Very large modern rooms. Good glazing provides silence from road noise. Separate toilet and shower is a nice touch. Quiet Aircon works well. Along with the usual mini fridge, tea, and coffee making facilities, it also has a microwave. Very comfortable place deserves my recommendation.
A really lovely hotel situated across the street from Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, which is a huge museum and aquarium complex. Our room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with almost everything that we needed for the entire week. The reception and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. At the reception we were able to make restaurant reservations and also rent...
This hotel's location is fantastic - great walking areas and close to 3 malls! The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I'll definitely be back for another visit.
Bit disappointed booking.com made it so complicated, I ended up booking the wrong Sercotel as we wanted a pool and jacuzzi! I am also sure I pressed the breakfast included option. So was surprised when for £675 we had no breakfast included. For over £700 for 4 days, for room Only and two breakfasts and no extras I thought it was very pricey indeed. I think because there are snatched views of the museum...
This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! What made it so special was the staff who were super friendly, kind, and helpful. They helped me/us with everything from taking care of something I had in Madrid to giving great recommendations for restaurants and making reservations. They even helped us reserve a tour in Barcelona! And the breakfast was amazing too! Thank you for making my...
Beautiful and cozy rooms with excellent customer service. I haven't tried the fooe. Located near the City of Arts, with lost of restaurants and other places for coffees, food and drinks. It also has a bus station at 3 minute walking.

Loved the room. I had read in a review about the see through wall between bedroom and bathroom but if you are in the bedroom all you see is a mirror. From the bathroom you can see into the room but not vice versa. I thought it was pretty cool.
Very good value room, large suite, 180-degree sea view, super invincible, a very good trip! Facilities: 10 Hygiene: 10 Environment: 10 Service: 10, especially praise the restaurant service number for being super friendly
This price and accommodation conditions are very cost-effective. Clean and sanitary, good location. It is worth mentioning that the service is perfect, the front desk lady is very nice. Knowing that we have to catch a train early the next morning, she asked very carefully which train station (there are two, afraid that we will go to the wrong one) We left at 5 o'clock in the morning, and it was not...
Stay for two nights in this beautiful hotel. Clean rooms and very nice bathroom with double showers. Great location (30-45 mins) walk to the city center via the park or the beach. Check-in process was smooth with Anna (receptionist) being super helpful and guiding us to where to go in Valencia. Nice coffee machine (LORS) with two XL capsule provided for the first day only. The location is convenient, but the conditions are very average, very much like a very ordinary economy hotel, the water in the bathroom can flow all the way to the living room.

- there were very little facilities available, we had to ask for everything as an extra, including a kettle and even a blanket. There was one tiny shampoo bottle for two people for three nights. When asked, the hotel did provide. Coffee had to be paid for. - the room was either really hot or with airconditioning really cold but there was no in between - there was a very strange rule that we had to...
good hotel, close to the center. Clean spacious room, the breakfast is not very varied, but you can find something to eat. They have a luggage storage room on the first floor, and the hotel staff is very nice
For the price it's very good. The hotel was in little construction when we were in but it's was okay for us. It's pretty clean and cute. The staff is nice.
Great hotel at great price. Best priced hotel in Valencia. We have stayed twice. Once with a basic room, and once with the terrace room. Both completely acceptable rooms, and reflect the price payed. They are comfortable, not the biggest, but offer enough. The design is quite arty, and offers plenty of aesthetics. The pool isn’t massive but functional and at the price point serves as a massive bonus...
Had a wonderful stay experience at this hotel. Location is excellent. Most of the attraction are 15-20 minutes away with public transport (plenty of public transport options in vicinity to the hotel). The staff is super friendly. I would strongly recommend adding breakfast to the reservation. Its worth the money. Access to pool requires hair-mask and flip flops both can be bought at the hotel itself...
The hotel is a little old, it is clean and has transportation nearby to get around the city.

We really enjoyed our stay here, great location , apartment had just about everything we needed (apart from a washing machine) aircon was a bit weak but there was also a fan so we managed even in August. If We where in Valencia again I would go back here.
Lovely well appointed apartment in a central location. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was modern and shower was powerfully. Negatives - noisy street even into early mornings
The hotel is very well located, n the apartment large however the cleanliness was minimum, from the first day the floor was very dirty which I could tell from the bottom of my socks, the bathrooms need a total reform, the apartment was quiet as it was out of season and perfect for access to lots of attractions in the old town.
What we liked was: 1.The central location in the Old Town within walking distance of amenities. 2. The efficient air-conditioning and hot water that kept us comfortable 3. Availability of the staff even on Christmas day. 4. The regular change of bed linen and towels. What we disliked was: 1. The jarring noises of furniture being dragged on the tiled floors at all hours, day or night. 2. The dirty floor...
We had great time at these apartments. It is a traditional building with appropriate decoration. Our room had excellent facilities, very clean, airy and large bathrooms. Would recommend a stay.
Stayed here 10/2022 as a family. The apartment we had, was nice looking but you could see that there wqs some serious mold issues upstair bathroom wall, and also the air in upstairs bedroom was bad/not changing. A welcoming place, very positive staff, and the only downside is the noise at night.
The location was good, but the hotel itself was a mix of conflicting feelings. We had a room with a terrace, but everything was quite old, giving the impression that the resort didn't take much care with the facilities. Regarding the temperature, they should warn you that you have to set it to 5 degrees Celsius, otherwise the thermostat is practically useless. The staff were very good, but the facilities...
The service was very good. They let us store our bags before check-in. After check-out, since we still had a few hours until we could catch the train, they let us store them for a few hours. Very friendly. The facilities were good, the bed comfortable and spacious, and the room had very good lighting and a view of the street.
We spent very little time at the hotel, we were there for business and didn't enjoy it much, but I can say that it was quite clean, both the room and the hotel in general, and the reception staff were very friendly.
A hotel that offers parking upon reservation and then displays it as full upon arrival is not normal at all. I had to find and pay for off-street parking, without any help from reception. Their only response was, "Full, there's nothing I can do for you."
Nice clean hotel with nice staff and good breakfast. Good wifi. Quite comfortable bed. About halfway between the historic center and the city of arts and sciences.

Great location right next to Metro station. Staff is ok nice and fine no problem with that. Room are nice bed was good, the only thing I did not like was that room needed some painting and maintenance.
Great hotel for a short stay. Room was nice and clean ( a little too small if you are planning to stay longer, but for us it was perfect). The reception staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is centrally located so you could easily get everywhere. Metro station 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

Fantastic location. Friendly helpful staff. Only possible niggle is that one of the two lifts were out of order for our entire week. Everything else was brilliant. Would definitely visit again.

Great location. Clean room and comfortable bed. Bathroom is small for North American standard but it serves its purpose. Friendly hotel staff at reception. The only down side to the stay was the temperature of the room. It was too hot despite lowering the thermostat in the room. The ceiling fan helped a bit.
Air conditioning too noisy . Preferred to leave window open . Fridge gave off too much heat so unplugged as room was small
Property was clean. Good location. Breakfast not worth the money. They had coffee and tea was only available for free at 13:00.
Great location Great location in old town. Hotel was quiet at night.

Good and very clean rooms which are being cleaned daily with clean towels. Also the personel at the reception desk is very helpful if you need anything. They speak English. The café downstairs has great breakfast and most staff in the cafe is very friendly, but most dont speak any English which causes confusion sometimes. The location is perfect close to the shopping mall and the Ciutat de les Arts...
enjoyed my week stay at the hotel. One thing to note is the cafe. Since the hotel is just next to the ongoing work site of the new Roig Arena, the cafe functions literally as cafeteria for the construction workers at the site. The place is regularly packed with at least 30 workers waiting to be served. This means that despite their best efforts- service is slow and sometimes you can't find a place...
I was not a guest at this hotel but I have a lot of praise for the staff at the hotel reception. Namely, I had problems with entering the accommodation nearby and I turned to them for help. They were very kind and helpful, with their persistence and effort they solved my problem. Thanks again Greetings from Croatia
The hotel room was simple yet efficient. However, the shower glass design could be improved, as it allows water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Providing more than one floor towel per stay would be a thoughtful addition since the towel gets soaked quickly, making it uncomfortable to walk on. On a positive note, the front desk staff was courteous and helpful, and the location is fantastic for exploring...
Located in a slightly out of central location as per Google maps. No noise in room 27 from the dual carriageway outside. Note a sizable shopping mall 10 minutes walk away with a Carrefour for anything you might need. Room is small, clean with a good walk in shower. USB plug sockets were an added bonus. AirCon was good. Couldn't access safe...locked and smart TV not connected to internet.... Shame...
Located about 15 minutes' walk from Ciutat de las Arts. New facilities, close to public transport and with a restaurant in site. The room was noisy because it faced the main street; we could barely sleep. The bathroom had a leak and smelled of sewage. They moved us to another room, but in the new one, the air conditioning unit kept sputtering all night. The breakfast is very basic and not worth the price.
Amazing location friendly service lots of restaurants. The room is not too big but perfect when you just sleep there and explore the amazing city.
Great location. No frills hotel. Beds were not comfortable. Decor was kind of cheesey. Lots of street noise at night. It was still warm in Valencia, but hotel shuts off use of mini splits in November, so the only way to cool the room was with windows open, but that added to the street noise issue. Great location, the elevator is small and slow. If you are on top floors you could wait a lot, ao take the stairs. Breakfast is not anything special, there are vegan options

Very nice hotel. Very central to the main square. Lovely walks in the evening around this hotel. The pool they say is on the roof is not a pool as such more of just somewhere to put your feet in. White plastic surround with green water. Other than that a lovely hotel
Where to begin? Stayed in the small room, with king bed. Multi-lingual & friendly staff, balcony with views and mirrored room made for quite the romantic stay. Awesome proximity to historic Valencia. Great breakfast. Rooftop lounge (leaving separate review for this amazing place bar/restaurant). Well done for this price point of €70-€100.
Smart hotel on edge of old city, 10 minutes walk to historic city centre. Not near beaches. Smart rooftop bar, good cocktail selection. TV in room had some English language channels. Room, shower, air conditioning - all good. There is a postcard sized jacuzzi/pool on rooftop adjacent to bar .
Everything was as expected except for the view which wasn't on the street (probably because it was booked on Booking.com). New furniture, nice terrace with a pool, spacious bathrooms. Excellent position: next to a rent-a-bike and right in front of the green stripe which goes to the beach.

Nice stay. Everything is pretty good. Cool old restored building, nice modern interior design. It might be quite easy to hear your neighbours though. They have a bike rental, but I'd recommend to Valenbisi service instead, as it's cheaper and more convenient in my opinion (you can download an app and use bike-sharing on the streets).
Very easy to get to and from the airport due to close proximity to the metro. I really liked this hotel and the staff were very friendly. The ONLY thing I would say, as a word of caution, is that my room was very noisy. I think the windows must be single glazed as I could hear the traffic from the road very loudly. I don’t think this can be helped as the building is very historic. Overall a great stay

It is a very bike friendly city, and this hotel is well positioned to explore the city and the beach by bike. We hope to return soon!
We can highly recommend the hotel and the very nice and helpful staff. We chose the hotel because of its location between the city centre and the beach and it was just right. Everything is within easy reach by bike or on foot. The staff was very attentive and helpful and especially the restaurant recommendations were all great. Many thanks to the team and we hope to see you next time.
We had standard twin room (blue room) and stayed for one night. PROS: -the hotel is cute and the room is beautiful, clean and new -breakfast was good, although not buffet because of covid (the staff brings you whatever you want) -good location to walk to The City of Arts and Sciences -staff is nice and friendly CONS: -blue room overlooks a building courtyard so you need to have your drapes shut all...
