This all-inclusive was rather exceptional considering the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and our suite was very spacious. The bathrooms were big, but the shower wasn't adjustable. The food was decent, the hotel does themed nights each day, I recommend eating out on Saturday however since the selection of food was rather poor, and my friend received what may have been raw chicken (unconfirmed). However none of us got ill from the food, and on the other days we stayed it was fabulous. The drinks selection was good, but long queues regularly formed at the pool bar. The hotel is opposite the beach where sun loungers can be rented for 8€ a day each, which is reasonable. The location is the best part of this hotel, being right on the beach and within walking distance of multiple clubs and restaurants. However there was a lack of tourist shops/supermarkets nearby. I am removing a star since we did not have towels in the hotel room on the first night. Other than that, a flawless experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Unfortunately the worst hotel I've been so far: old and dirty. 1 week staying and the bed sheet have been changed NOT EVEN ONCE! dust all over and the bathroom just disgusting!
The only good think about this hotel is the location (beach front) and some members from entertainment team (really appreciate their effort to make things right)

The rest, just a SHAME!!! The management should invest a bit of passion and money to keep this hotel under 4 starts rating!

The holel is all right, we had superior rooms with balcony and see view,however, most of the rooms have a sea view here. Very kind, profesional and helpful stuff st the reception. Various good choices and SUPER, SUPER KIND AND NICE RESTAURANT AND BAR STUFF!!! THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!!!. We recommend GOLD option, esoecially for those who appreciate more quite, elegant atmosphere while enjoying your food.
We didn't use the pool or facilites around the pool including animation activities,,however, noticing the number of happy people pkaying around there and later at the evening animations activities everyday, we assume that these facilites and animation stuff were both much appreciated by the guests.
A "weak" point were bit crowded elevators but only at "rush hours".
Overall, one shall not be let down staying in Puente Real Hotel, at least we were truly hapoy! 😉

We had a generally pleasant stay. The sea view from our balcony was amazing and definitely a highlight. The food was repetitive but plentiful and satisfying.

However, be aware that check-out is strictly at 12 p.m., even if your flight is in the evening — no guest room is offered, only luggage storage. This was inconvenient as we were traveling with a small child who naps during the day.

There are very few umbrellas by the pool, and people start lining up two hours before it opens just to get a spot. The elevators are also old and very slow.

Our child loved the mini disco, but overall, there are some areas the hotel could improve.

Whoever gave 5star review to this hotel has no self respect. People and staff around this place are lovely,but everything else is just not. Please if you are thinking of spending your hard earned money here, think twice. air conditioning didn’t exist in our room number 2208. Half of our holiday was spent waiting for lift which is ridiculous. Got locked out of the room 3 times in 2 days because cards stopped working for no reason. Rooms are very basic and beds are definitely not to a industry standard. Food and drinks are not bad. If you’re thinking of getting sunbed between 9am and 5pm i wish you a good luck. Waaay to many people for this size facility. Location is very good but thats all. This was supposed to be relaxing holiday for our family but it just wasn’t. Please read all reviews before booking. Definitely wouldn’t recommend especially for this price. Loads of potential but no one really cares.

We paid for superior rooms, really don’t bother. They placed three single beds into a tiny room (no bedrooms no privacy) three adults. Toilet was dirty. Receptionist didn’t care one bit just told come back tomorrow then come back in the afternoon. It use to be a lovely hotel but very poor standards

For the amount of money paid including "everything" I'm a bit septic about it. No drinks when you first got into the room, no beer before 10.30am, from 1100 pm drinks mega expensive. Food section is alright, but expect some past it's durability time, like been there for days. All staff seem nice with welcoming vibes. Walking distance to beach is around 1 minute. I'd give it 4 star and recommend it to people who are looking for fun and not heavy unlimited drinks

Hotel was clean most of the staff are lovely plenty of entertainment for kids /adults the only issuse we had was when my 72 yr old mother ,sister and 2 daughters got stuck in the lift between the 7th and 8th floor reception had to be told 3 times which resulted in them being stuck between the floors for over 20 mins when I asked could my mother who has mobility issues and relys on her wheelchair sometimes as she can't walk for long periods to be moved from the 8th to 1st floor or a lower floor for the last 2 night I was basically told it was not thier problem as there was no availability and what did I want them to do take someone from a lower room and put my mother in it they didn't think so my mother ,sister and daughters are now suffering with knee and back pain my mother has bruises on the backs of her legs from having to shimmy to the edge of the lift and try climb up a ladder to squeeze out of the lift also food was not great a picky eater will struggle to find something but there are plenty of places around the hotel to eat and drink
