Relaxia Olivina Hotel

Great place to stay, staff very helpful and the place very clean. Lots of activities to do and entertainment at night was good. Rooms need updating and air-con would be a bonus. Food lovely and lots to chose from

Honest review I very nearly changed hotels on the build up to our holiday due to some of the reviews. I am so glad i did not. We were a big family of 10. Kids ranging from 2 to 17 not one of us wanted to come home yesterday. The hotel is spotless, cleaners never stop. Yes the rooms are slightly dated but the hotel is due a big refurb this year. If you want a really modern hotel then this maybe is not for you but we were not bothered, it was clean ,spacious and great pool views. If you can pay slightly more for the pool view its worth it. Food was amazing ,great choice and i always suffer with my tummy on holiday but i was absolutely fine this time. Hotel location is perfect,close to all shops,restaurants and beach. The kids discos are great mine loved them. They also do foam partys during the day. We arrived late at night and they had put us food out for a bite to eat how thoughtful. All the staff were so helpful. We are already trying to book for next year as we felt one week just wasnt enough.We miss it already and cant wait to be back there .

Hotel was brill. Great for families. Not posh but just great for kids. Food was good, always plenty of choice. Hotel entertainment was good. Had good interaction with marin who was really friendly and great with the kids as was the other animation team.

Lovely hotel, clean, tidy! Food was great plenty for all pallets, just wish they’d do “English”sausages and bacon in the morning. You definitely need to occupy yourself during the day if you have kids as there is no entertainment! Rooms good.. but please god, get some comfortable mattresses for your guests, I needed a back transplant and extra pillows!! Apart for that, it’s perfect location for everything on your doorstep, would definitely go again

Really good hotel lots of room in the apt. Food was amazing, different choices all week. Pool was lovely staff friendly. Manager was very kind as we had a broken leg while our in Lanzarote. They looked after us very well

Just returned from a relaxing holiday at this hotel and it was relaxing. There was no sunbed wars. We didn't use the main pool but the one at the back which was quiet but you have a bar there to get drinks, rolls, cake etc but plenty of sunbeds no matter what time. Water was cold in pools and salty but not too bad. The entertainment team were okay but pandered to the French more than the British. I got involved in the aqua gym and shuffleboard but I was the only British person and they didn't speak much in English which was disappointment and never really asked you to be involved. The drinks at the bar ie cocktails were not great as mostly strong syrup with a juice and the only beer was tropical which was quite weak. We had a family room in the annex which had no air con but it was bearable. I believe they are updating them later on this year. The staff I cannot say enough about them - they were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help you. All in all a great holiday and local to shops, bars and restaurants. We went out most nights as the entertainment wasn't up to much. I would definitely come back again if only because the sunbeds and staff.

The hotel is great for families with multiple pools and areas of fun. The entertainment every night is great and organised greatly by the events team. Raquel from the events team is fantastic with the kids.

We had a fantastic holiday in Lanzarote, we've never been before and we were amazed how lovely it was, the relaxia olivina hotel was fabulous, we stayed in one of the annexes, it was lovely and quiet, a short walk to the pools which were beautiful, the food was amazing,there was so much to choose from , we will be definitely be coming back.

Spent 1 week at this hotel and loved it. Perfectly laid out so plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their time. The restaurant had lots of fresh, well cooked meats and veg options, the drinks were delicious and the pools were lovely. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable and clean and the location was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

The stay was great. Staff where where friendly. Food was a great selection (also for vegetarian). The only thing I would say is the hotel could do with some refurbishment. (BTW this didn’t bother us to much as we didn’t spend that much time in the room but I could see it bothering some people. We would definitely go back.👍🏻
