For many years we used to spend a week at Gran Palas Hotel every year and always had a great time. Sadly lately the quality of services has been deteriorating. Beautiful beaches, a cozy clean town, many shops and supermarkets with reasonable prices. True, sun loungers and an umbrella for two are 17 euros ... the beach is expensive if it is more or less comfortable. But otherwise everything is fine.

While my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I was surprised to find that certain amenities I consider standard for a 4- or 5-star hotel were missing. Complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea, a bath towel, and a chair in the room are basic expectations at this level of service. I hope the hotel considers including these to enhance the guest experience

We had a lovely stay at Best Negresco. The sea view was stunning from our room even though we didn’t book it! The beach was a 2 minute walk, perfect location. The hotel was very clean. Good hotel, you have to walk labyrinth to find your room. There are a few pools, but no swimming coats in the room. Very strange feeding system with time slots, even for breakfast, so if you missed being in time, you have to wait till the next time slot starts in half an hour or so.

This place is just so amazing. We were a group of 650 people and everything was just so well coordinated. Meals were well prepared and on time. Busses and transport was well organized. Nice hotel, one criticism I have is that there was not much choice in the hot food but this is where the issue is.... The food wasn't actually hot. It was barely warm.
