In desperate need of a deep clean and renovation. This is by no means a top class hotel at best it warrants three Stars. Pool side and changing rooms are very dirty. The restaurant has three main courses available, beef, chicken and fish, meaning if you are staying three days you will experience all three unless like me you don't want any of them. They have a comprehensive room service offering which I asked if it was possible to perhaps get in the restaurant to avoid eating in my room for the third night running. This is not possible 🤔😔! Some staff are wonderful, particularly the man behind the bar but we felt often their was an air of not caring at all about the service they are providing. Extremely overpriced for the services available next time I'm in Santiago I will be staying elsewhere.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived. Andrea at reception welcomed us warmly, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. He was exceptionally professional, taking the time to explain all of the hotel's amenities and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Our room was spacious and very comfortable, providing everything we could want for a relaxing visit. The breakfast was truly exceptional, featuring a wide variety of delicious local treats. It was the perfect start to our day.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Santiago.

I was there for five nights and my daughter three we were both exhausted after walking every day my daughter managed 490 miles and we booked in with you to relax. The staff were amazing as was the hotel, but were disappointed with the restaurant as it only had three mains and my daughter is a vegetarian so no option what’s so ever. We had room service as it had more choices, But after three nights of eating in our rooms we asked if we could eat from the room service menu in the restaurant. And where told no just sad after a really nice time and no vegetarian options in the restaurant. Just worth thinking about as it did rather let the hotel down. Surely we could have eaten in the restaurant

The hospitality is top quality. All of our needs were met with kindness and it was especially helpful that they are pet-friendly. The rooms are spacious and in a tranquil location. We have enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back when we visit Santiago!

Just 10 min walk to Santiago, this is a lovely hotel with indoor and outdoor pool, a gym and sauna. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very good.

Nice hotel, just on the outskirt of the old town and therefore quiet ;-) Service is 5 stars - very welcoming and friendly.
Rooms are comfortable but a bit of refurbishing would not harm.

The hotel is very nice, but we definitely highlight the treatment. We had an idea for a trip that was completely changed by the weather conditions. At the front desk, Oscar helped us change our plans. We are very pleased with the treatment we received!

Excellent service at reception and in the room. Ideal location, quiet and surrounded by greenery. Wide corridors and common areas. We asked for breakfast because the flight left early and it was delivered to us upon departure with a smile. 100% recommended.
