Hotel Fernando III in Seville

Stayed for several nights whilst on holiday and this was a great hotel. I would say its nearer a 4.5 star level.

Room - Stayed in a family suite with a super king and king sized bed. The mattresses were firm and comfortable with good bedding. The coffee machine and other room facilities were of a good quality. I don't recall seeing somewhere to adjust air con temp but it was comfortable in the summer heat. The only small negative was the corridor outside the room (1st floor) had a squeaky floor and you could hear people walking down it from inside the room.

Hotel Facilities - Small rooftop pool that was very busy most days but a nice way to cool off. A rooftop bar with good views across Seville. The breakfast selection was varied and of great quality.

Location/Parking - The hotel is well located about a 5min walk from the tourist areas and down streets packed with restaurants/bars etc. It has its own underground car park which the valet will take your car to on arrival and bring around at your request (additional charge per day for the parking). The streets on approach to the hotel and when turning into the valet parking bay are narrow/tight but this is ok in medium sized cars.

Overall a great stay and I'd happily stay there again.

Location is EXCELLENT, the Team is absolutely helpful and accommodating in all capacities from Front Desk to House keeping. Friendly, helpful and cordial at all times. Great hotel just 5-10 minute slow stroll to the Alcázar, Cathedral and Giralda. Fabulous rooftop pool with lots of sun beds and umbrellas and a good cafe bar. Great breakfast. Base level rooms pretty standard for a 4* hotel, perfectly acceptable. Smart TV was a nice touch.

We had an amazing stay at Fernando III in Sevilla! The staff was friendly and helpful and our modern room was spacious with a great mattress and all the amenities we needed. They have a fabulous rooftop terrace for enjoying the views, where you can also have a drink or use the pool. They also have a parking garage just around the corner from the hotel. (Warning: The streets in the historic center of Sevilla are narrow and a maze. If you are driving, make sure to check your directions beforehand. A well-known navigation app sent us on a route which took us down a narrow street that we just squeezed through.) The location is excellent, within walking distance of all of the sights, yet on a side street which is quiet.

Wonderfully beautiful hotel in a lovely part of town. Staff was incredibly friendly and prompt in their great service. Rooms were clean, comfortable and very nice and modern. Restaurant was great, food and service. Rooftop bar was simply the best. Sitting up there as the sun set and enjoying the air, the whole experience of this hotel was above and beyond any expectations. They even sent us a bottle of champagne for our sons birthday. Highly recommend and if we ever find ourselves in Sevilla again, we will be back with no hesitation.

The room was very nice and clean. The front desk was very nice. They helped with the luggage and gave us maps and introduced the attractions.

Good hotel location, convenient valet parking

We had an amazing 6 night stay here in December. The hotel is in a fantastic location with the most friendly and helpful staff. Our room was perfect with a huge bed and the most gorgeous bed linen. Everywhere was exceptionally clean. We would 100% recommend staying here and will definitely do so if we ever visit beautiful Seville again.

When I am able to return to Seville for another trip, I will be staying at this hotel again.
We were able to get our room earlier than the indicated time listed in our Expedia booking and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby was warm and well decorated with a big lounge. I was informed that they had a pool but that it may not be appropriate to use it while it is so cold out. The front desk helped us to mark out notable sight seeing and shopping areas on the map and we were able to find them just fine with just a bit of help from outside locals. The porter was also very attentive, helping everyone going in and out.
The room was outstanding. From my experience in Europe, mattresses are generally firmer but the bed here was on the softer side and I was able to get quality rest. The room amenities were better than usual with a coffee machine and a good selection of teas and coffee. The bedding and towels were quality and embossed. The bathroom had quite good water pressure and good self care products. The wifi was also fairly fast.
We did not have the opportunity to have their breakfast or dinner or the special orange menu but from a passing glance they did look good.
The facility felt more like a five star hotel than some actual five star hotels we have been to in the past.

Wow what a special place. I saw this hotel walking past on a previous trip and fell for it's charm whilst looking in quickly. I stayed here last week and what can I say.. superb! I treated my mum here for Christmas and when we arrived we were greeted with one of the best, warmest welcomes by one of the staff called Rocio. She checked us in and the advice we were given by her on where to eat, drink and experience was again superb and we did the lot. One of the local bars she recommended to drink orange wine was somewhere we ended up going twice a day for 4 days in a row. Really nice staff, really nice room with a really a massive, comfortable double bed and pillows. The rooms were also well sound proofed and had a nice big TV with a kettle and an actual coffee pod machine. Water bottles were also replenished everyday. Good size bathroom, clean with hot power shower. The cleaning staff were also superb and always made sure I had everything in my room if I had my 'do not disturb' sign on and missed cleaning, I really apprecited that. The hotel bar was really pretty and they really had the place looking like Christmas with a wonderful tree and lights. I highly recommend this hotel.
