Otherwise, the property was spotless despite everything.
The bedding and sheets were clean and comfortable.
Also, I couldn’t opt for breakfast through booking so I paid for the breakfast separately.
Then I wrote an email asking for the invoice indicating the payees name, the guests name, the date, the business details. Nonetheless I received an email back saying they couldn’t find any booking with the details provided.
So I responded sending them the booking document and the payment receipt for the breakfast. I got an email back with on one invoice part of the business information missing, and on the other invoice incorrect business information.
I responded again, highlighting again to PLEASE correct the business details on the invoice as communicated already twice before.
Again I received an incorrect invoice, and an hour later another one with at least the business details correct. But in the latter one, now they subtracted the breakfast price before adding it again which led again only to the same price paid through booking, and the breakfast price thus still missing.
How can they fail on so many details repeatedly even after providing them with all the correct details they might need?
I would definitely not recommend this hotel if you need a business invoice.
Not in city centre, but excellent location.
Lots or restaurants close by.
Service friendly and prompt.
Rooms fine other than bed to hard, and no hot drinks option in room.
Would certainly use again.
