We have just spent 10 nights at this amazing hotel on our honeymoon. Can honestly say it's been emotional to leave such a beautiful place. The staff are absolutely amazing, so friendly and always happy & helpful. Food has been delicious catering for all dietary needs. Thank you for an amazing honeymoon! Missing you already 😪❤️xx

Very busy all-inclusive hotel with pools and some activities. Reception is incredibly slow- over 20 minutes to check in.
Location is picturesque, close to the water and has a beautiful promenade along the beach.
Room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, pull-out sofa less so.
Shower was difficult to regulate: water kept going hot, then cold, then hot again.
Restaurant needs improvement. It rained while we were there, causing the outside areas to flood, and water to run onto the tables from the overhangs. This meant there were not enough tables for guests to eat at. Hand sanitizer was not provided at a buffet, making it risky to eat there with so many people. The kids liked the pancakes and chocolate sauce. There were no gluten friendly or dairy free options other than fruit and eggs, and the same foods were presented every day.

Fabulous stay and we will be definitely coming back! Excellent hotel for a holiday with kids. Hotel staff at the bar and the restaurants were incredibly welcoming and super friendly, always polite and happy. Special thank you to Alejandro as he made our holiday even more special for us, always willing to help and making sure everything is ok . Very helpful staff at the reception, always trying solving problems with a quick solution.
The quality of the drinks and the food was excellent! Very quick transfer from the airport and walking distance to the beach and local restaurants.
My daughters really enjoyed kids club and all the activities and the staff working there were very good thank you ( Ana, Mariola, Natalia and Tania). We will definitely be back :-)

It's not a modern all-inclusive hotel, the photos look like a fancy hotel, but it's an average hotel in an average region, without luxury. The food is good. The air conditioning in the room seems more like a fan than air conditioning (even the technicians going to the room to check). Crowded beach in high season. I believe it is a good hotel for those with children. The receptionist was very rude and the first conversation was "Good evening, could you give me your credit card" even though I hadn't even showed my documents/passport or anything. Soon after, she continued in an impersonal way, which made me understand that everything worked on money.

Just came back from a week stay with my young family. Hotel is amazing, rooms are modern and clean-maids done a great job every single day. Pool areas and grounds are amazing. Food is good. Location is good, around a 30 minute walk along the promenade to the main centre, 30 second walk to the beach.
Small supermarket 2 minute walk which was handy as there isn’t many others around that area.
Kids disco was good, started at around 9:15.
Staff are great and friendly and none stop.
Only negatives we found was the birds in the dining room, birds didn’t bother me but the bird droppings on the seats which ended up on my new shorts did!
Could have done with some free coffee/tea machines dotted about for all inclusive, along with free small ice creams at the pool bars etc would have been great for the kids within the all inclusive. A late snack bar would have been great too.
Apart from these few negatives we had a great stay wind would highly recommend it!

I usually book my stays in smaller and more private hotels/airbnbs. Stayed here just for a night and my experience was very good. The food was good, room small but quite modern and met my expectations for the price I paid. The staff and animators are lovely and make the experience very pleasant!

I have to admit that I expected better from the hotel, due to its good ratings.
First of all, its location is an advantage as you can easily head to major touristic places and towns within an hour drive maximum. Plus, the beach that's in front of the hotel (and the hotel itself has an access directly to the sea front) is large and nice.
The rooms are clean and renovated as well as spacious, which is convenient and nice.
The food and beverage quality is alright, especially for an "all-inclusive" hotel. The buffet changes everyday, offering a nice diversity. It is nonetheless a shame that the other restaurant is not included in the fares.
However, I'd like to point out the fact that they do not offer a lunch pack if you're on the go for the day. They actually make you pay the extravagant sum of €18 for it, which is very high for Spain, especially knowing that you can get something to eat at a restaurant for much less than that.
In addition, you can get a beach/pool towel for the duration of your stay but that will be it. Just ONE. If you need to change it, you will be charged an additionnal €2.
I have been to many hotels before and this is the very first time I see that disappointing policy.
As for the parking lots, the hotel charges its own €15 a day, while there are many available spots nearby the place. You can even park next and behind the rooms buildings.
As regard to the staff, even though they are very hard-working people, the interactions with them are pretty much non-existant.
Finally, although most of the entertainment comes from the Marmara club, it is just bad quality. The animation team is just not good and the place clearly lacks good music, especially in the evening while the crowd of people is dining.

My family and I first visited this beautiful hotel in 1998 and have been back eight times whenever we get time with our busy lives we still refer to this hotel as the old Camino but it is anything but old it is constantly changing and for the better,
The Children will love it,
The beach is outside the gate of the hotel.
There is a water slide beside the kids club.
The complex is safe and security on the grounds all the time,
The staff are what make this hotel and they are just the best,
From the time of check in you are greeted by Maria on reception who is really friendly and welcoming,
The staff in the restaurant such hardworking people who still find time for the clients,
The food is first class the nicest I have ever had from any hotel I have visited.
The swimming pools (two of them) and the grounds are immaculate,
I have recommended this hotel to colleagues and friends in the past and I would highly recommend you book your stay with this hotel,

Loved this hotel, second time we've been amazing food, staff rooms clean and spacious, the kids loved it which makes our stay so much more enjoyable we will be back 100%

The rooms are OK. It is clean and cleaned daily.
The beds are good, the minibar is empty, the bathroom has a hairdryer without other useful household accessories. The smell also comes from the bathroom.
The exterior, the garden are neat.
The restaurant is clean, but the quality of the food is very poor.(which made me give only 2 stars)
