Checkin Concordia Playa

This hotel certainly shouldn't have 4 stars. Quite old and depreciated furniture. If you are on the side of the street, you can only sleep between 0 and 5 a.m., during another time it is impossible. The food in the restaurant is quite monotonous. The positive things are that they clean the rooms every day and the perfect location.

My experience is being horrible so far, and I haven't even finished my stay. I came here with my school and, firstly, when we arrived the rooms were all separated in different floors and, since there are 10 floors, we were clearly pissed off by then. The lifts don't work really well and it takes more than 5 minutes to take one, if you are lucky. Then I got to my room and this was the worst by far. Since the hotel is old, the walls have traces of pencil, and so more. The lamps have rotted and the mirrors are REALLY dirty. They don't clean all the floors in one day (which I partly understand) but we didn't know this since they didn't tell us so. We had our towels dirty and we decided to wait for the hotel to clean the room and leave new towels by the morning. Later the next day we didn't have our rooms cleaned, and, of course, there weren't new towels and the dirty ones were still there. We asked for new ones and they told us that they weren't going to give us new towels until the next morning. And, to end this, I put my dress in the wardrobe, and when I went to put it on, it was full of dust. I checked on the walls of the wardrobe and, as expected, it was all covered in dust. The staff is good except for the cleaner that came to my room when I complained and literally told me that nothing was perfect. I paid for a four-star hotel, and this is NOT looking like one. My recommendation is to not come, and if so, don't take the clothes out of your suitcase and try not to shower there.
