Myself and partner are due to arrive 19th July as an overdue anniversary. We would normally have come every year but due to partner battling cancer we missed last year. We are hoping to get the same room as it had the double balcony which is perfect for my sun worshipping partner lol. Excelllent clean hotel that offers great value for money for families. Second visit and will certainly return. Excellent facilities with lovely staff. Food is very nice and varied. Right on the beach and La Pineda is a lovely town with very nice restaurants.

I have been to this hotel few times the entertainment is amazing and food choice very good. As the doors to pool dont open till 9 am the queue got bigger and bigger and if u dont queue u dont get a sunbed. So u do have to start queing about 8.15 . A bit annoying . For many years we used to spend a week at Gran Palas Hotel every year and always had a great time. Sadly lately the quality of services has been deteriorating. Especially the treatment at the reception desk isn't worthy of a five star hotel. The food (halt board) is still very good but the variety has decreased a little.

I've been here three times now over the years. It's a lovely hotel and the staff especially Fredrico. He went above and beyond to help. La Siesta Salou is a wonderful resort and was the best part of our holiday in May. We have three small children and for them it was an absolute paradise. While my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I was surprised to find that certain amenities I consider standard for a 4- or 5-star hotel were missing. Complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea, a bath towel, and a chair in the room are basic expectations at this level of service. The Hotel was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful. There were no rush to put towels on loungers as there were plenty of beds available. No long queue at the bar or at the restaurant. Can't fault this hotel. We stayed for a football tournament, it was clean, food was decent and the staff were very friendly. Check-in was a little slow, but for a 3-star hotel, for the money, it's great value. Good hotel, you have to walk labyrinth to find your room. There are a few pools, but no swimming coats in the room. Very strange feeding system with time slots, even for breakfast, so if you missed being in time, you have to wait till the next time slot starts in half an hour or so.

This place is just so amazing. We were a group of 650 people and everything was just so well coordinated. Meals were well prepared and on time. Busses and transport was well organized. Took a walk to Ferrari Land and the play area which was so beautiful. Rooms were pretty basic with no room service. They do not keep body cream, even after requesting. English is sometimes a bit of a problem.

I am staying in the hotel right now as I write this there only a couple of issues the Lifts there two in main reception and one around the side used by cleaners or service. The lifts are not in order of merit if your on second floor you press lift to come it doesn't come to your floor even if no one used the lift there a issue with them i think your waiting ages for them. Great hotel! The rooms are not so big but perfectly fine for me. The rooms have a locker for free use and you can also watch tv if you want. The staff is very kind, always in a good mood and very fast. The animation is kind of boring for adults around the autumn and the swimming pool is pretty small as well.
