I enjoyed my week staying there. The entertainment team is fantastic, Lukas should get a raise, he works very hard. The food was fresh and very good. The room is basic but all you need and especially the aircon works well. The service on the other hand (only at the main entrance) was poor. But other than that i would definitely recommend this hotel.

Mum (101) my sister and myself had a great holiday staying at the JS Cape Colom last week. The staff and the services provided were excellent. The location of the hotel is stunning and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and recommend it to others.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel and loved it. It has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. The staff are all very friendly and professional. Room is ok, but there are some stuff that I don't like.For exemple the airconditioner is too loud.There are too old items in room wich they must replace it - see the picture. Our trip was in all ways perfect. Very nice stuff, beautiful hotel and the food was outstanding. Also the entertainment for kids and the shows in the evenings was created so lovely. We stayed in a room suitable for people with disabilities. Had to fold my wheelchair up to get through the door into our room. There was a sliding door into the bathroom, which wax really large with a walk in shower a handle near to the toilet and a large sink, which you could easily fit your wheelchair underneath. My only negative comment is due to the reservation of the sunbeds, people putting their towels out at 6 to 630am! Not sure what the answer is but in peak times you either have to join them or know that you'll be on the grass or at the seated area by the pool bar.

Nice hotel on the bay in a quiet, cozy Cala Doré. The entrance to the sea is gentle, so it is popular with families with children. There is a kids club. Excellent food for a 3 star. Apartment is good in size but missing a few basic utensils like kitchen towel, microwave and freezer. There is no oven also. The internet wasn't working over our stay.
