Casual Vintage Valencia in Valencia

This was bar none, the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life. I checked in went up to my room and was surprised when the shower did not work properly (had one temperature which was scalding hot and it overflowed into the bathroom after running for 5 minutes) so I tried to use the sink to clean myself. I left and went out for a bit. When I came back later that night, the hotel had locked the hotel front door and did not have anyone at the desk so I could not get in. It was late at night and my phone was dead so I was forced to sleep on the street. When I asked the hotel if I could speak to a manager the next morning they said he was busy and could not talk to me. I asked about the possibility of a refund given I was locked out of the hotel and couldn’t sleep in the room I had booked. They said it wasn’t possible so rather than deal with this nightmare for the second night I had booked, I checked out a day early and went to stay at a much nicer hotel down the street. The Casual Vintage València is a trap. Do not stay here unless you think the above sounds like a pleasant experience.

Old and small rooms different from the ones I saw on the page, they needs a good upgrade all over. Very noise in the corridors because doors are very old with no sound proof you can hear every one walking and talkingeven durning the night. And Very noisy toilet when you flush . The noise the pipes do until it fill up again is like a vacum cleaner on high speed you can even hear the ones next to you again even during the night. Plus on the TV all channels are in Spanish so if you are tourist it's there for nothing.
The staff are nice the food is good and the location is brilliant but because of the room I will not visit again. Sorry.
