Booked this hotel for my family member. Looked nice in the pictures but he had the cleaners come in while he was sleeping even when he indicated for them not to, and worst of all, there were SEVERAL cockroaches.
When he went to the staff about these issues, they told him the cockroaches are an ongoing issue and they get it sprayed every 15 days, but it gets worse in the summer (!!!)

The hotel was in a good location. The first thing is We stayed in room 144 and I woke up to a big
Cockroach next to the night table. Them I went to breakfast and I asked Elisabet a question and she replied so rude and gVe me a dirty look. Our tour guide also asked her for something and she was making faces and mumbling something under her breath. I did informed the front desk and the lady that was there acted like she would do something about it. ELISABET IS VERY RUDE. If there is something going on in her life she needs to get help but she definitely does not need to be around people . She gave me a very bad taste of Valencia .

The receptionists are friendly and welcoming with a good location inbetween the city centre and the beach. There are buses nearby, though there is a short walk to the metro if you are coming from the airport.
The room and bathroom is spacious with big mirrors. However, the AC barely does its job making it difficult to sleep in the heat. Also, on the 2nd last day of our stay we saw a cockroach by the wardrobe but quickly disappeared. After notifying the reception, they swiftly changed our rooms. I would've recommended the hotel but after seeing the cockroach I would avoid.

Great hotel with kind staff. The phone in my room didn't work, but the front desk staff redirected me to restaurant itself to order room service, which was very easy to do. The breakfast options were very good, and the rooms were quite spacious. The subway station Ayora is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

The rooms are clean and big.
The location is great. You can take a bus at the corner.
However some things could be much better, the rooms are too loud.
The breakfast area is a disaster, way too small to host so many people, if you want to have a quiet and peaceful start of the day.
This is not the case here.

The hotel was fine, the rooms were clean and the service desk was helpful. The biggest issue we had was the lack of effective working AC in May 2024. The rooms were uncomfortably hot to sleep as a result of this and we could hardly wait for the morning light so as to get out from the room. Other than the non working AC, we did not find any other issues with the room or the hotel.

Hotel has an excellent strategic location, and the rooms are indeed clean and spacious. Breakfast was up to the standard.
But the staff is borderline clueless - during my check in, they gave my passport to another random person, and thankfully I managed to notice in time and stop other guest from leaving with my passport, which would lead to all other sorts of problems - in my book that's inexcusable.
There are no other amenities, the lobby is basic, there's no gym nor anything else worth mentioning.
Staff needs to be trained better with sensitive documents.

It was more 3,5 stars and far away of a 4 stars hotel. No sauna, no pool, no coffee or water in the room, quite old furniture. Great cleaning service and reception ladies were also kind and helpful.
There is a bus station nearby and you need than round about 30min to tithe city center or similar in the other way to the beach. It is a good location only for going to the science museum area but otherwise not really. So next time we will take another hotel more in the city centre or near the beach. This way you don’t loose a lot of time for seeing the attractions.

Really nice hotel! The rooms are quite big, clean and very well decorated; the bathrooms are also really spacious, clean and have luxurious vibe. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The rooms are very spacious, the TV is quite big and with good channels selection. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The staff is helpful and attentive. The restaurant serves good quality menu dinners. The parking is comfortable to manage for a big car, but unfortunately they don't reserve a place, I guess when the hotel is full it will not be possible to park. The only problem I found in this hotel is that the windows are not soundproof at all. They gave us the most quiet room, quite far from the main street towards the back of the hotel, which is a park, and still I could hear the noise of the cars and even the barking of dogs in the park!
