The hotel is in a historic building in Valencia, next to the metro station, 15 min walk from City of arts and Sciences.
Location: Valencia. The walk to Cathedral is 30 minutes. Right outside the hotel there is a bus stop. Ayora metro station is located 500 metres away and Valencia airport is 11 km away.
Consists of one building.

I stayed a couple of nights here for work. The receptionist informed me that they were going to be giving me a free upgrade on my room.
The room was very small and had a stench coming from the sewer. Absolutely disgusting! Not to mention the magical view of the wall covered by a curtain. If felt like a prison cell… either way the phone to the reception doesn’t work so if you want any service or help you have to go back and forth to the reception desk. To my surprise the bed was also small in length. Im not so tall so i managed to sleep sideways and it was fine. The cherry on the cake are the bathroom amenities that are basic at best (dove dispensers). Not the hotel feel one is looking for.
No clue who gave this place 4 stars besides the size of the reception… it is a basic 2/3 stars at best.

I am at a loss why this hotel doesn't have a better rating and why they have such ridiculous bad reviews? It's a fabulous place, very clean, welcoming staff, convenient location for public transport into the centre and an amazing breakfast. 5 stars all around from us and highly recommend staying here 👍😍 Please please ignore the negative reviews from silly people.

I stayed here for 3 nights with work and it was a great place to stay.
The room was a decent size and it all felt very modern, the bed was pretty comfortable, the TV was good size and the bathroom was really nice.
Only negative about the room was the fridge never made anything cold. I understand they turn off when you take the key card out but even over night it never made anything cold.
I got the breakfast on my first morning and it was the typical European break, ham, cheese, bread and some pastries. It was only 10 euro but the quality is not amazing. Probably better off getting something from the supermarket or find a nice café.

Location is a bit of a pain. Not great selection of nicer restaurants or bars in the immediate area, about 30-40 mins to beach direction or city for best food choices.
First night after being up since 2am for flight there was a fire alarm going off until around midnight. Had to evacuate several times as obvious concerns over ignoring a fire alarm. No communication from the staff and no discount / refund for having one night of very little sleep as half awake all night incase there was an actual issue is not the most relaxing. Frustrating when paying ~£100 per night for one person.
Room was large and nicely furnished and bar staff were friendly.

The location was not in the best part of town. The cafes that were nearby were not open for food at the time we passed, around 18.00 hours.
The service, I have experienced better, the bar fridge was not working, we found out the following morning on leaving the appliance was unplugged. The cord and plug was hidden behind a wall cabinet, so was not aware of such service. Do many hotel rooms have unplugged bar fridges when guests take the room?
Renting a hotel room with an unplugged bar fridge, could never be described as good service.
A double room was furnished with 2 single beds pushed together.
I certainly would not book this hotel again!

The staff is so friendly, and helps with anything. The breakfast is very nice, and the rooms are clean. Our curtain was a bit broken, which made the room very light; but that was the only bad thing!
The location itself is okay, you can walk or take a bus to beach/downtown, but it’s not the ‘cosiest’ neighborhood. Just a large and quite busy street. You don’t hear that when you’re in your room though.

Great experience at this hotel, stayed for 3 nights, rooms are very clean, room service spot on and the staff is very nice. The hotel went through renovations and everything is brand new. My husband was participating in the Ironman and need to eat something at 5am before the kitchen opened, the staff was very accommodating and helped us put something together.
I just have one suggestion to make: please invest in some slippers, the floors in the bathroom can get quite cold and it’s just nice go be able to stand on something dry.

I would have given this Hotel 4 stars and maybe more.
Good breakfast, Nice Room, Nice Bathroom, all clean. Secure Garage. Many goods.
But ...
First, issue... in 2024 having slow WiFi and Slow Internet, it's not acceptable.
Second... what is wrong with the water in this hotel ??? are they filtering the shower water with osmosis ?? Once you have soap and shampoo on your hands, body, hair it takes for ever and ever and ever to get it OFF... it's insane ! the water must be treated in some ways, as the soap don't come OFF.
For the WiFi...
I did checked with a WiFi monitor app, and they do have very good equipment installed. Ubiquiti networks. Therefore the ITs guys in charge haven't done a proper job at deploying, installing and configuring ! WiFi at 117 mbps and speed test at 10 to 28 mpbs. that's a FAIL ! To the director of this establishment, get better IT or get them to make it work. You lost about 2 stars for that. Internet is as important as good beds, running hot water and A/C-Heating. Fix IT !
