If you’re considering staying at this hotel, you may find it less than ideal. It seems that the ownership group prioritizes profit maximization over guest comfort, as investment in resources and standard amenities, such as breakfast, appears to be quite limited.

During breakfast, only two or three waitstaff manage upwards of 40 tables, which makes service quite stretched. Food trays are only replenished once they are completely empty, so if your timing is off, you might find yourself with limited options—such as the last piece of egg that has been sitting out for a while.

We had a family suite so we were all placed in the second floor. The walls are paper thin and I could hear the snoring from the other room. The windows were also not very high quality and you could hear outside noise as well.

On a positive note, the cleaning staff were prompt and did their best given the circumstances. However, towels were provided sparingly, almost as if they were being rationed.

Perhaps my expectations were too high for a hotel in this category, but I personally would not choose to stay here again. The hotel's main advantage is its convenient location—just a 10-minute walk from the train station.

The room is very hot. Apparently, the A/C doesn't work during the winter season, have to open the window which is very inconvenience since it's noisy outside and sometimes rain. The soap pump dispensers are very annoying since it pumps out very little amount at a time. Found some mold in the shower grout. The hair dryer was gross and looks like it melted at the tip. The walls are thin, can hear people next door. Also, don't bother calling the reception because they won't pick up the phone, not surprising since the front desk are not friendly. The good thing was that the parking was included in a secured location and breakfast has variety of selections (eggs, bacon, sausages, baked tomatoes, bread, yogurt, fruits, juices, coffee, etc.).

4 star based on room quality, location, and breakfast which is great. Service meh for hotel, and the hotel as a whole is not the nicest, and what happen to the shower and water pressure? This is what you expect and absolutely nothing more. Location great but this is barely worth the money otherwise.
