For many years we used to spend a week at Gran Palas Hotel every year and always had a great time. Sadly lately the quality of services has been deteriorating. Especially the treatment at the reception desk isn't worthy of a five star hotel. The food (halt board) is still very good but the variety has decreased a little.

Super hotel! A huge plus is that there is a spa and it is included in the hotel price. The prices are not expensive, considering that spa and breakfast are also included in the price, perhaps depending on the season. The room has bathrobes, slippers, tea and coffee. Beautiful beaches, a cozy clean town, many shops and supermarkets with reasonable prices. True, sun loungers and an umbrella for two are 17 euros ... the beach is expensive if it is more or less comfortable. But otherwise everything is fine.

While my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I was surprised to find that certain amenities I consider standard for a 4- or 5-star hotel were missing. Complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea, a bath towel, and a chair in the room are basic expectations at this level of service. Good hotel, you have to walk labyrinth to find your room. There are a few pools, but no swimming coats in the room. Very strange feeding system with time slots, even for breakfast, so if you missed being in time, you have to wait till the next time slot starts in half an hour or so.

Took a walk to Ferrari Land and the play area which was so beautiful. Rooms were pretty basic with no room service. They do not keep body cream, even after requesting. Great hotel! The rooms are not so big but perfectly fine for me. The rooms have a locker for free use and you can also watch tv if you want.
