrooms are a bit old, but no problems for me. The beach in the front is amazing, better than I was expecting - super amazing color. Breakfast was good too. I recommend getting a car as it’s a bit far from the airport (1h)
