Be Live Experience Orotava

Had a great week here. Lots of choices food wise. Staff were so friendly. Room lovely and clean

Spent a full week at Be Live Experience Orotava and here's my thoughts:
Location is excellent, you can get anywhere within a 5 minute walk. In front of the hotel you have Mercadona which is a very cheap grocery shop, coffee shops, burguer king, etc.
Rooms are good, cleaned everyday, cleaning lady is very polite and nice.
All inclusive is not exactly ALL inclusive as you can't even get a bottle of water, only tap water is included. Only a few juices/ice creams are included but that was to be excepted. Wasn't expecting to pay for bottled water though. All inclusive bar closes at 10pm and after dinner if you want to eat you will have to go out.
Food is ok. You definitely won't starve but the quality is not good.
Overall our stay was great, like I mentioned the location is great, calm environment, and staff was really polite. Bit of entertainment in the evening which was lovely.
I would like to thank the entertainment girl that was in the swimming pool and evening hall. She was really nice to us, especially to the kids. Would also like to thank Catie, the swimming pool bartender (I believe I got the name right), she is amazing at what she does, always working with a smile on her face and she was just such a nice lady it was lovely to meet and chat with her.
Would be back for the location, but wouldn't pay for all inclusive, not worth it.

Just come back from a weeks stay here. Overall the hotel is nice and the rooms are a nice size and clean the only downside is you don't get a kettle or anything in the rooms there's a little coffee shop across the road which was ok but very pricey and in the hotel there is a vending machine with bottles of water which was about €2. The pool is extremely small and very over looked only a couple of sunbeds but it's clean and modern and nice little bar area. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they helped us book the taxi for when we're going back to the airport. A taxi from the hotel to Tenerife south airport cost us €130 there was a bus but didn't go direct so you would need to get on and off which with kids and suitcases we didn't want to do. The hotel I wouldn't say is a place to take kids it's a place for a lot older people and the entertainment was all for the older people. Puerto de la Cruz itself is not a holiday destination for kids either there is nothing to do and again it's a place for older people to visit. There is also no beach so if you like to relax by the beach it's best to stick to the south of Tenerife where there are lovely beaches. So all in all it's not a place we will be going back too.

Nice hotel, all inclusive. The quality of food and service is fine. Quite happy with our staying, but just one weird thing, basically there is no double bed, there are only small double beds. Most of the hotel rooms are with two beds connected. Our staying was long so it was hard for the staff to find us a real double bed, because we asked them to change our room, since them bed was creating a gap between us. But not a big deal, good experience in total.

Decent place. Stayed for 2 nights while transition in between long term stays. Managed to get my stay for €48 a night. Rooms are standard, and equipped as expected. There is working Aircon in the room, and very fast wifi, great for work. Breakfast buffet is really great, only frankfurter style sausages though, but a load of other things to compensate. Gym, pool and function rooms. Fridge and free soap. Close to supermarkets, burger king, restaurants and pharmacy. Wouldn't really pay more than 50eur a night for it during non-peak, but I personally am a cheapskate so like prefer cheap places. If you want a reliable, safe place with good facilities, and are okay with the price, go for this place. Would go back, as long as I could pay no more than 50eur a night. Great location.

Me and my family loved the hotel. Great central location in Puerto de la Cruz close to all attractions. Fantastic staff. Mega thanks to Silvya the fitness trainer. Her stretching classes were amazing and just what I needed! She was absolutely lovely to chat too. Very friendly and professional bar staff - special shout out to Arian and Christian!

Delicious food. Clean rooms. Great personnel. We have really apperciated our holidays there 🌅
