Just 10 min walk to Santiago, this is a lovely hotel with indoor and outdoor pool, a gym and sauna. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very good.
Staff are very helpful. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel, just on the outskirt of the old town and therefore quiet ;-) Service is 5 stars - very welcoming and friendly.
Rooms are comfortable but a bit of refurbishing would not harm.

The hotel is very nice, but we definitely highlight the treatment. We had an idea for a trip that was completely changed by the weather conditions. At the front desk, Oscar helped us change our plans. We are very pleased with the treatment we received!

Excellent service at reception and in the room. Ideal location, quiet and surrounded by greenery. Wide corridors and common areas. We asked for breakfast because the flight left early and it was delivered to us upon departure with a smile. 100% recommended.

This hotel was amazing the best possible choice to relax and unwind. We loved every second of our stay, the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming and nothing was a bother even researching and booking cinema tickets for my son. Very clean, excellent facilities I woukd definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious enough for 2 adults with 2 large suitcases and 2 small bags. The bed was huge and very comfortable.
All of the staff that we dealt with were great, and always friendly and extremely helpful.
The only reason I gave the Room only 4 stars was because there were a couple of holes in the bed linen.

We can't really fault the hotel or its service. We don't normally stay in this 'grand' a hotel and we enjoyed our night there. Breakfast in particular was superb, it was good to have a chance to use the pool, and the proximity to the historic centre (15 minute walk) was perfect. In addition, the staff were uniformly helpful and friendly. However, there was something slightly, for want of a better word, sterile about the place. It's difficult to put a finger on it. But if you're looking for somewhere with a bit of character, then this is possibly not the place. And the charge of 35 euros for our dog (much as we appreciated being able to have him with us) is way beyond anything we have ever paid at a hotel. One further point: the restaurant, though good, with impeccable service, is probably over-priced for what it offers. If the prices were just slightly lower, then perhaps more people would use it. We dined at 9pm on a Sunday evening (not late by Spanish standards) and were the only people in a very large restaurant.

The staff here are exceptional, courteous and charming. In particular a big thank you to Cristina who runs the hotel’s bar, bright and welcoming making an afternoon tea or an evening drink even more perfect!

Nice, modern hotel that is located a bit away from the central area. If you don't mind walking up the hill for 15 min to get to the central area, then this may be it. The shower/tub combo was too deep without any handle to hang onto to get in and out. It was a real safety hazard. Also the tub drained so slow, so as I was showering, the water pooled to my ankle.
