Good location for the new museums, but a long walk to the old town or beach. Close to plenty of restaurants.
We had a junior suit. Quite modern and well maintained. Separate air con control in each room which worked well and you could turn it off.
Very comfy firm bed. Quite outside. Plenty of space in the suit. Nice and clean and friendly helpful staff.

We were unlucky to get a room with a leak in the shower every time we took a shower, the bathroom would flood. However, we loved the room it was very spacious, and the staff was super friendly, I recommend the hotel for its location near the aquarium, but if you stay in the room with the leak for more than a week, it's not nice, better for short stays. The maintenance guy is an incredible person, super nice. Also we loved stayed around good restaurants.

Room service was tasty and affordable.
We were kindly allowed early access to our room, which was most needed after Rototom festival.
There is a pool but found it an odd layout as not much space around the pool to sit so this is the only reason I have given 4 stars and not 5.
Approx 6.5km to Airport. Taxi costs €30.
Rooms are clean as we're all linens.

BEWARE. Horrible experience. No one should go here they are untrustworthy and rude. The cleaning ladies came into my room multiple times as I was sleeping… I felt uncomfortable and violated. I was staying with a friend and we left the hotel for 30 minutes she left her phone to charge INSIDE our hotel room. We came back a drawer was left open and her phone was GONE. No where to be found. We asked nicely if they could help us look for it they said no so we didn’t ourselves. We tore the entire room looking for the phone and we came to a conclusion that it was gone completely. Someone that had access to our room had stolen her phone. Mind you before we left the hotel the cleaning ladies were on our floor.. and when we came back they still were, they skipped cleaning our room too.. very suspicious. They wouldn’t compensate or anything either. They said it’s not a rare case which means it probably happens often, which I’m surprised after reading all these reviews. The hotel itself isn’t the worst but if you want a nice pool, gym, and breakfast, i definitely do not recommend. Very dirty, and small.

Amazing location, with bus stops outside to take you into the city and the beach
The pool is only a plunge pool, but I didn't expect much more from a roof top city hotel.
The beds were hard and you can't adjust the temperature of the air con in the room.
The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and breakfast had a good range of items

Very nice hotel in great location. Close to all modern monuments of Valencia, but also not far from historic city center. Great personel, very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with many options to choose from. Only improvement point would be incredibly small bathrooms.

Awesome little hotel, situated very close to everything. The Center, the sea, all within walking range. A great place if you don’t mind walking around all day.

NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!
First of all rated wrong, should be a 2 star, lines up the travel lodge, although not even a kettle in the room and no towels. Charge for everything in the fridge even water. Room is very basic and bathroom is tiny… the gym is in need of updating, no free weights no bar. The pool is so small you can’t do a length, oh and accidentally found the sauna by accident, which was not even switched on.

From the check in i could already feel this hotel is a red flag without even stepping in my room yet. The reception staff needs more training (Except the lady with a short hair she was the only one who knows how to deliver a great hospitality service) the rest are just standing objects. They dont give you free water for a 4 star hotel!? The glasses are still dirty from previous guests floor is not vacuumed properly no hotel sleepers for a 4 star hotel!? We were so confused why is this hotel titled as 4 star when for me this doesn’t even deserve 2 star. Location is good i give them that but the rest is a disaster for me. I recommend booking elsewhere.

Great hotel in great location. Breakfast great. Breakfast coffee 2/10. Nice room. Bed a bit hard and no usb socket. Overall enjoyed it and great location and number 19 bus to centre and beach right outside
