Arriving at the apartment, the sink faucet in the kitchen was splashing everywhere, the handle of one of the doors was loose and one of the doors leading to the terrace was blocked. Absolut great. Clean apartments, private kitchen, nice restaurant, great and friendly staff always ready to help. Loved our stay in 2019 and wish the pandemic be over asap and we will definitely come back to this fabulous place. Wanted to say thank you to the staff and the owners of the hotel for making our stay as comfy as possible.

We have stayed in La Pineda location, this hotel was clean, had nice rooms and plenty facilities for family. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! The breakfast wasn’t too brilliant but the friendly atmosphere and lovely ambiance made up for it. Baby pool is too deep for a baby and not heated. Food is OK but some days it's terrible. Room is nice and clean. Charged extra for baby bed on arrival. Close to beach and busses available into town.

Excellent hotel, very good food!! The staff are really friendly especially the bar staff, they are a right laugh!! We will be definitely coming back again

Fairly spacious apartments, a little basic. Reasonabley clean but a little dated. You need actual keys for the door. You have to pay a deposit for a safe key, no digital coded safe. You can't leave air conditioning on when you go out to cool the appointment down for your return because you need a key, which is on the fob with your door key, which you hand in at reception when you go out. It's mine and my son's first time here. The rooms are spotless clean . Food is amazing. The staff are great one staff member in particular Lewis is absolutely brilliant if I need anything for the room or directions to somewhere his always very helpful.

Great location anything I needed was handled swiftly and respectfully would recommend good food full board meals they could do with abit less fish on the menu. But my kids was always full and had other choices to pick out

This place was nothing short of amazing. Massive balcony. Clean every day. Food was ok and staff were great to talk to. Lewis, I think was Scottish? Great location. Went to the sister hotel for the pool and was just a great holiday.
